Hear Heartbeat in Ear

Is hearing your heartbeat while trying to fall asleep a very common symptoms of ES?

Just wondering..

I can hear it if I have an earplug in my ear

I have that, both hearing and feeling it. Sometimes its very annoying. Helps if I sleep on my right side.
