Fire and tingling in fingers and arm

Mariannfm-2
One of my friends is in the middle of a couple of legal tangles and needs to spend a lot of time on the computer, however, her EMF symptoms are worsening considerably even after having installed Stetzer filters in her whole house. She is now having feelings of fire and tingling in her arms and even in the back of her head. She must continue to do computer work, avoidance is not an option. The tower sits at her feet because she is in a very crammed space. She has a moniter shield already.

Someone told her it is important to change the path of the electricity and indicated it could be done with three dollars of aluminum foil, but failed to explain exactly how to do so.

She is in sincere need of help. Any suggestions for immediate and/or long term relief? She is also wondering if intalling the Stetzer filters can have the effects of making things worse before they get better.

Your experience and suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Mariann

I personally had an adverse reaction to the Stetzer filters,
and also if you read the studies they did in school, you will
note that a certain percentage of the people also reported
doing worse. So there is no guarantee that these are helping
your friends computer tolerance.

We've had a number of suggestions here on the list in the
past couple days that might be helpful for extending one's
tolerance for computers. Things like moving the monitor
away, reducing the resolution, reducing the refresh rate,
changing to an LCD, using EMF protection devices.

If your friend is using a Windows-based computer, have they
tried the Quantum Byte software? It's available as a free
15 day download, which should be plenty of time to evaluate
whether or not it is helping:

Also, supplements and foods can help as well, although that
might take a while to figure out what helps.

Hello,

Stetzer filters only manage the VLF frequencies in the electricity lines,
that is between 5 and 150 kHz.

Fire and tingling in her arms and even in the back of her head suggests that
high frequencies are involved here much more than low frquencies.
That points into the direcion of mobile phone masts, cordless DECT phones
(with neighbours) or wireless internet modems (with neighbours)

Yes, maybe even this person is using a wireless modem to
access the Internet? If so, try turning all the wireless
transmitters off and use an ethernet cable instead.

Also, another free & easy way to make the computer more
tolerable -- turn down the brightness and contrast to
as low as you can make it while still being able to
read it.

Hi,

Had serious problems before and now almost none. My approach has been
spiritual, only used natural remedies, and i followed my intuition in everything. (had my fillings removed as soon as i could, because they seemed to be an antenna for whatever was coming my way). Here is some things you can try:

If it is all fingers tingling, then all chakra's are out of whack.
Check at least the picture at
http://www.adishakti.org/subtle_system/nadis.htm/ . Try to keep your
mind off the legal stuff at times, or whenever you can, like go for a walk and
relax, calm your mind, LIVE. If this is stuff against her or she is
the one accusing or accused the chakra's can get extra stressed as
judgement is never a good thing. (Making someone think I AM and then anything other then what is a property of unconditional Love, or thinking this
of yourself, is very bad for the body.) Probably easier said then done,
LET IT GO, yet added physical problems are not worth it, then
punishment is already made. Everytime you judge your body's Ph gets high and
then you need to alkalize (the group has many good suggestions to
alkalize, diet helps). Try and still your mind, silence your thoughts.,

Do I AM ascension affirmations

Shake your hands. Move your wrists. Move your body, dance, sing///

Tachyon energy has helped me. If there is a healer with a
tachyon-cocoon, i would go for a ride and try it out, hands on disks, that is
gonna help get it out. Or a massage will do good as well. Any nice aromatic
oil, candles and incense.

Lying on stomach with face to the left, and arms stretched hands folded above head. If
you do Yoga, the headstand, where you fold your hands over your head
and on your head (i still lean against a wall), or kneeling
and bending your head down on your bed with hands over it. (a lot about
prayer is body-electrics, stilling the mind and thought-creation, i use the other part of it as well) Or when sitting fold hands, holding them up (not slumped in lap, hands above the table like my mama told me)

She has to put the tower further away. At least 3 feet if not more or
she is going to get crap from it. Get some meters and check the space
out. Otherwise, we will all be guessing.
She may be sitting in magnetic fields coming from below the floor or
overhead as well.
Fluorescent lights, halogen lamps, etc...

I do this with my tower, as it's much worse than the one I had a few
years ago. Couldn't sit here long at all otherwise.

Just take the foil and bend it to place around the front and side
near her, probaby top too being on floor, and maybe bottom, that
reflects the fields the other way. I just have a loose flap- opening
away from me, on front of tower to access buttons, drives when needed.

I'd take a look at the chair/posture she's sitting in. Those same
problems could be coming from getting your neck/spine compressed from
sitting in bad positions. A chiropractic visit might also be helpful.
