Re:ALA-chelation (Re: Satellite versus Cable)

I've tried many different things. ALA has done a lot of good. But the first year or so is absolute hell. It would be hard to do if you are working. You can do it on the weekends to start out with. Over time I've been able to do it continuously. I would follow the Cutler protocol. Currently I take 400 mg every three hours during the day of regular ALA that I get at Walmart. When I get home I switch to R-ALA which is 200 mg every three hours. The R-ALA is supposed to be about twice as much as regular ALA since the entire amount is usuable by the body and regular ALA the body can only use about half of it and the other half may actually be bad for the mitocondria. But for some reason I like the ALA during the daytime. I started out using 100 mg and then went to 200 mg. The first year or so I could not do the 400 mg I do now without getting terrible side effects. There is a lyme group that uses chelation and salt to kill the lyme disease. Some people don't get better on just anti-biotics and have to do chelation for metals. It may be that the metals somehow keep the antibiotics from working. After doing chelation for more than a couple of years I've started using ozone daily to kill bacteria. It may be that any bacteria or virus may be harder to get rid of if you have metals. I'm going to do ozone treatment daily for at least a year and continue doing chelation daily as well.

A dosage of 400mg of ALA is unimaginable to me... I get side
effects from just 10mg!!! (maybe I should try a different
brand)

Thanks for your reply!
If you started up with 100mg of ALA on the Cutler protocol, I can
understand how you describe the first year as hell. However, if
one can tolerate it, and actually get better long term, it would be
worth it. But if you go through hell while chelating,
how do you know that you're getting better....?
Myself I would be afraid of 'never' recovering if I started
with such a high dose ALA.
Interesting what you write about lyme.
What's the name of the group you mention?

Regards,
John.

Antibiotics

Andrew McAfee
It blows my mind that... well let me come back to reality. Yes there
is a large segment of the population that is still doing over-the-
counter antibiotics for Lyme and other ailments.
Please understand that there is a direct link and co-habitative
relationship between metals and bugs (bacteria/fungus/viruses/
mycoplasma etc...)
You screw with the balance of one side you have to address the other
or you are going to pay for it.
Pharma-Antibiotics cause the bugs to mutate into something worse by
the way.

Allicin 23 (garlic), Silver 100, Nutriodine and Vitamin D are much
better to do killing and supporting the body even though there is some
literature that says Vit. D feeds Lyme. Just like Magnesium, you have
to have it even though it may support some bugs.
But I have gotten off topic.

Please stop taking over the counter antibiotics, for anything!!!
At least listen to Dr. Klinghardt and Dr. Mercola on the subject.
Google Klinghardt and Lyme at least.

Thanks
