Wouldn't a person with ES have trouble tolerating the jamming device?

It seems like you'd want fewer signals, not more...

Re: JAMMING OF DECT SIGNALS

That was my first thought ! Jamming includes still more em emissions
I imagine. Now, I wouldn't say no to a dedicated machine use for
targeting the emf, ahahah. In fact that would be the best thing we
could come up with. Smart sabotage of phone mast, dect phone, wifi.

Yesterday, I measured a peak at 50 uW for the dect signal. No wonder
I need a lot of coffee in the morning to wake up. But today I feel a
little bit better, because I put an aluminium paper shield against
the dect signal(I measured that it didn't make much worse the phone
mast signal coming from the opposite direction). But I doubt I'm
gonna have a lasting break.

Hello Jean,

You do know that your HF meter has great trouble in detecting DECT signals.
They mostly give signals from 2.000 up to 20.000 uW/m2 or more.

Re: JAMMING OF DECT SIGNALS

Jean-2
Hi Charles,

yes I understand my meter is very unprecise.

Also so far I have not been able to measure one single channel, it
goes on scanning all the predefined dect channels.

But for the values, the scales are the same as for the other
frequencies. I can measure values in the magnitude of the uW/m2, it
can measure still below, like in the nW/m2. 2000 uW/m2 !!! I'm
scared, you mean that the measures on the display are wrong ????

Re: JAMMING OF DECT SIGNALS

I'm really anxious to know more about that, because for now I've
measured from 5 to 20 uW/m2 for the dect channels. I understand this
is precisely where my meter is wrong : getting the value for a single
isolated frequency. Now if you're telling me that in fact the value
is like 2000uW/m2 or more instead of the 20 uW/m2 displayed !!!!!!

I'll be back later if you answer today.

jean.

We do not bother about nW/m2.
For us, the uW/m2 are important.

Regarding DECT signals, this meter gives only what we call *housenumbers*.
I am sorry for you, but that is the case.

HI,

I'm curious, has anyone been able to try the jammers? As far as I've
looked they're not legal in the U.S.
My first thoughts agree, it would add more. Then again, perhaps it
works like noise cancellation tech. making an equal and opposite wave
that cancels each other out. Anyone know?

Re: JAMMING OF DECT SIGNALS

Jean-2

That would still be okay if there was some kind of multiplication
factor. Say if I measure 10 uW on my meter I just have to multiply
it by 20 to find the correct value.

Now, I borrowed the meter with the green large antenna, one year ago,
and maybe the measures for the phone mast were of the same range than
what I can get right now with my meter. I have to find back the
recored I made, though.

Okay more news : close to the wall with the neighbor, I measured up
to 140 uW for the dect today...

jean.
