I take yucca root, about 3 capsules twice a day. Helps a lot.
Also a tablet of histidine (amino acid) helps me. ~ Snoshoe --- In [hidden email], Loni <loni326@...> wrote: > > > > If it's not one thing it's the other. Anyone know what to do about major head swelling due to the pollen? Brain Fog. Fatigue > > Any miracle solutions out there? \ > > Loni > |

Quercetin mixed with olive oil may help. And there's some herb
called butterbur. Try to minimize all fumes and toxins, shower a couple times a day at least, mop the floors every day or two, brush any pets outdoors daily, vacuum, keep windows closed when it's windy. Loni,
Below are some general tips that might help you minimize your contact with pollen. Good luck, Jennie *Pollen is heaviest between the hours of 5:00am and 10:00am so avoid being outside during those times *If you have spent time outside when you get inside change your clothes andshower if possible. If you are not able to shower at least change your clothes and consider wearing a hat to keep pollen out of your hair *Shower before you go to bed. See if your spouse will do the same. Changeyour sheets the first time you do this to have a totally pollen free sleep! *Do nasal rinses regularly ________________________________ From: "[hidden email]" <[hidden email]> To: [hidden email] Sent: Wed, May 26, 2010 11:28:47 PM Subject: RE: [eSens] Help the Pollen is killing me!
