I can just see us sitting at the pcs coated in mud. lol

Bentonite Clay "Russian scientists use bentonite to protect their
bodies from radiation when working with nuclear material, by coating
their hands and bodies with a hydrated bentonite "magma" before
donning radiation suits. Bentonite adsorbs radiation so well, in
fact, that it was the choice material used to dump into Cherynobl
after the nuclear meltdown in the former Soviet Union." Dr. Jensen,
N.D., D.C., Ph.D., suggests using bentonite to absorb radiation from
the bones. Since so many of us are subject to various forms of
radiation, whether from X-rays or television or computers, this would
be something to consider. This could be extremely important for
those who have undergone radiation treatment for cancer.

French green clay has the ability to remove toxic metals and
chemical residues, bacteria, and blood toxins with virtually no side
effects of constipation, diarrhea, or stomach cramping. It is known
to remove radiation, arsenic, lead, mercury, and aluminum amid other
toxic metals in less than six weeks. The more you use, the quicker
you detox."

Thanks to Perla and Tayloka for getting me looking at these all more.

Hey, I tried this once! I used a MUDD facial mask (bentonite
clay) while sitting in front of the computer monitor. This
did indeed reduce my "face burning" symptoms, but it did
not remove the headache.

Although, since I was looking for things that I could
use in my workplace and not draw too much attention to
myself, this didn't really qualify. :-)

The "burning face" symptoms I get mostly seem to be on my cheeks. My
face turns all red, but that's about it. I can alleviate it by taking
Megahydrin (antioxidant), using certain skin lotions (Shikai Borage
Dry Skin Therapy is what I've been using lately), or using EMF
protection devices from Quantum Products (Springlife Polarizers
don't help with this symptom)

Hi,

The mud packs in i buy in the supermarket work fine.. The clay rocks i find beside a recently made road here i even am gonna use.. feels clean as well, and i mix some cypressextract in it sometimes (also helps with tissue integrity, among others..) Or you can buy them in the health store or i guess on-line//

My symptoms are at the same places. I call it the thing. For me it came in all at once, everywhere anyway.. Just of about all of you guys symptoms, all the pain i took it for a month.. weird wild stuff// it is hard to explain for me now.. gonna be allright// do not worry. Hands over ears and still the mind.

Now it is on its way out. Feel my nosebridge for example, now. Can still not exactly say what it is, it is soon going (guessing 8 days or was that a promise//?? eastern, christmas, all the same..-;) exactly at that place// Feel my heart, like being pierced from last night (Beloved says it is like open heart surgery, also says the plaque or something that process is now being reversed) The ego-mind will die at the cross-bone over there and at the same time the heart will tear.. (the there is the river of life/tree of Life, subtle nerve system restore.. The spine is the stairway to heaven.. etc)

You guys are really at a disadvantage maybe not so used yet to creams and packs..

Myself i can even serve my customers with the clay right on my face, or all over// Come on can it really hurt the customers?/ Scary hey..Well nagnag from my ex, but that is all..

I don't know Paul. If it is a concern, you could always put what you
get from store (likely food grade since people take it internallly,
which is better than cosmetic graded items.) into the oven on a low
heat for a couple hours, but I suspect it would kill any goodies in
there that would be beneficial.

I've used clay since little on bugbites mostly. I don't know the kind
of clay here, but I don't think it's as good as these particular kinds.
I've always just looked for a clean area, w/o people, animal, road
traffic that looked clean, or out of a pond to get a cupful to keep.
No problems. Now on open sores, I think I'd want the store bought.

The builders grade, I don't know, it may be the same. If it somehow has
had impurities added, then it might be a problem.

Here's a little else in the similar area of dirt:

To the science of living cells, fulvic acids are vital in bringing
substantial amounts of nutrients and minerals into water solution and
delivering their living energies to the living cells. Fulvic acid
assists every stage of cellular metabolism and is the most powerful,
natural electrolyte known. It restores electrical balance to damaged
cells, neutralizes toxins and can eliminate food poisoning within
minutes. When it encounters free radicals with unpaired positive or
negative electrons, it supplies an equal and opposite charge to
neutralize the free radical.

Re: More on this thing coming out

Hi

The thing on its way out follows seemingly the same course as coming in, although it is hard to decribe seems kinda like "snaking" through the body, pretty much everywhere..Feel many strands go out by hair, it still takes out hair sometimes and the back of my head is still getting cut by it at times and remains a lot shorter than the rest of it/ kinda cool looking coupe.. (pull out the hairs on the back of your head//bible)

The teeth. When it goes through here it can still hurt the most (it hurt the most coming in here as well, or hurt a lot, hard to say what hurt most..) Feels like a tooth is slowly being pulled// seems to even loosen toothplaque as so sharp/or tight this energy is//had not been brushing lateley//

Once it pulled through my nose and pushed pimples through. That is the time that out of it seemed to come some other energies (now that is in revelation/// which is not a bad book to read once in your life from start to finish, just to read and not interpret while you r at it)

Do not wanna call it its name.. like to call it the thing.. it is rather stinky, and i am happy it is on its way out.. electric eal ///

Cannot explain. When Shrek places a pin in the chain of the bridge the dragon is linked to.. That explains it for me//It is the dragons chain, the bridges chain as well and the dragon is trapped by it/

Love

Snoshoe I want to ask you about something. Awhile back you said that you were using solar lighting in your cabin. I am installing some solar outdoor lighting now and would like to also put in some solar indoor lights. Are there any that you recommend?

Re: Mud people

Hi Straitguy,

The two older ones I have, and I cannot figure out the brand, they are
not LEDs, and are not automatic on, unless you leave them on. They
have an on/off slide switch on the side, which I like, and I like them
just fine. The two I got that are LEDs, I won't be keeping.

My best suggestion is to pay extra for nonLED types, although you'll
probably have to hunt harder for them these days.

I like propane lighting just fine too, if that is any help.
