Do you hear it when going to sleep, too?  This has plagued me for as long as I can remember.  What makes you think it might be an ES thing?  Can you feel your heart beating without putting your hand over it?

Only when going to sleep actually.. or trying to fall asleep.
If the ear is against the pillow, it's very loud.. a bit better in certain positions.

Sometimes it can be felt beating..  Both me and my GF started all ES symptoms with this one being first... so this is why I am sure it's ES related.  She is much better now and to the point of being able to not feel anything ES unless very exposed.
As we reduced the radiation, the beating in the ear became quieter, and the more people radiate us during the night with their devices, the louder it becomes and more uncomfortable.. to the point of feeling the beat as you say.
It has something to do with the heart working harder I believe.  Hawthorn tincture (alcohol based) can help, and it has reduced the noise for me.  I have to take it more regularly..

Yep, actually happened last night. I find it helps sometimes to sleep on my right side so I can't hear/feel it as much.

Besides Hawthorn tincture, I also found exercise helped to lessen it.  They say the mast cells in the heart are affected by EMF.. Whatever can be done that is heart healthy, I think could help.. Just normal generic "heart healthy" recommendations.

Omega3 seemed to make it worse though, and it's supposed to be good. Also Omega3 thins the blood, and it seems anything that thins the blood made the noise louder.

I found sweating helps me a lot in general.. :)
Ever tried sauna? I don't know you can get a EM free sauna though.. gas powered probably.

I do get like someone else here in certain positions, comes and goes. I never attributed it to ES though because it doesn't seem connected to anything else. Some nights my ears are ringing more than others though, it'll come in a pulse and stay around a while with it's signature sound as it does during the day in EMF/RF saturated areas. Generally the more saturated it is the sharper the ringing sounds with some heaviness on parts of my head and around my eyes which is probably one of the most obnoxious and invasive effects of it on me.

Re: Heartbeat in Ear

About a month and a half ago, I started to hear a strange distinct rhythmic thump when I would try to sleep on my usual right side.  It wasn't a heart beat and almost made me wonder if it was some kind of code, but definltey a thump that is similar to to heartbeating.  Finally it dissapeared without me changing anything except removing the battery from my mother's cell phone without realizing she had one in the house just sitting there with a battery.  But the strange thing was that when I made a phone call on a landline, something I do almost never due to anxiety, the same exact rhythmic thump went off in my head.  It was so strange.  Any thoughts?
