Hi,
Before this hit me had some irregularities.
First there was a forced fast. (unlike tomorrow when i start lent, and i just do the best i can). Could not drink coffee, or would throw it out, no meat, no cigarrettes (wow), some beer (yeah yeah) and for the rest it seemed just alfalfa or something, just forced on liquid basically. Just cleaned. Guess a lot of white gue (candida??) also something big and grey came out (years ago someone that seemed to know stuff told me this would happen and that it would be "non-biological material" (said first the white gue only, still happens at times now though)
Couple of weeks after, period for weeks.. that was about it..
Crazy month was from period to period as well,.. this is when i developed super ES and guessing about a year after the former weirdness..
At times it came every two weeks, not that often though/
Feel periods are related. Someone said it stops when they stop,. They are a good change for detox..
