Foods that heal radiation damage

I'm reading this book, and the author speaks specifically about common foods that fight radiation damage.

I am still starting to use some of his recipes, so I can't tell. But they are mostly fruits, veggies and common herbs, the difference is that he suggests the right amount if you suffer from different health challenges.

The good thing is that he mentions radiation damage foods, clearly.

It's not a diet book, just a list of foods that have healing abilities.

The guy is not a scientist nor an MD, but it was my lyme doctor who introduced me to the book.

I like the recipes (quite easy to do, as most are not cooked), and I do feel a rush of energy into my brain after some of the delicious juices or salads.

This looks great. One reviewer said it has an index or TOC where you can look up a specific symptom in the index and it will provide the food/recipe for it. Definitely worth a look.

Definitively. Just look behind, by symptoms or diseases, or problems... and he lists the pages: then you get which of the 50 foods help your symptom / disease.

I can make a list here, but I guess it's easier you guys buy the book, because there are all sorts of information on how to take the fruit, or veggie or spice.

Like take it early morning, or pm or before bed, before or after eating, and specially the AMOUNT so that you start feeling some results.

Very easy to use, with valuable recipes, easy to make.

------------------------------
The guy says there are 4 problems plaguing our health:

1- radiation (electrosmog, xrays etc)

2- heavy metals (we all know we become antennas and catch electrosmog even more; plus pathogens thrive in heavy metals because our cells are poisoned)

3- virus such as EBV and herpes (pathogens, candida, lyme etc).

4- pesticides such as DDT that is still plaguing our health ( he did not mention glyphosate yet though, but that is also a biggie, in my opinion).

-------------------------------
And he proposes foods that counteract each of these problems!

So radiation is a biggie, and this book is concentrated on healing radiation (even Fukushima, Chernobyl and the like, not only common electrosmog).

I'm going to buy the other book from him, more on diseases.

But this one is simply a practical guide for healing foods.

There are only 50 foods, so the list is not enormous, and many are common fruits or herbs, such as parsley, lemon, apple, pomegranate, blueberries etc...

He's not a scientist though. It's not a scientific study, but more like Edgar Cayce 100 years ago.

I have intuitively moved to many of the foods he already recommend, so for me, I'm just adjusting the time and amount I take the food.

The more I read, the more I like it!! You can skip the part about Spirit (if you do not believe), it doesn't matter. Just look at it as a practical guide for fruits, veggies, spices and wild food.

I'm on day 4 trying it, and I already feel some energy boosting!!

Just an update: I continue to follow the book.

Slowly increasing the number of foods he recommends daily.

I got an infection that comes back every year, in cold weather (skin infection).

This diet helps me a lot to keep inflammation low. I don't have any symptoms now, despite cold and bad Xmas diet...

It's been 20 years ++ of suffering.

I highly recommend the diet for reducing inflammation!!

I'm now starting his recommendations for low iron levels in the blood (for my daughter).

Let's see how it goes.

He recommends: no eggs, no wheat, no milk products, no MSG (food additive).
In his opinion, all these foods feeds viruses or pathogens.

Dr. K says that milk feeds parasites. Other doctors believe gluten or grains feed mold.
A. Williams says milk, wheat and eggs feed pathogens.

If you have no disease, no symptoms, you can eat everything.
If you have any chronic disease, stop them for a while, until you get better.

that's HIS advice.

And add a lot of fruits and veggies (but he's got specific recommendations).

If I have time, I'll make a list of foods that help with electrosensitivity.

For a month or two I used chlorella (Yaeyama brand) and , cilantro, a.k.a. coriander (Swanson brand) from swansonvitamins.com   Pretty good prices there

The two work as a team: the chlorella binds to some types of heavy metals; the cilantro drags it out of the body.

I guess it's a life's work instead of a month or two.

I take chlorella for more than 10 years, for sure, not daily, but every week at least once or twice.

I used to use cilantro a bit in the past, but got excessive reactions, so I stopped.

Now I reintroduced cilantro in FOOD, which I prefer (milder than tinctures), and I already see the liver getting clogged, air hunger sometimes, tummy aches etc... These are my intoxication from heavy metals symptoms...

If I let them loose, I'll get headaches and some fungal infection will start somewhere. It's been like a clock, for the last 10 years.

