Genetic issue

Tryingtoheal
*
*I found a  doc's site that explains the MTFHR genetic issue the best. *
*
The MTHFR enzyme will run at about 55% to 70% efficiency compared to a
normal MTHFR enzyme.

The reason you want to test for it & correct if you have it.   MTHFR can
make you susceptible to illness because the pathway is the primary source
of glutathione production in the body.  Glutathione is the body's primary
antioxidant and detoxifier.  People with MTHFR anomalies usually have low
glutathione, which makes them more susceptible to stress and less tolerant
to toxins.  As we age MTHFR problems get much worse due to the accumulation
of toxins and the cumulative effect of oxidative stress, which ages our
bodies.

Re: Genetic issue

ESther
Kathy, thank you so much for this!  It is helping me immeasurably.
The chart on MTHFR related conditions (down the page on the site)
brings great clarity to a complex issue.  Just a note:  he say that
the homozygous mutation runs at 7-10% efficiency.  After 23 years of
CFS, MCS, and now ES, this not only explains a lot, but puts it in a
context that makes sense for the reasons why I've been so ill, as well
as how to address it.

Good article Kathy,

I was curious on the two presciption meds that website recommended
for MTHFR.

Here are the two drugs and their ingredients. (hint: loaded with
Petro Chemicals)

At the bottom, you can see the ingredients for the B-Complex I
like. While not perfect-  a whole lot
less of petro chemicals in this product. Under that one, is Mercola's Vitamin B-12 spray, which contains the Methylcobalamin form, without all the toxic ingredients in the Metanx. I have been taking both the wellness vitamin B complex and mercola's B -12 for a few years, and have mentioned them in my earlier posts.  Blessings, 'Lizzie

Metanx - Ingredients:
L-methylfolate Calcium 3 mg, Pyridoxal 5’-phosphate 35 mg, Methylcobalamin 2
mg.

the below ingredients are mostly, petro chemicals, and toxic. Dibasic Calcium Phosphate Dihydrate, Microcrystalline Cellulose
90, Microcrystalline Cellulose HD 90, Pyridoxal-5′-Phosphate, Opadry II Purple
40L10045 (Polydextrose, Titanium Dioxide, Hypromellose 3cP, Hypromellose 6cP,
Glycerol Triacetate, Hypromellose 50cP, FD&C Blue #2, FD&C Red #40,
Polyglycol 800), Microcrystalline Cellulose 50, Opadry II Clear Y-19-7483
(Hypromellose 6cP, Maltodextrin, Hypromellose 3cP, Polyglycol 400, Hypromellose
50cP), L-methylfolate Calcium, Magnesium Stearate, Methylcobalamin, and
Carnauba Wax.

Here is another option, although I'm happy with the two I mention, above.  Life Extension Optimized Folate
(l-methylfolate), 1000 Mcg, Vegetarian Capsules, 100-Count by Life
Extension

$30.49 $21.00

Deplin- Ingredients - Again, toxic ingredients.

  Deplin
  7.5 mg

L-methylfolate Calcium (as Metafolin) 7.5 mg

  Dibasic Calcium Phosphate Dihydrate, Silicified
Microcrystalline Cellulose 90, Silicified Microcrystalline Cellulose HD 90,
Opadry II Blue 85F90748 (Polyvinyl Alcohol, Titanium Dioxide [color], PEG
3350, Talc and FD&C Blue #2[color]),L-methylfolate Calcium, Magnesium
Stearate (Vegetable Source), and Carnauba Wax

Now, check out Mercola’s
vitamin B-12 spray: Which is the Methylcobalamin form of Vitamin B-12.

methyl B12 is the cobalamin compound of choice
in B-12 Energy Booster* because…

·
Studies suggest that
methyl B12 may be better utilized and retained in the body.*

·
Methyl B12 is the active
form of vitamin B12 and evidence indicates it has some applications not shared
by other forms of vitamin B12.*

·
With other forms of B12,
your body must convert them into a coenzyme form for you to benefit. Not so
with methyl B12… it's already in the active coenzyme form naturally in your
body.* FREE of artificial flavors, color,
synthetics, binders, fillers, wax, shellac, talcum, and animal gelatin

Regarding:Vitamin B- complex and Pyridoxal 5’-phosphate  You'll notice this is the form in one of the prescription drugsmentioned in the last post. This is the form the body absorbs best, and Dr. Blaylockdoes specifically mention the "pyridoxal 5-phosphate in his book. (Which is why I looked everywhere to find a B complex, that had this form in it. )  Lizzie

Re: Genetic issue

Tryingtoheal
Elizabeth,

The main issue is to find out if you have the MTFHR snip.  You can have 1
or 2, meaning 1 from each parent, or 1 parent has 2 snips.

I'm grateful I only have 1 of the lesser damaging snips from 1 parent. But
I would not have known if I had not gotten the test that I cannot process
regular b vitamins and many medicines.  I consider medicines toxic due to
their chemical makeup w additives, but this test proves I can't process
many. It also predisposed for MCS.

I have no idea if it would bother your health to take the methylated form
if they don't need it.

Kathy

You're very welcome. I think you should get tested if possible,  to know
for sure.

Yes,  Chronic Fatigue runs high w this.  Yes, they have a way to treat it
to bypass the genetic issue. Wonderful to be this advanced for all who have
it.

RE: Genetic issue

And I respect your opinion.

But I've always had a hinky
feeling about all these

info, blaming genetics.

Especially because we already

know that wireless radiation damages
chromosomes.

How can anyone say with any real
certainty, that MTFHR

“was” or was “not” present at
birth- if this test was not done at birth-

when we DO have proof, that
radiation is destructive to both

the human genome and the chemical
switches?

And if we already know that
anywhere from 50 to 75% of the population

being tested, is showing this
genetic trait, AND the human body requires both the B-12 and the B complex
vitamins, economically speaking, why not just give the body the tools/nutrients
it needs, to do ITS job?

And as for the “methylcobalamin “
form of B-12, this is the one the body recognizes and uses anyway? There’s no
big mystery there. Blaylock writes about this, and so does mercola. Same thing
with Blaylock writing about the form of B 6. Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate and
the B-12 methylcobalamin form.

And the adrenals need B-5.

So hurray for another test, that
costs a lot of money, to tell people something that just about everyone
probably has- whose has had exposure to both mercury and wireless radiation?

So that this test can also tell
them they need the above forms of vitamins, that are already known to be
necessary?

(To my way of thinking, disease
and unhealthy are caused from primarily two things: Nutritional deficiencies
and Toxic Over load. )

Let’s just look at this for a
moment:

Genes are made of “DNA”.

DNA
is stored in chromosomes.

RF radiation
can cause tissue damage with a single exposure.

Microwave
radiation used for wireless communications and surveillance is extremely
injurious to human DNA. It is therefore also destructive to both the human genome and the epigenetic chemical
switches

which control expression of the
genes. ( proliberty.com/observer/20081120.htm

 See the REFLEX" studies, published
in 2004 by the European Commission. )

Blessings,

Lizzie

Kathy
