Welcome to the group, although sorry you had to join... if you know
what I mean...

Probably here will be the best place for starters.  If you can find
a doctor who is familiar with this sort of thing, that could be helpful,
although such doctors are rare (and can be expensive).  And they may be
the types of doctors you may not think of going to, like naturopathic
doctors or chiropractors.

I can't recall anyone taking prescription medication that helps with this
(although there was a time that antibiotics suppressed my symptoms for as
long as I took them -- these caused other problems, though).  There are
vitamins & mineral supplements and also food choices that have helped
some (everyone seems to be unique, although there are general trends)

The typical symptoms are headache, nausea, "burning skin", anxiety, chest
pains, dehydration, inability to think, memory loss, etc.

VOIP phones?  And just newer models of computers?  You may need to go
"low tech" where possible.

Welcome...

Sorry that you feel that you are coming down with this thing.  Some folks have been electrosensitive their entire lives.  I find that in the case of microwave sickness, most of these onsets appear to be new.  I came down in 2008,  but my sensitivities began around 2000.  I used to wonder if the Air Force's experiments with the ionosphere might be partly responsible.  But how will one know for certain?

I find that for those with financial resources, it's a matter of moving to a more rural or natural setting to find comfort.  Insultingly, there are 2 refuges in Europe one in Italy and one in  France.  Neither has any infrastructure whatsoever.

Here, people are moving out to West Virginia to be near the government telescope because they don't allow RF towers within 10 miles.

Others with the financial support, have their mercury fillings removed and purchase various devices, garments, canopies, rewiring...

But those of us who MUST work, who don't have the money and need to be near more populated areas are just plain screwed.  I, for one fall into this category.  But I do enjoy hearing about all of the lovely things I might do if I had the means.  This is the forum of the times.

Mast-Victims.org is in the UK and they rarely generate frequent responses.  Months can go by without hearing from anyone new.  Yet we know that the proliferation continues to explode and we believe there are new onsets occurring...

Mercola. com had a forum for EHSers, but they did away with it.  Why?  Heck if I know.  This eSens is the place to be for current information 24/7 and a knowledgeable base of people who seem to really care about what each other is experiencing.  There is also a plethora of emergent and existing organizations world-wide to address this ever expanding global phenomenon.  But for most people, this falls on deafened ears.  They don't want to hear and don't believe it will ever affect them personally.  They've been using these technologies for years without any apparent problems and they are infected with the love of microwave radiation.

Personally, I feel everyone should plug in here and share our posts with any and all you may encounter with new onsets.  You can expect the medical establishment to pu-pu you every chance they get (just as they did 100 or so years ago when cigarettes were hot on the scene).  Doctors loved them, just like cell phones.  We were not born in the best of political times.  Yet, I practice Nichiren Buddhism and we believe that people choose their circumstances in order to help heal the world.  So,  if one wants to accept this perspective--we have an incredibly HUGE mission at this time.

Oh and if you don't have the finances don't worry, I'm sure in the future plenty of people won't.  Ahhhh...it's a wonderful life.

I jest--but we do find good in it don't we?  I invite you to contact me anytime and if I don't have the info you seek, I'm sure someone here can help you.  Best wishes!

Pam

Re: New here with questions

KathyB

I'm sorry to say welcome.

There is no medicine that can help this to my knowledge. Most of us are low in vitamins. Need to look at our diets. Many have food allergies. And mercury fillings to remove.

I became sensitive in 2010 from buying the wrong house, not knowing we had a  smart meter outside our bedroom window. The arrival of  4G intensified it.

I  had my filings removed before ES.

We need to sell our home to buy where we can have space between us our neighbor's smart meters.

Look into ridding your home of CFL light bulbs, wi-fi, or cordless phones. Stop using your cell phone or put it away for emergencies only.

Kathy

Welcome to our group,
You have now joined the club of "the canaries in the wifi/wireless mines" We are the people who are made sick by the wireless technology.
This is a diverse group of wonderful people. Some of us react more strongly to cell phones, some to wifi, some to cell towers/antennas,  some to dirty electricity, some to high magnetic
fields, some to smart phones, some to the new 4G generation wireless. What we all share is the desire to find solutions.
Unfortunately, there isn't a magic pill here. Be prepared to do alot of reading/research on your own. Take the time to read thru this site, it is chock full of info. There are some basic steps you can begin to take.
At the top of the list are:
1. Reducing your exposure as much as you can, in your home. This means: if you have a wireless computer, go hard wired. If your only phone is your cell phone, keep it off and use only for true emergencies. IF you have a telephone landline and use a cordless phone, switch to a corded phone. Do not use your cell phone IN your car, the radiation from the phone will turn your car into a giant cage of radiation. Do not carry your cell ON on your person, (in your pocket, ect)
1A. Move your bed AWAY from the walls. Most walls have wiring inside them, and this wiring emits emfs that often aggravate our symptoms. Any plug in lamps, clocks, radios, should be placed 5 feet away from your bed. Ideally, you want a metal-free no springs no metal frame bed. There are bed frames that are all wooden, and futons with no metal in them, some use air mattresses. Get creative here. Metal springs in beds act as antennas, as does the metal bed frame. Experiment with sitting as far away from your tv as possible.
2. Reduce the toxins you are un-knowingly putting INTO your body. A good start is to STOP using/eating/ect anything with Fluoride. (water, toothpaste, meds, including over the counter meds, regular fruits/vegetables contain pesticides, which contain fluoride. Fluoride is toxic to the brain/body. Go organic!
2A. If you have silver fillings, you need to get them replaced.  www.iaomt.org    This is a good place to start. It is pricey, and if you can't do this right now, know that HOT foods, and chewing gum will make it worse.
3. There are many natural supplements you can take, to help support your immune system. Regular medicne, dr's, ect, most, do not KNOW how to treat ES. Some will even tell you its all in your head, and suggest a shrink. Naturalpaths, ect, most are not trained in ES either, which is why we are "here". You will become familiar with the word: chelation, which is to get the heavy metals out of your body. I do not recommend this. Read: drlwilson.com/Articles/chelation.htm
For the same reason Wilson doesn't. It is dangerous and people often end up sicker then they were!
4. Reducing exposures to emfs and supporting the body are two of the most important things you do.
5. Most people with any chronic condition have low thyroid and/or low adrenals. These are a vitally important part of the body's immune system.
I will send you a list of suggestions and articles/sources to read on this to your email, as attachments won't work on this site.
Feel free to ask any questions.
The people here are wonderful.
We are also very fortunate to have some ES saavy  tech experts on this site.
Keep in mind, this is a mixed bag. What one reacts to, another may not. What works for some, may not work for another.
But the one thing "I" truly believe, is that immune support is crucial. The immune system, the thyroid, and the adrenals control almost every aspect of the body.
And if those two glands are under stress, they need to be supported.  They are the foundation of the house (body).
Blessings,
Lizzie
