do with atmosspheric properties. So most international broadcasts beam
down on the U.S. in the evening. Chances are your neighbor, and other
HAM operators in your area are coomunicating in the evening hours. It's
one more source of RF to be aware of.

yes he uses 146mhz between 9-11pm and other frequecies ! just at the time
when the body startd to wind down and look to repair itself !! some say 10pm-2am
is optimum repair window.
