Hello, i'm new and need advise

priest676@ymail.com
Hello,

well my story is a long one, the most important at the moment is the HF radiation for me. Need some help.

As i moved to a new appartment i couldn't sleep for damn 3 or 4 weeks, i nearly lost my memory, was tired all the time and got light sensitive. I borrowed a HF radiation measure device (Gigahertz HF35C) and i measured at my sleeping place about 50-200 µW/m², from all sides. Other places even more (DECT phone from neighbour in my bathroom). Up to 250µW/m².

So the first step was that i slept at a different place. What a wonder! After 3 days i started to sleep again. At this place i measured around 5-15µW/m², the only place in this appartment with so low radiation.

But: This place is not always safe. Seems my neighbour under me has a low radiation DECT phone which turns off radiation only when it's in the base-station. So i need a solution!

I thought i'll buy a fly-screen which i put under my sleeping place. I live in the top of a 8 family house. The following i want buy:

http://www.ebay.de/itm/290650219194?hlp=false

My question is: 1.4mm X 1.4mm is enough to block the radiation from my neighbour below (up to 250µW/m²)? It's made of aluminium and thickness of the wires is 0.22mm.

I don't have the Gigahertz HF35C anymore because it was just borrowed but i sleep very, very bad when the DECT is radiating me. The problem is that i need some days to recover from this shit until i feel OK again..

Gerald,

Welcome to our list.  I'm sorry you're getting fried by their phones.

I have read about Magnesium board but haven't tried it.

It is magnesium oxide, a type of mineral cement, and is commonly called simply “MgO” Available in many forms, comes in
 various thicknesses and sheet sizes.

 It also comes
in various grades, such as smooth finishes, rough textures, and utility
 grade

It can be scored and snapped, although it is
stronger than drywall and requires  more effort. It can be cut
with a power saw, drilled-through and fastened like other similar
boards."

I don't know what thickness to use. Maybe it will help.

Re: Hello, i'm new and need advise

priest676@ymail.com
Sure, you can go by feelings etc. But i get my headache after 2-3 days of exposure and till then i don't know. And headache etc. can be caused by different things also.

My point is: I can't feel HF radiation immediately. And when i was exposed too much i need long time (3 days wasted) to recover. There are tools which show me HF radiation, so i want to use these tools. We are blind in this case and this radiation measuring devices are like blind-dogs (of course only the really good ones).

In future i plan to move to a new appartment anyway and till then i want live somehow normal. This HF radiation makes everyone sick, in my humble opinion. But it affects everyone in different ways, some get aggressive and others get a headache etc.

Gerald,

I feel wi-fi I immediately too. It's awful.

The Cornet ED15sa  meter http://s160930441.onlinehome.us/resources/ED15sa.pdf

might be good, b/c has a spectrum analyzer built in. Let you know about active wi-fi.

We all think it is making everyone sick too. Most don't feel  literally as we do. I wish more would listen.

Do you have smart meters on utility meters for electric & gas yet?  They run at least 900 megahertz
Go through your living space, not just to the outside.

Re: Hello, i'm new and need advise

priest676@ymail.com
Hi Kathy,

thanks for the link. I will take this device into my list.

We have such "smart meters" here in Germany also. I don't know if they work the same way as in the USA. Here are such "smart meters" at my radiators which send in Bluetooth frequency. The odd thing about this is that they don't use it anyway and come every year to write down the usage. However, i didn't measure any radiation with the Gigahertz HF35C at this smart meters. But i covered them in aluminium-foil anyway (4-5 parts). The Gigahertz guy told me that those smart meters (at least in Germany) send with relative low energy so some aluminium-foil should be enough to stop them.

I wish i would feel it immediately, so i could run away immediately. I never know actually if my neighbour has her phone in the base-station or not... that makes me crazy because i know every little bit makes sick and actually i can't avoid it totally. I just know that from Wi-Fi i get subsultus, if the signal is strong enough.

At the moment I do have ca. 70 happy people.
A lady with a pacemaker, who had trouble leaving the house, now travels with public transport (amidst smartphones and tabelts) sleeps in a hotel in Barcelona which has much Wifi installed.
Another person had trouble in the office, now can function again normally.
Most people sleep better and have more dreams.
Another person told me that his sister, who suffers from fibromyalgia but not electrosensitivity, reported a 50% less complaints after 2-3 weeks.

With my biofeedback system I measue 170 Bionarkers, and so I also can measure improvements in health.

Most electrosensitives do have a chronic deficit on Calcium.
And aside to that they also have a Calcium loss.

Your situation could have been improved, but you did not want  to.

I offered to send you something, free of charge, just for testing,  but you
refused to give me your postal address.
And without address I  cannot send something by post.

Now, the testing period is  over.

I have not slept properly for many many years - I try  different locations
in the home when I can and also change the orientation  of my portable
matress found good result with head to east and legs west  for a while but
  now go
for head south orientation. My bedroom is a no  sleep zone, my daughters
Ipod shows my neighbours wifi at the pillow,  whereas the location I now

these days and try to go with my initial  feelings, however we all know

Gerald,

This mentions distance in feet, know you use metric.

http://www.mobileinfo.com/Bluetooth/FAQ.htm#t3

Bluetooth  operates on the unlicensed
2.4 GHz (Industrial, Scientific and Medical) frequency band that is
shared among other devices (microwave ovens, cordless phones, garage
door openers, etc. )

transmission range will only be 10m, about 30ft.

High-powered Bluetooth devices will enable ranges up to 100m (300ft).

      Hi Kathy,

thanks for the link.

Charles,

This is awesome to here about your recoveries.  What kind of biofeedback system do you use? I want to look for someone in my country.

What amount of calcium do you have people start at?  I know you mentioned a cal/mag/K-2 supplement.

Each person is different, but is it all calcium balance for most? Thyroid & adrenals as well.

I know many have to work on detoxing metals. My situation is different with over responsive GABA receptors from quitting valium. I am 14 mos off. I have improved but have a way to go.

Thanks, Kathy

Thanks for sharing. Which product you recommend as per your biofeedback system?
Please share.
Thanks
