How can I further improve my ES as I has become much better the last half year.
I have started used some principles: -Eat a lot cooked foods as the minerals are then freely and not bound to fibers thus absorbable. -Increasing juice, fruit and greens intake. -Decreasing fytic acid as it blocks mineral uptake, so little raw grains etc. so f.example very little muesli. -Very little nuts and seeds as some contains lot of the bad metals for ES sufferers; read copper I can now use laptops and surfing on smartphone but still have problem calling holding the phone to my head for more than 3 minutes but Im ok with external speakers. A half year ago I couldnt use either laptop or phone only for very short periods. Now I can use them all the time. Are there any other principle I should start with to further improve my ES? |

Congratulations on your improvements!
Do you have any metal dental work? Safely removing that could help with symptoms (although UNSAFELY removing them could make things worse). Also, does your mattress have metal in it? Replacing it with a metal-free mattress should help your symptoms during the rest of the day. Marc |
I have dental work but everything is composite, so dont think there is too much to get there, and fillings I need to have. I have a spring matress maybe I'll change it.

Yes, composite fillings should be fine. It's generally the silver fillings or gold crowns that cause a problem, not composites.
Many people have found that replacing their spring mattress has helped reduce symptoms. Marc |

I would start a heavy metal detox, slow but always...
And grounding outside, when possible. I feel it really calms the ANS, feet on the grass, when not too cold outside, be in nature as much as possible, sleep well and long in the night, keep warm body (most of us have cold bodies, right)? I think regular saunas help some people, quite a lot. Avoiding the MSGs, most chemicals, cosmetics also help. Clean the house with simple old Grandma recipes: vinegar, alcohol, water... No artificial smells, they make my brain crazy. Sugar also excites the brain, in a bad way, like MSG, heavy metals... IF you rub good oils on your skin, you may feel the relaxing feeling they bring. And rather fast! It was then that I realized that EVERYTHING I put on my skin, goes inside my body very fast. Very!! Since then, I choose soaps, shampoos, clothes, washing detergents for clothes, etc. |
What are the most appropriate heavy metal detox methods and where can I find resources on this?

There are many methods, some more gentle, some less.
No consensus, unfortunately. I followed dr. Klinghardt's method (because my practitioners followed him) with NDF, Phospholipid Exchange, chlorella, bear garlic tincture then later cilantro, alpha lipoic acid ... But if I had to restart again, I think I would do MSM first (I find it easy to take) or DE / Zeolites, activated charcoal on and off (it binds good minerals too, that's why). A cool way to bind is cabbage. Just by letting it on skin for many hours, you can get some result (specially if on soles, palms, places with problems). I think this has to do with the high content of sulphur. In my head, it is clear then, that if you eat a reasonable amount of raw cabbage every day, your gut will be a bit more clean. The feeling of cabbage on the skin is impressive (at least, first time I did that, let cabbage leaves on my legs, I had a clear feeling of something happening inside my whole legs). Also the oil swishing in the mouth, it seems to help some. Then there are drugs, EDTA, DMPS, but I hadn't done these because my body is too weak for stronger treatments. Another way to take metals out is to fill it in with good minerals, zinc, selenium, molybdenum... They displace heavy metals. Take a look into the HPU / KPU protocol (not that complicate), and I do feel heavy metals coming out when I'm on these supplements. Some people take humic acids, but I could never stand these either. I hope more people chime in. |
