I'm familiar with the "very nervous" symptom, but again for this I'd look at antioxidants and fats, or possibly something that binds onto toxins (activated charcoal, apple pectin, bentonite, possibly chlorella). I'm not familiar with the "severe pain in gut" symptom -- anyone else here have this, and have a solution for it? Do you have any reaction to anti-bacterial / anti-parasitic substances? Things like grapefruit seed extract, garlic, oil of oregano? Maybe even a probiotic? On the subject of probiotics, I've noted that "Primal Defense" can reliably reduce some of my ES symptoms. Primal Defense has a bunch of stuff in it, so I'm not 100% sure that it's the probiotic part of it that helps. Marc |

Hello,
"severe pain in gut" is a well known symptom of a number of electrosensibles. It can be from the stomach or the intestines, or both. A number of women do have problems with the urinary tracks, and experience unvoluntary watering, even without doing it at that moment. It is all a matter of very damaged immune system. If you are able to raise the immune system, the sensibility for elektrosmog wil be less. It will not go over, but it will be less. So the suffering will be less. Complaining and using some *things* is not the solution. First the immune system must be repaired, and only then those *things* will help. Nope, goes away when I get away from cell towers. Loni

Yes, but there has to be some sort of explanation for the cell tower EMF to translate into gut pain. The EMF by itself is not causing it, as if it was, then everyone would have gut pain. So it is the EMF plus something else. EMF plus parasites is plausible, as is EMF plus heavy metals. Getting away from the cell towers eliminates the pain because one of the two necessary factors for the pain is gone. However, addressing the other factor could also eliminate the pain, even with continued cell tower exposure. Marc |

Saying that there must be some other physical cause is a waste of time. It might be genetic, or it might be the result of exposure in the past to EMR. Loni needs something that helps her now as her electrosensitivity is probably going to get worse with further exposure. It's well established with allergic reactions that some people's reaction gets worse with each exposure. For example, my wife is allergic to insect bites. She is often bitten on the legs while gardening and her leg swells up with blisters. Nothing conventional seemed to work, each time the effect got worse, but we found magnotherapy can control it and stop the inflammation and blistering. I am not suggesting magnotherapy as a treatment here, I know some electrosensitives have a problem with static magnets, but Loni needs an inexpensive way to find which solution will work for her, and no-one else can advise her other than suggesting something else to test. Just because a possible solution hasn't worked for you or a friend of yours doesn't mean it will not work for Loni, we are all different. This usually takes several years and costs several thousands of dollars. Of course, improving ones diet, taking appropriate supplements, eliminating exposure to toxic substances, and avoiding heavy EMF exposure can make one feel better in the meantime and speed up the process. But of course, that is what this discussion group is all about, as are websites such as this one: http://www.electrical-sensitivity.info/ Marc |

Certainly eliminating excessive EMF exposure would be a great thing to do when trying to get well. And I did recommend moving to Loni when she first reported those cellphone towers. But sometimes moving doesn't appear to be an option, and in such cases you need to focus on other methods. Marc |

It is also a matter of improving the immune system.
Detox does not have to be expensive. An ionizing footspa can do wonders within several weeks. Do read the free downloadable book *Flow System Therapy* under Literature on my website. > Detox does not have to be expensive.
> An ionizing footspa can do wonders within several weeks. I should also point out that people with ES should be *very* careful when attempting any type of detox. Go slow at first, and take only a fraction of the recommended dosage of anything to first check for a bad reaction. If you have a bad reaction, either stop or reduce the dosage. As for the ionizing footspa, I had a terrible reaction to a "Bionic Hydrotherapy" footbath, and overnight my ES returned to high levels that I had not experienced for 5 years. And I have literally spent the last 7 months of weekly doctors appointments and thousands of dollars attempting to get back to the level of health that I had prior to the footbath. So every form of detox has its risks, no matter how safe everyone says it is. Marc |

Of course the ultimate detox is from without not from within, ie swtich off
all the antagonistic technologies ! It is unlikley that we will ever have an armistice day,, so back to the drawing board. puk [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |

Well I have fungus in my gut but the pain is caused by recked immune systemdue to fungus overexposure.
The gut pain is absent away from cell antennas. I had no pain at all in Snow Flake. Thanks John, you are correct. I have a genetic immune problem & am on steroids that have also contributed to my recked immune system as well as the infection of all the fungus in my gut. I'm in bad shape. Loni
