Do you hear it when going to sleep, too? This has plagued me for as long as I can remember. What makes you think it might be an ES thing? Can you feel your heart beating without putting your hand over it?
Only when going to sleep actually.. or trying to fall asleep.
If the ear is against the pillow, it's very loud.. a bit better in certain positions.
Sometimes it can be felt beating.. Both me and my GF started all ES symptoms with this one being first... so this is why I am sure it's ES related. She is much better now and to the point of being able to not feel anything ES unless very exposed.
As we reduced the radiation, the beating in the ear became quieter, and the more people radiate us during the night with their devices, the louder it becomes and more uncomfortable.. to the point of feeling the beat as you say.
It has something to do with the heart working harder I believe. Hawthorn tincture (alcohol based) can help, and it has reduced the noise for me. I have to take it more regularly..
