My only hope is to relocate but doesn't seem possible. I am homeless & it is scary.

And I did recommend moving to Loni when she first reported those cellphone towers. But sometimes moving doesn't appear to be an option, and in such cases you need to focus on other methods. I can't afford one of those. I became disabled in March. I have spent so much money in the past on things & all I really need is a clean environment. Hard to do nowadays. Loni

Detox does not have to be expensive. An ionizing footspa can do wonders within several weeks. Do read the free downloadable book *Flow System Therapy* under Literature on my website. I had to stop taking my cortico-steroid nasal spray years ago and switch to anti-fungals (grapefruit seed extract) and probiotics (primal defense) to get my fungal overgrowth problems under control. I think the reason people need to take steroids is that their adrenal glands are shot, and what they really need is some good adrenal support supplements (glandulars, herbs, etc). Adrenal support is about the only thing which helps my seasonal allergies. Marc |
Yes they do suppress th immune system but I am dependant on them now. I have so much stress continuously being exposed to the electrical from the cell anntennas I cannot get off of them. My whole story is just horrid. Loni

Something simple you might try to help with your stomach is to put
fresh ginger root on one meal daily. I had severe stomach problems a few years ago, very severe (couldn't eat, got very very skinny and was in a lot of pain), and decided to not go through the medical system. I did a whole bunch of different things, none expensive, and cleared up the problem (though I still need to be careful... and I too have cell towers all around me and one just a block away). Ginger root was one of the most important things I did and it is very tasty and you can get it with food stamps. I still eat it virtually every day, usually with breakfast (just grate it on top of something). If you don't already take some sort of probiotic that is something I find to be important. You can get a good quality yogurt or kefir with food stamps as well. Just a few quick and easy (and cheap) ideas. And even if they were of no help to you they are just something good to eat!! You might also try clove powder and cinnamon as spices to help out.
