Hi, Steve,

I think I may have forgotten to send you this post (in my drafts):

You asked what I took to recover from fibromyalgia, supplement-wise: I took nothing but Cal AEP, pantethine, and CoQ10 (and I was actually taking those for my adrenals at the time).

Diane

Hi Diane,
What did you take supplement wise that helped? My gut has so many pills in it I probably rattle when i walk but I still have very little energy.
Thanks,
Steve

Thanks Diane,
I already take CoQ10, took pantethine for awhile then stopped-maybe I should go back on it. Calcium AEP is a chelator isn't it?

Re: Exercises BioEnergetics (prev.: Re: TINITUS)

Hi, Steve,

I don't know that calcium AEP is considered a "chelator".  It does help with detoxing particular things, and is especially good at candida killing.  It is supposed to act as a "trojan horse" for candida colonies: the candida like to hi-jack calcium and so the calcium goes into the colony and then releases the "AEP" which kills the candida.  I began taking it for that but found it also helps with my blood pressure plummeting, adrenals, lymphatic system, and other things.

Thanks Diane,
I already take CoQ10, took pantethine for awhile then stopped-maybe I should go back on it. Calcium AEP is a chelator isn't it?

Hi, Ian,

I have missed you!  Did you ever start your support group for spouses,Ian?  So glad Sue is still doing well, btw!

The "AEP" in calcium AEP is "amino ethanol phosphate".  The formulation I've used has 1800mg of straight amino ethanol phosphate, along with 200 mg of calcium from cal2AEP.  I use Wellness Resources brand.  Snoshoe wrote a bit more about it in her email today, in case you didn't get to read it:

"Ca-AEP is the form of calcium in your brain cell membrane walls that is vibrated/ionized out by cell phones, etc. W/o it, cells will also be even more quickly depleted of hydration, as you can see below:
> "Ca-AEP is a potent sensitizer of hypothalamic funcion. While also a bioavailable source of calcium, a deficiency of it causes a loss of cellular electrical charge, negatively affecting energy output. The calcium salt of 2-aminoethanol phosphate has been known as vitamin M1 in German literature. Ca-AEP is an essential factor for cell membrane integrity and cell sensitivity. It binds fatty acids and electrolytes to the cell membrane structure that generates the cell's electrical charge." vrp.com "

Take care; give Sue my regards,
Diane
