Re: Dizziness & nausea

Joyce Soos
Okay now I am beginning to panic. I just got a notice saying that within the next few weeks, a smart meter will be installed on my house. I am all alone on this as you know. I still plan on getting a no install sign on my analog meter, but still.

Panick Notice Smart Meter coming

Elizabeth thode

Dear Joyce,
What state are you in? There is NO FEDERAL MANDATE FOR SMART METERS.
Here are two websites which have very good information. One has pictures of how people have LOCKED up their meters too.
www.stopsmartmeters.org        and www.W4AR.com   *Click on smart meter on the left side of screen.

*Which is what I would suggest you do. YOu can use a dish wrack, the kind used to drain dishes after having been handwashed?
You can see what this looks like on above websites.
Also, you can make your own signs..."SHOW ME THE FEDERAL MANDATE THAT STATES SMART METERS ARE MANDATED!"
And then when the utility worker tries to bs you, you can pull out the real proof!
Make a huge sign and put: I DO NOT CONSENT TO A SMART METER. That means I DO NOT GIVE YOU/OR UTILITY COMPANY PERMISSION
TO INSTALL AN ILLEGIAL SURVEILLANCE DEVICE ON MY HOUSE! Watch this dvd on www.W4AR.com and get your neighbors to watch it.
Sometimes when people don't understand the health hazards of smart meters, they DO UNDERSTAND the SPY/Illegial Surveillance aspect
of the smart meters.
There is no federal mandate. See: And also:

First and Foremost: Are Wireless Meters Mandatory?

1.  First and Foremost:
Are Wireless Meters Mandatory?
The federal government has set goals for states and utilities to upgrade their electrical grids, and has awarded $4.5 billion in grants to encourage this.  However, the federal government does not mandate the installation of smart meters, or even wireless smart meters.
On February 1, 2011, press officer Thomas Welch of the U.S. Department of Energy press officer responded to questions about whether the federal government has made the installation of wireless smart meters mandatory.  He wrote:
No.  The Federal government, including DOE, does not have any role in regulating the installation of smart meters, nor does it have a policy about the mandatory adoption of smart meters.
The source of DOE’s response can be found in federal documents and legislation relating to the promotion of the smart grid and smart grid technologies, which does not include any federal mandate for wireless smart meter adoption, and does not include any requirement that smart meters (wireless or wired) should be forced upon all consumers.

Which federal documents and legislation? The recent push to upgrade our nation’s electrical grid originates in Congress.

Confirming this is the "DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY: COMMUNICATIONS REQUIREMENTS OF SMART GRID TECHNOLOGIES,” dated October 5, 2010."  Go to page 12, found on-line at: http://www.doe.gov/sites/prod/files/gcprod/documents/Smart_Grid_Communications_Requirements_Report_10-05-2010.pdf (it can also be found here: http://www.doe.gov/gc/downloads/communications-requirements-smart-grid-technologies, and it's also found down at the bottom of this screen, click "Download" attachment for DOE document.)

Joyce,

Please go to your doc & have them write a simple letter stating you are sensitive to wi-fi & you need analog for medical reasons.

And yes, make a sign for your meter.

Check out stopsmartmeter.org

They suggest using a dishpan thing w a locker lock to
lock your meter.

Please fight this. I got fried by ours outside the bedroom window.

Kathy
