InfraRed or Red Light Sauna's - safe for eSensitives?

Minni
If any EHS person on this group has tried InfraRed or Red Light
Sauna's, how did they react vis-a-vis your EHS?

I'd appreciate your posting your experience here for the record.

I also wonder how good it is for those with Gilbert's Syndrome (since
Blue Light is recommended for jaundice, hence my Q.

Thanks!

I have both an infra red sauna and also an infra red coffee table like
sauna that is much cheaper. I use it for mercury detox and don't know
what it will do if anything for electrical sensitivity. I have a
relative with liver issues. She hasn't got jaundice yet. But she
uses the table sauna also and loves it. It is really good for the
skin and I know that when I get poison ivy that the infra red can
reduce and eliminate the itching with daily treatments. I Kojaked
myself and rub the oil of cilantro directly into my head and then
place my head under the infra red sauna table. It is a really good
way to do mercury detox. (Kojak, you know, the guy with no hair).

I just had a bad reaction at work last week. My heart chakra, breast
plate, had a dull pain, labored breathing and I become emotionally very
unstable, angry then on the verge of bursting into tears. I was doing a
concert and I think there were a lot of cell phones in the audience as
well as a stack of electronic amps backstage.
I had a lot of blood work done and a couple of the results showed very
low DHEA and white blood cell count and high bilirubin, direct and
total. This can be from a blocked bile duct by a gall stone (s).
I have done 3 gall bladder flushes in the past 5 years and may have
done an incomplete flush.
I am doing another one now to see if I can clear it out further.
Yes, I am working with health practitioners to further investigate the
causative factors.
Since liver-jaundice issues were mentioned, I throw this in.
