Are you getting any sunlight

exposure during the 8-11

Am red light sun frequency

hours and sunset hours? If you are

able to tolerate some sunlight i

think that may help as well as

minimizing blue light after sunset

I have experienced some of these

Issues and take liquid benadryl 12.5

-25 mg at night as an aid.

I know lemon balm helps me a bit.

But for me, mostly detox helps...

I think we are bugged with viruses and heavy metals.

The more heavy metals, the more viruses or chronic infections, and both are super toxic, make our nerves toxic, liver, etc. It's not possible to sleep with super sensitive nerves and high anxiety from toxins...

The only way out is cleaning the body from these nasty viruses / chronic infections WHILE doing a heavy metal detox.

I'm sleeping without any problems now - of course my wifi is off, no cell phone etc.

But I don't even need to cut the circuit breaker anymore - I see zero difference now, and before it would keep me awake or bother my deep sleep.

Valerian (natural herb) tincture helps with sleep. So does Melatonin. Both should be available from most supplement stores.

If you take Melatonin, keep in mind that it will detox the brain. If you feel dizzy and foggy in the head when you wake up in the morning, reduce the dosage. You can start with 1mg, and go up to 5mg. I do fine with 1-3mg. For me it works best if I take it right before sleep. Others say you should take it a few hours before, but I find it works best right before going to bed.

Valerian you can take a dropperful of tincture (check the label) right before sleep.
