thanks, top fog.

i was there in eugene at EWEB when dr.dart presented to the board.

i am happy to hear the outcome, as i left shortly afterthe board

decided to approve ‘smart meters’.

dr.dart is a lovely, rational man… as were the other members of his

team. i do believe they were also electromagnetically sensitive and

that drove their interest in the subject.

it’s good to have a more recent document.

i’ll send this on to interested friends.
