Is anyone on the site having atypical mood swings after a wireless exposure besides me? If so would love to compare notes/chat about it with you.

I found this document the other day from the naval military research institute.
I hope it is helpful. See especially page 9… http://www.justproveit.net/sites/default/files/prove-it/files/military_radiowave.pdf |

Thank you Patricia. My mood swings are more like a response to an exposure to wireless/wifi longer than 24 hours. A prolonged exposure precipites a mood swing with the same cascading symptoms that last 7-10 days. Ill list the symptoms below:
Depression Uncontrollable laughing or giggling Anxiety attack Crying Tirade of rage Verbosity and writing letters to my husband Paranoia and hatred of everyone Exhaustion Insomnia And more exhaustion The symptoms cascade in this order over 7-10 days and then end. In between accidental wireless/wifi exposures im fine!! Perfectly well, except for some general anxiety that i take 10mg of Buspar for every day. (Most times when i use wifi at home i turn it on and then turn it right off again when im done with my task, but sometimes i forget and dont find that ive left it on until the next day) Ive met no one else exhibiting these kinds of symptoms. Im housebound so am not exposed to wireless/wifi unless i accidentally leave it on here at home. I do this every two to three months but ive put some safeguards in place so it wont happen as frequently, if ever again. Im beginning to think im a rare bird. To anyone out there: Does this happen to anyone you know?? Anybody?? Jeez!! I feel like a freak of nature... |

I would look into heavy metal poisoning for some of these symptoms -- mercury, copper, etc. EMFs can exacerbate heavy metal problems.
Do you any metal dental work (e.g. dental fillings) ? Or eat foods known to be high in heavy metals (e.g. tuna, sushi). I used to have some of these symptoms myself, but have been detoxing on & off for years, so mostly they are just a memory now. Marc |

I definetely feel weird in ways that suggest to me likely permeability of the blood-brain barrier. My head feels kind of stuffed at times. This is with microwave exposure. I believe when affected I have greater susceptibility to rage lust and " lower" emotions of states, I am much less clear mentally. I get into addictive trance mode - unable to sit and be - but junk food takes away the dis-ease temproraily . I can feel the beginning sof the increased polarisation we have in the world within me : with Trump vs antifa, crazy SJWs, poltical correctness, superficial non-thinking empowered by law and destroyi9ng justice, so0-called "fake news" - this pre-occuation with trivia, with celebrities. Evry where you see the general mental level being degraded. {ersonally I do not believe this is unconnected to the recent bombardment of the planet by microwaves. Many of these behavioural changes and dgradations are just what you might expect to see. So if you observe these cylces in yourslef, affecting mood a great deal I doubt you are a freak of nature - probably just more observant than most of us. I eat sushi periodically and have ALOT of dental fillings...
Where would i begin with this Marc?? Would you be commenting about the physical symptoms, mental symptoms or both?? |

I'm talking about both the physical and mental symptoms.
For example, mobilizing metals into your bloodstream can put you into a rage. I noticed this myself when taking alpha lipoic acid, a supplement that many heavy-metal toxic people cannot take due to the terrible symptoms they get from it. If you have a lot of dental fillings, then I would treat that as the #1 issue. I had about 20 fillings once, although right now they are all "the white kind" (non-metal). You'd need to find a "mercury-free" or "holistic" dentist to replace them at whatever pace you can tolerate / afford. Do NOT go to a regular dentist, as they take no precautions against mercury vaport exposure during the removal process. My mother was made hugely worse when she had fillings replaced by a regular dentist (and now has Alzheimers, which is related to heavy metals like mercury & aluminum). There are websites online to identify suitable dentists for this. Also, there are certain foods & supplements that can bind up some of the free-floating mercury in your bloodstream / digestive tract, and you could experiment to see which of these make you better, and which of them make you worse. Some examples -- bentonite clay, activated charcoal, peanut butter, chlorella, cilantro, strawberries. I personally took some pricey supplements to help out with this -- megahydrate, crystal energy, NDF from BioRay. Also, lots of people with mercury poisoning seem to benefit from taking lots of magnesium (e.g. "Natural Calm"). Marc |

The physical symptoms have abated with the removal of all wireless devices in my house.
Laptops and ipads on ethernet. Security system shut down Cellphones on airplane mode No more cable tv No smart meters on house i converted back to analog meters No cordless landlines All electric removed from bedroom. Etc. Its the mental symptoms id like help with, Marc. Any solutions there?? |

I see.
Its funny but i dont have any symptoms unless i have a 24 hour or more exposure to wifi/wireless. I feel pretty good otherwise. But i will look into the mercury poisoning. Im sure thats in the equation. Any other info you can send my way would help me get out of the gate, Marc. Like dosages, etc. Thanks for the info youve already given. I think at this point i need a mentor... You seem qualified... lol!! 🙂 |
I am more willing to take supplements than change my diet. Its quicker.
What supplements do you recommend?? And what dosages?? |

Well, I'm sure that there are many things that might work, although everyone is so individual that there can be a long trial & error process of finding things that don't end up making you worse. And on groups such as this, you will find various people with various viewpoints, based on whatever has worked for them in the past and those things that they have been willing/able to try. So you don't always get a consensus. Although generally people agree that limiting your exposure to EMF/RF helps. :-) Marc |

Well, there are doctors who specialize in this... :-) Although they might be hard to find, expensive, and often-times I find that following my doctor's advice makes me worse. :-( Marc |

I have done a colon cleanse, a kidney cleanse, and a liver cleanse in that order a few years ago.
I have a whole house water filter. So am drinking clean water. BTW the research on Cognizin was done in europe where you need a prescription to get it. Its available online here without rx. Call Pam Seefeld of BotanicalResources.com @ 1-727-442-4955 if you have doubts... i think this is what is helping me, Marc, the more i think about it... |

Ah, well you're already taking a lot of stuff, although sometimes taking too much spirulina gives me heart palpitations (I don't know if it does that to you). If you're anything like I was back then, I'd try "Megahydrate", and probably in fractional capsules at first (in case it's too strong for you). Also many people seem to do well taking "Ashwaganda" (herb). Also, the better heavy metal supplements these days are "IMD" (from Quicksilver Scientific) and "MetalSweep" (from BioPure), although some people (like myself) have a hard time tolerating these, presumably due to some genetic defects and damaged detoxification mechanisms. So I tend towards taking "NDF" (from BioRay), which is more tolerable for me. But doses are always very individual -- at first, I would take as little as possible to ensure that you don't have some adverse reaction to them. |

Blessings to you on trying the citycholine (Cognizen). I smoked for 35 years (3/4 pack a day) but afyer 35 years i did my brain a lot of damage cognitively.. (heavy metals in the smoke i surmise). I spoke with Pam who put me on the Cognizen to regenerate my brain and inside of 6 months i was thinking and functioning as good as new!! I take it every night as a precaution of going back down the road of brain damage from other things one being heavy metals i guess, huh??... 😁.
Give it 3-6 months on the Cognizen, Marc. You should see a major improvement by that time... |

I take cognizen by Healthy Origins 150 caps/150 day supply for one person $35.00 per bottle. A lot cheaper than what you take, Marc.
I dont have rage unless i have a WIFI exposure. There is a symptom called Rage Syndrome that is directly connected to EMFs. Thats me!! I dont know how to post links on here so if you want to give me your email address or hook up on messenger i can give you a few articles with great info. I also found a product called HMD (heavy metal detox) which is half the price of what you take.... $67.50. Its drops in a 4 oz. bottle. Check it out... |
