Hi all,
I just got to looking something up, as I've been dealing with a not nice person in litigation. Anyway, short of it is I told my lawyer (among other things), that I HAVE a Right to a place that is Safe and Healthy for me to live. This is my own property, but I think anyone could make a case for this, there are too many of us, and the problem is multiplying. So, here's what I found: http://www.un.org/en/documents/udhr/index.shtml UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights Article 25. (1) Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family,... I hope this is useful to many of us. :) ~ Snoshoe |
Thanks for that what of Arthur Fistenburg ?

I agree !
This is approach by Olle Johansson and the Swedish approach to build up better and safer conditions to HES persons. According to me, this should be a 'Troyan Horse' that could be managed by NGOs and Associations. I followed the complex UN's website to understand how this can be arranged according UN's frames, but failed ... too complicated : only Registred Associations can be counterpart of them ... I may find difficulties also for the English (mine is not quite elevated to understand sophisticated lwa terms etc,). What about you ? I think we need to push for our right to low emf neighborhoods. I don't
know if we'll win the fight to get others to understand since this technology is harmful, since it's advertised, & sold everywhere. Pushed in every place possible, hospitals & schools. Other countries do get it & accommodate to a degree. We deserve that. I have to talk to others just about the basics, of too many wireless layers for health. Everyone seems to agree, but they are not CEO"s that can make those changes. Can we get more letter writing to officials going from our site? We need a website to rely on. i have to share about a phone conversation i had today
with a customer service rep at the phone company. he said, "do you have a cell phone?" i proceeded to gently mention that i get horrendous cramps from cell phone radiation. he began then to tell ME about the dangers of EMF... and even compared it to asbestos. :) i think the word is getting out. and i love the idea of pushing for safe neighborhoods. :) love, patricia On Nov 15, 2012, at 10:35 AM, Kathy Baumann wrote: > I think we need to push for our right to low emf neighborhoods.
