MCS causes same as for ES?

What are the causes for multiple chemical sensitivity and are they the same as for ES? Some claim there are a correlation.

MCS can be caused by the same things, and the treatments can be the same.  And people can get both at the same time.

Causes can be toxicity (metals, chemicals), chronic infections, lack of nutrition, etc.
