Basically, C-60 falls under the "Anti-Oxidant" category.  Foods with same properties mentioned in the Rense interview were Berries, Spinach, Red Wine (& more listed at his site).

HOW DOES CARBON-60 WORK?

Toxins steal electrons from molecules within our bodies; Carbon 60 donates, or shares an electron, thus repairing the molecule.

Each Carbon 60 molecule is very tiny—it would take about 100,000 Carbon-60 molecules to bridge the width of a single human hair! A special quality, and the reason Carbon-60 works, is that our single molecules of the Carbon-60 can share up to 20 electrons.

Essentially, a free radical is a “damaged” molecule missing an electron. In the interview, Greska said free radicals, due to oxidative stress which causes them to be missing an electron, "don't know who they are" anymore (lost their "memory," I guess, ha) & don't know what their purpose is, so their electron-less presence hinders/causes trouble in the body.  When the C-60 gives them a replacement electron for their missing one, they become "whole" again & can now benefit the body again vs. causing trouble.

He also said toxins are actually active "electron thieves."  They go around "stealing" electrons from healthy molecules, & that when C-60 gives the toxin(s) an electron (or they "steal" one from the C-60?), it pacifies them & "makes them happy" & they stop "stealing." :)  They will then be eliminated from the body.

Greska only piped in at the beginning intro as the hour was dedicated to 5 testimonies of people who have taken his C-60 product.  I already forgot some of their names & their order:

1_Older lady, age 70, last name Hart, into natural remedies; & re her husband, an MD who was on heart meds. They tried a different brand first & were "chained" to the toilet from it, got very weak from that.  Then learned of Greska's product & did much better on it, wrinkles & scars gone, feel like age 40, grey hair disappeared; husband off all meds except low-dose BP med as he's too chicken to stop it, lol.

2_Erika lady, age 53, a "bio-hacker," who in years past had been accepted into the NASA Astronaut Program. She began at 1-dropperful per week for a month.  First time/dose, she woke up dying to get out of bed raring to go like a 6-year-old, lol.  Eventually she had a 24-hour "healing crisis" (flu-like) so went to bed & endured it, but after that no more negatives, only good improvements.

3_Tanya Sweeny, I think she was the one who runs the FB C-60 group(?)  Was attacked online by the other-product-sellers so knew something was amiss about that, etc. 

__She may have been the one who said she had tried 4 other brands first & unknowingly at the time had "poisoned herself" w/those & had bad detox because of that.

4_Forgot name, a lady who gives colonics professionally (she's done 10,000 total) but began adding 1-drop Greska C-60 to colonic cleanser & told stories of patient results, physical & emotional improvements. << Interesting re that: Major negative emotion many now have, she said, was being "easily offended" so they withdraw from people.  But after C-60 they are like brand new personalities, laughing & talking, etc.  As for the colonics, she said you wouldn't believe what comes out (gaaah!) when C-60 is added.

5_The very last lady barely got started when the hour ended & she was cut off by the commercials. :-/

The best "new" thing I learned was that one of the ladies put the C-60 drops (1-drop at a time) in her dog's eyes because it had cataracts & it helped! & she added that people w/cataracts were doing the same & were having good results!  Unfortunately, host Rense did not ask her to ELABORATE as I would have liked to hear more details re that.

Rense did say he'd been taking Greska's C-60 for about a month now, puts 1-dropperful into his daily smoothie.  But because he was already heathy, a long-time "organic vegan," that he hadn't noticed any big drastic difference.

Ladies reported it has zero taste & they take it by mouth vs. mixing it w/other liquids.  Another lady puts a few drops on bread for her dog.

One of the ladies said the results (energy-wise) are very subtle, that it is not as if you just drank a cup of coffee, but it's at a much deeper level than that (mitochondria).

__That's how I used to describe Co-Q-10 (in the decades prior to current EMF/ES-Horror-Show), that it was very subtle, but after 15-20mins of taking it upon awakening, I would finally feel like I could ACTUALLY GET UP (CFIDS).
