This article here talks about a mere 15% reduction in emissions, which doesn't sound like much.

it stands it is 15% improved from the BioZen sticker. The company has a sticker to put on electronic devices as well. I have on my phone and it works.

So it's reduced, meaning it now takes 20 years to get a tumor instead of 10 years.
Seems like a good deal.

I don't think that scientifically it has been established that a stronger signal necessarily causes more problems than a lower signal... although I could be wrong, but I didn't find anything comparing strengths and showing greater effects as the signal got higher.  The one study I found on stress protein enzymes showed that a lower level around 100 microwatts was found to cause the greatest effect.

The information inside the signal is probably of most importance.. and likely the frequency of the pulse.

The remote test in one of my videos is a good example.
i need to redo that test to measure more accurately, but it seems like the gray remote has higher magnetic fields then the black one, but i don't have much problems with the gray one (used normally), the black remote on the other hand causes me instant pain when pressing a button. So indeed it's not necessarily the  signal strength. This is scary. What happens when they randomly (or knowingly) make the cell tower signals much worse. newer technology becomes worse. They are probably still 'improving' and looking for ways to make the signals more reliable and accurate in sending data. Also Marc mentioned he has trouble finding a tolerable camera among the new models. This might be because newer models need to transfer more data around and need to do this faster.

The meters we are using don't know what frequency or pulse or strength is most harmful for the human body or plants and animals. There is not enough research done.
One day someone might invent a signal that kills us in a few months or weeks.

That is a pretty good point.
When people demand more research on health risks from emfs, they likely do not see the risks of abuse of additional scientific "knowledge" ( abusable theories ).
As a rule of thumb we could say that for any problem scientists more or less solve, they create ten new ones.
Scientists are usually merely a bunch of infantile idiots that want to feel proud about themselves, but others will try to exploit their findings.
A good example is nuclear energy based on uranium instead of thorium ( less catastrophic, no melt-downs etc. ), because of the interests of the military.
God warned against knowledge of good and evil ( read : do not listen to the priests ) but it seems to make more sense to warn against all knowledge, or define good also as short term advantagous : more consumption off all sorts, chemical medicaments and scans, fakebook friends, processed food with additives, emfs ( cause euphoria, hence smartphones are addictive ), brainwashing ( one does not need to take the trouble to think anymore ), etc. .
After all, scientists are just priests of the latest and most dogmatic religion, named "science", these folks really believe to know something and worse : to know what they are doing.
Stephen Hawkins, this popular fool, warned that since we're destroying the earth, we'll need to colonize another planet within a few hunderd years, as if heavily damaging one planet is not enough (!).
And the smart ass famous for these horrendous tesla cars, i forgot the name, he stated that since computers threaten to be outwitting humans soon, we need implants in our heads with interfaces in order to be assisted ( read : even more controlled ) by computers.
Any belief system leads to slavery and abuse, however science is by far the worst religion so far.
Even the Devil Himself could not have dreamt of the stupidity and arrogance of modern day pundits and scholars.

I think 'science' can be used for good, .. most of our problems stem from greed of people, and corporations that answer to nobody... like Monsanto for example.

We can use science and technology to make everything nice and sustainable, but due to 'money' reasons.. somebody has to get rich, so that is not happening.  Every decision corporations make are based on money.. if they can pollute the earth and it's cheaper to pay the fine, then they'll pay the fine instead of stopping the pollution.

Look at Volkswagen's fake emission program.. could such thing ever be possible if it wasn't about money..
It's all about the money.. Like in Jerry Maguire.. Show me the money!  There's also power, but money and power go together.

How much are they selling it for?

It's funny because cell phones have completely adjustable transmit power, so it should be easy for any company to simply cut 15% off the maximum power.

I'm not sure how the firmware works, but if it's anything like a router, there should be ways to set the power to have a lower maximum.

Maybe even setting the country to Austria would reduce the level, I don't know.. but Austria has the lowest levels.
Another thing with power I find is that better antennas can transmit further distances with less power.. but these were big router antennas.  Maybe they should make phones with external antennas that you can point to a tower :) And it would not radiate you at all/not that much at least.