I know there is a direct connection between these toxic heavy metals to infections because of mobilizers: when they mobilize metals, they stir the soup of pathogens...

I'm now back to milk thistle, a special type of zeolite, chlorella, and have to get back to some kidney support too (as I feel my kidneys get stressed too, with loose metals.

I plan to reintroduce another mineral rich tincture too (I forgot the name in English, people call it Katzen schwanz here). This mineral rich plant even cause me more reactions than cilantro...

I must be extremely toxic, and I do think that's the origin of my health problems and ES problem...

Yeah I notice the exact same thing except that with me cilantro I get no crazy reactions from or much of anything at all besides 1 food which is brussels sprouts. Do not know why, I get really tired and heavy feeling so I stay away. Cilantro just helped after using it daily. Kidney support is definitely great, mine occasionally do but it's never a major factor besides like in the winter when I am more stressed out more easily. It's something I should look into anyways because why not if it can only benefit me as long as it doesn't do too much more damage to my wallet. I think toxicity played a major role in mine but I'm now super sensitized to many toxins and I can only do damage control. The only thing I can think of is that a long while ago i was exposed to something that really did a lot of damage over time under the surface. Like I said in another post though in my own thread, I really think we're looking at something that has to do with damage to the blood brain barrier. You can't fully heal if you just keep getting reinfected, re-emf/emr damaged, or toxins keep getting reintroduced so quickly because of a vulnerability. You can tone it down like I managed to do to more manageable levels but it's always there.

Re: Foods that heal radiation damage

I agree with everything you wrote.

That's a bit what I've been doing for the last 10 years: managing my intoxication symptoms.

Toxins + pathogens + sensitivities + allergies + intolerance + fatigue + fog + more infections + neuro problems: somehow, there is a clear link between these things.

Take a mobilizer or a killer that is the perfect thing for you, get a set back or a bomb-like effect.

A heavy metal mobilizer can send you backwards, create tons of neuro and sensitivities, liver clogged, reactivate infections and rise inflammation, plus add to sleep problems, anxiety etc. That is why I could not take Phospholipid Exchange or Cilantro Tincture for years!

Now that most infections are under control, inflammation is under control, I'm more brave to re-start trying to put one gear up, and clean the mess a bit better.

I'm really enjoying to apply Anthony William's theories / healing foods / food avoidance list because it is giving me results.

He said chlorella is not too good, as it is not stable. I love chlorella, but I know quite some people who can't take it. He suggests spirulina instead. I'll try that again (I took spirulina in the past, without feeling much difference, but I'm ready to re-try it).

I know that if I add good bioavailable minerals (like fulvic acids, or any sort of natural minerals said to be good) I usually get a back fire, and get so ill I can't continue.

I always preferred to use foods instead, but I had no one who could help me suggesting foods for metal detox, like A Williams is doing.

He's suggesting to take red dulse from the Atlantic, spirulina, cilantro leaves for example, all in ONE day and in reasonable amounts, for weeks /months.

I'm not afraid of sea weeds, as I'm used to them. I'm making my body used to cilantro leaves in greater amounts, see if I can stand it. He said, the best is to take all 4 things in one day to get better results, as they act synergistically.

If anyone is interested, I can write here the daily amounts he suggests... I am still in the cilantro part, as soon as I feel I can take it, I'll reintroduce spirulina, and when I'm sure I'm not collapsing, I'll try to implement his full suggestion.

You can only go on managing-mode UNTIL your body is not overwhelmed with inflammation.

In my case, I used to suffer 10 months a year with full blown inflammation, and to the point that you wonder if it is worth continuing living like that.

If you live that one year, yes, but when it comes back every year, 10 months a year, you start getting desperate. I could not ignore the problem anymore, just keep managing was not a solution in my case as I had barely any 'normal' life.

You're welcome.

I just found that here, in the internet, another of A William's suggestions.

-------------------------------
Potatoes can absorb and help diminish the negative effects of wireless Internet signals, cell phone signals and emissions, and other electromagnetic fields (EMF).

They can even soak up and neutralize the negative emotional energy we sometimes pick up during the day and bring home with us.

To tap into this feature of potatoes, select one to keep out in a bowl on the kitchen counter or elsewhere in your home.

Discard the potato every five to seven days (don’t eat it) and replace it with a fresh one."
