Hi,

I am wondering if any of you are experiencing your feet falling asleep more then usual? It seems that I have to really check and move my feet before I stand up. What are your thoughts?

I do not have a back problem or pinched nerves, but I do have poor circulation.  But even so, my feet or toes get numb or partially numb when they are resting on the floor in front of my computer and I am convinced it is because of the wireless modem in the apartment below me which is beaming microwaves through the floor, and/or because sometimes I am standing or walkig on floors that have electrical current traveling through them from wires in the floor, or some kind of conductivity issues.  Also could be a B-Vitamin deficiency.

For poor circulation, exercise, and drink lots water.  Do not cross
your legs for long periods while you are seated. Crossed legs hinder the blood
circulation and cause the numbness in the feet.

To stimulate circulation, put feet or hands in warm water for about 20 seconds then in cold.  Do this for 5 minutes.

"Eat garlic.  It prevents poor circulation.
