Hi Everyone,
I have not been involved here much. and for awhile, but I wanted to share something that might help some of you: First, let me say that I have experienced electrosensitivity for years. Some symptoms for me have been headaches, fatigue, feelings of tinglings on my face or skin. A few months ago, I did buy a new phone, a Samsung J3 Prime, which has a low standard absorption rate (the SAR radiation measurement). When I first starting using it I did feel some of the negative effects from a cell phone. About this same time I also decided to add extra protein to my diet. I started taking two large scoops of whey and/or pea protein once or twice per day. One of the things that I noticed was that when I would wake up in the morning, I would stretch and feel my muscles getting stronger. I also noticed that I had an overall improvement of energy levels, and I WAS EXPERIENCING MUCH LESS ELECTROSENSIVITY. Now I barely even notice EMFs from sources that have weaker power sources such as cell phones and computers. (Yet, as a truck driver, I carefully avoid parking near cell towers and under or near power lines! I can really feel those sometimes!) Perhaps, if you are somewhat protein-deficient, like I think I was, adding protein supplementation to your diet may also lessen your problems with electrosensitivity. (May I recommend that you do not use soy protein or any protein supplements that use artificial sweeteners.) Good luck! Bry |
Just adding my 2 cents: the good effect you feel might be from whey.
Whey is not only a protein powder, but has other components that are known to detox heavy metals. Dr. Klinghardt says goat whey is one of the best substances for taking heavy metals from deep tissue, if my memory is good (I did some of his courses, and I have the info written somewhere, if you'd like me to pull it for you). Of course, maybe the pea protein could also be helping you, in case you are aminoacid deficient. But I suspect that the biggest gain is from whey. I'm trying to find goat whey fresh, directly from the farmer, let's see if I succeed. Thanks for posting your experience. |

I find whey quite beneficial, myself. Although I had to get one that was relatively unprocessed and "clean", otherwise I'd get mucous from it.

Hi. What brand of whey and pea protein did you use? And you said 2 spoon of whey and/or pea do this mean 2 of whey and 2 of pea protein or 2 maybe mixed or one of them?
Aside from maybe strengthening the body and filling up protein resources in the body there are many proteins that acts as strong chelators and detoxers. Like L-Glutamine, L-Glutathione, N-Acetylcysteine (NAC) etc. so the heavy metals and other toxins causing ES are getting out. |
Curious what brand you use?
Have any of you heard of this protein from bovine serum? For people sensitive to whey: http://catalog.designsforhealth.com/PurePaleo-IgG-Chocolate |
jinna and romana:
i had already detoxed quite well with a month or two of chlorella and cilantro, so i don't think it is the heavy metals; i really think it is just the overall strength and energy from extra protein giving me a resistance to the influence of emfs jinna, romana, and steve: the brand is just trader joes, from southern california: regular whey protein powder and organic pea protein powder marc: thanks for all u do thanks, bryon |

After trying a couple different brands of whey, I ended up using this one, from Amazon. Probably the most expensive whey out there, too. :-/
https://www.amazon.com/Raw-Organic-Whey-Undenatured-Unsweetened/dp/B00APPF0LE I also a "mineral whey", from "Mount Capra". This is for re-mineralization, not protein. |
Thanks, looks good except for the bag. Would be better in a container From: Marc Martin [via ES] <[hidden email]> To: steve <[hidden email]> Sent: Wednesday, October 3, 2018 12:10 PM Subject: [ES] Re: How I Lessened the Effects of Electrosensitivity

Hey Bry, 2 months of detox would not even touch the problem of heavy metals.
I'm doing heavy metal detox for the last 14 years, non-stop, rotating products, protocols, and I still react badly to new chelators / mobilizers. I've consumed kilograms of chlorella, diatomaceus earth, clay, charcoal... and still do. Any therapist dealing with heavy metals will confirm, through experience, 2 months won't touch the problem. |

Many years ago I bought some whey but didn´t feel good about it was not good for my cognitive function. So buy high quality if buying protein powder.

Well I have come a far way with natural detox food. I dont bother with pills and supplements, was into that game me too before but didn´t turn out to help me much other than brainfog, and detox symptoms if overdosing.
My main detox food I feel is juice and smoothies of fruits, berries and greens trying to take at least 8 units a day. Thats more than most take, but I feel one need to take some quantity and quality(not from concentrate) before it really starts to help detoxing. And that is with no adverse affects like many supplements cause. Well and some banana, carrots etc with its fiber and vegetables may also benefit my detox with its fibre that is binding heavy metals. |

i think we need much less protein than is advised by the academics. these protein powders may blow up your muscles but not increase actual strength. hemp is supposed to be the most superior source of protein, anyway i like it better. if protein seems to help to diminish es, then one can try to stop taking it to see if there is some sort of cause and effect and not a coincidence. |

Before I learned about ES, I used protein powder to 'stay alive'...
I was using Sunwarrior Protein Blend. There is no whey in that one.. It did help.. but the problem slowly got worse as levels went up all over the place. |

Soy for me I cut out because for some reason there was a connection between it making it worse for me, I also avoid very acidic foods. I get more than enough protein and your right when I have my usual power breakfast in the morning I'm fueled for the entire day, without it I would be even more of an ES wreck. I also started using saffron in my veggies and rice in the evening once a week and that also helps, I don't know how but my issues calm down faster after consume at least one meals worth of it a week.

I guess there is a difference between loading ourselves with animal proteins full of hormones, concentrated pesticides, fungicides, glyphosates, than taking organic whey from pasture organic farming...
I bet we get super acidic when eating loads of poisoned animal proteins, and that is different when we load with cleaner whey or other protein powders... Dr Rau from Paracelsus say we only need 60 grams of proteins a day (more will contribute to acidify the body), but we DO NEED the whole set of aminoacids, not just repeating the same type and lacking some essential ones, that is why he suggests people to supplement with proteins from quinoa, for example. But he is also totally against over-protein diets due to acidity (they increase acidity usually because when you load yourself with them, you naturally eat less veggies and fruits). Just look at our civilization: we are the ones consuming the most amount of proteins ever in contrast with previous civilizations that had to survive on more veggie diets, and that does not make us champions of health... Most illnesses will point to an acid pH in places that shouldn't be too acid (like urine...), and less acidity in places where it should be acid (like in the stomach).... |
