My adventures today with electromagnetic fields

Patricia
this was a very "special" day...
a very electromagnetic / wifi day.

i went with my roommate to his office
to print up documents for a friend and
it was like being in the epicenter of all
EMF fields of all times.  well, that might
be a slight exaggeration, but suffice it
to say it was INTENSE.  i began to have
a pressure and pain in my head at that
time.  i would move from office to hallway
to escape the intensity... and then the
project was finished and i was grateful.

then we went to an outdoor earthday
event and i began to feel a SHARP pain
in my left temple.  it was not constant,
it was intermittent, and yet it was very
deep and OUCH! painful.  after a while,
i decided that was not a good thing and
i went into an adjacent part, which was
a good thing until maybe 15-20 minutes,
at which time it happened again.  then
i decided i needed to escape the area
altogether.  i walked over to an outdoor
cafe several blocks away and sat in the
cool patio for an hour until i escaped
the cold by going inside.

a sweet group of three adult women
and two little girls came to sit at a
table behind me.  all was well until it
wasn't - and the pain recurred in my
left temple.  i looked to see what it
might be and it appeared that the
adults were teaching the little girls how
to use cellphones.  they were calling
one another from one side of the table
to the other - on their cellphones.  i
left rather quickly.

it became quite clear to me that i am
very sensitive to cellphones and can
almost act as a meter, myself, for
EMF activity.  now, this MIGHT have
been especially acute because of the
exposure at my roommate's office, but
i have been living in a fairly emf-free
environment, so it was especially
noticeable.

i wonder at times how my roommate
seems to be able to be ok with all the
EMF he is in - an OCEAN of it - both at
home and at work - and i realized that
he is an avid water drinker.  he takes
an entire gallon of water to work with
him every day and drinks quarts of
tea before he goes to work.  he drinks
more quarts of water before he goes
to sleep.  so, just as we have had
discussion here about using plastic
water jugs to block EMF, i am thinking
that his large appetite for drinking
water might be protective for him.
could dehydration exacerbate EMF
sensitivity?

thoughts?
love, patricia

could dehydration exacerbate EMF
sensitivity?

At first I thought so, but I think more water does help overall. I too have ES and also seem to be a walking "meter." I can often tell is a tower is "on" or not.

Greetings to all and thank you for this forum.

Sounds like my experience shopping most anywhere, several times weekly.  Racing around at the mall trying to find a place to wait for my car's oil change.  Found a small shelter between two ornamental rocks but it was cold.  I was hoping no one would ask why I was there...

Bottomline:  everyday occurrence, perhaps for most of us.

I learn something new everyday - I didn't know it was possible to seek shelter from EMFs based on what you position yourself between.

Rocks and earth were between me and the wi fi and towers.  Aim at a bunker to avoid radiation
