If your friend has to use a cell phone then get
a headset. The air-tube one is best.

Re: Advice for my friend suffering from ES

There are lots of nutrition supplements that get recommended.
Right now I would recommend
B6 (P5P) B-12 (methyl) CoQ-10, Fish oil, Ginkgo, RLA, L-carnitine.
Vit-C, D3...

But there could be minor adverse reactions especially if the stuff
is not high quality due to impurities.

Cranial-sacral therapy also may help

Perhaps if you live by the sword then you must die by it, or perhaps you
must break the childish addiction to these GADGETS, that tie us up in nots
rather that set us free, if you want to be free then let go for a while, and
see how you land !

Lauren, there are at least 100 items on the market sold as "EMF protection
devices", and indeed, some of use here use these devices quite successfully
and are able to counteract the symptoms from a variety of things including
cellphones. The only problem is that there is no single device that works
for everyone, so it would require some considerable trial and error to
find something that works best. And most people here are just not willing
to do that, for a variety of reasons (can't afford it, comes to a
conclusion that nothing will help, decides that a person shouldn't have
to use devices for such things, worries about possible harm a device might
cause, etc.)

That all said, if it were me, I would use one of the following devices:

- Pocket Polarizer http://cutcat.com/item/Pocket_Polarizer/827
- Springlife Polarizer http://www.choosecra.com/store/tech/splf-overview.html#products
- Earthcalm Resonator http://earthcalm.com/store/#PERSONAL%20&%20HOME%20PROTECTION
- Quantum Companion http://quantumproducts.com/catalog/quantum_companion.html

PUK replies - how about using a 3g usb dongle on his computer but
conecting it to a long usb cable rather than at the pc usb port directly. You
could stick the dongle out the window ?

Hi Lauren
I'd like to add that according to our experience, two main actions were successfull:

- to escape the place (flat) where we lived or to clean by ANY EMF pollution
- to get nutrition supplements (from Vitamines below mentioned to Calcium) in 'relevant' quantity ( more than the RDAs).

In few MONTHS my wife (she's ES) improved quite a lot (and regained some 5-8 Kg weight lost ...!).

Good luck & help your friend also with emphatic support.

To be honest, we tested some of them when we were in the s... including some rocks that 'clean' the energy around us, etc etc.

I suggest that only some EMF repellant textures can filter EMFs , but they are manufactured to reflect some specific EMF freguencies (and I trust on the certified tests reported in their websites ...); but the main problem is that each human body is different for others and , according to me,his sensibility could change day by day, due to the 'sum up' of EMF pollution charged (and not discharged) .

By carefull to don't loose money without any real benefit.

If your friends cellphone has a power saver mode option tell him to turn iton, it reduces the power the cellphone uses to save battery, it will also dim the screen. That should help a little.
