I have noticed in the last few weeks that I have this strange flutter in my chest when I drive underneath power lines that cross or are really congested (for lack of a better word). I just made the connection this weekend, because I usually have my eyes on the road or the kiddos (through the mirror). It seems a little high to be my heart, but I'm wondering if anyone has experienced this. I have been under a tremendous amount of stress lately, so that is a possibility as well. Shawn |

I get some palpations from hypothyroidism (caused by mercury), that sometimes goes up/down. I'll have to monitor if I get it near power lines. I'm looking for new methods of dealing with thyroid like supplementation with T3 in small amounts in addition to T4. This is the latest method I have heard of for supplementing thyroid. I also use "coconut oil" which helps thyroid & metabolism. Regards, Glenn |
Now I'm a little nervous because I have a cracked mercury filling. I should get a blood work-up and go from there. I'll do some research on the T3 and T4 since I'm unfamiliar with that. Thanks! There is a good book called "What your doctor may not tell you about
Hypothyroidism", by Ken Blanchard. This is where I got unique T3/T4 methods for balancing thyroid. Hi Shawn, I have had heart flutters and erratic beating for very short periods when exposed to high strength, low frequency EM. And it usually happened after I was coming down out of a stressful time. I could never pin down exactly the combo of things that caused it (but of course I never did any experimenting to find this out either since I didn't want any more episodes ;) ). What seemed to work for me in preventing recurrence was to take a rhythmic, leisurely walk away from strong EM fields in a forested park. I also did grounding by walking barefoot and placing myself in contact with a large tree and did gentle rhythmic breathing. If I couldn't get away, I would drink warm non-caffeine tea or cool (not cold) water again with a measured, relaxed rhythm, pausing between swallows and paying gently focused attention to the swallowing process. I look at it like kind of a soft inner 'massage' given to the area by the fluid's calm passing. My intent in all of these was to establish a comfortable, slow rhythm that I hoped would inspire my heart region to follow. I hope your flutters resolve soon. Best to you, Beau --- In [hidden email], "nyapshawn" <shawnhorn@m...> wrote: > > I have noticed in the last few weeks that I have this strange flutter > in my chest when I drive underneath power lines that cross or are > really congested (for lack of a better word). I have also had heart palpitations when exposed to a high EM field. I
suppose the body's own field that controls the beat of the heart throuigh neural pathways (and which is connected to the earth's EM field - the Schumann Resonance) is generally fairly sensitive, and in some individuals more sensitive than usual. I have found that a certain type of breathing can help with this. I was actually taught it by a naturapath - it involves sort of a short sharp breath that presses down on the solar plexus, but you would need to experiemt a bit. Because neural pathways would be directly affected by stress it would make sense that palpitations would result under adverse conditions in a sensitive person. Excellent point. I think between the stress, the EMF sensitivity, and the cracked filling it warrants some blood work and a trip to the dr. I also plan to call the dentist (new to me) to find out the procedure for removing the filling safely. I like the idea of probiotics before, during, and after the procedure because of my exposure to mercury. I can start that this week. Thanks for all the great information. I did not realize that all of these symptoms were related. Shawn http://www.mybiopro.com/shawnhorn --- In [hidden email], "Benson, Sarah \(Sen L. Hi Shawn, I'm sure you've run across material like this before on mercury sites, but makes sure you've chekd the proper protocol for having fillings removed. A good protocol exists at drhuggins.com.
