JS - do you have a smart meter? Are you having to pay protection money in order to keep your analog meter? Have you filed complaints with the utility, municipality, or Public Utility Commission and been refused accommodation? If you have a documented medical visit or history of ES, you are covered under the ADA and the utility is required by the Fair Housing Act to accommodate you for no charge. A complaint must be filed with HUD with documentation of your illness, letter from your physician, and a recount of verbal or written denials from the utility, city, and/or PUC. An Oregon woman had her smart meter removed after filing a HUD complaint against her city, Mayor and city council, and the agreement involved removing other smart meters within a certain area of her home if it was agreeable to those tenants to have an analog meter returned. There are now accepted and open HUD (not DOJ) cases involving the removal of smart meters in California, Florida, Idaho and possibly other states of which I'm not aware. According to the Fair Housing Act, these are the laws being broken by not allowing you to live safely and enjoyably in your residence: Sec. 804. [42 U.S.C. 3604] Discrimination in sale or rental of housing and
other prohibited practices As made applicable by section 803 of this title and except as exempted by
sections 803(b) and 807 of this title, it shall be unlawful-- (a)
To refuse to sell or
rent after the making of a bona fide offer, or to refuse to negotiate for the
sale or rental of, or otherwise make unavailable or deny, a dwelling to any
person because of race, color, religion, sex, familial status, or national
origin. (1) To discriminate in the sale or rental, or to otherwise make unavailable
or deny, a dwelling to any buyer or renter because of a handicap of—(A) that
buyer or renter, (C) any person associated with that buyer or renter. (B) a refusal to make reasonable accommodations in rules, policies, practices, or services, when such accommodations may be necessary to afford such person equal opportunity to use and enjoy a dwelling; ..
Here is HUD complaint process and link to where you many apply. I was not that clear. I have NO wireless what soever. The airport and such are disabled. I have wired DSL and my wired keyboard and mouse are across the room and use the 32" TV as a monitor. I probably made it sound like I have something wireless going. I stay in shielding across the room, but it does not block the neighbors smart meters. But what I am reacting to is obviously the computer. Just wondering if anyone has had all the strange kind of issues like I am having or in the article as part of ES? Fog: it looks like my comment made on another post landed here by a computer glitch.
Anyway what your are saying above is encouraging! It' probably harder than it sounds. I got mine off w/ a complaint to the PUC, since then there have been no successes w/ others who have tried. My answer to smart meters: Link to eiwellspring solar system set up or some panels can be inserted here. More of a concern is wifi that keeps getting stronger by the year and the fact that I can not take care of my needs, as I have no access to public facilities, with out undue harm to myself. HUD is going to be the forerunner in ES rights, they are the ones that set up the MCS project in Snowflake AZ. I go with out services or a place to stay when traveling due to the #*%&'ng wifi! After I move I wonder if I can still get the necessary state assistance, as there is no way to get a local license or visit the offices. I have had some pretty severe heartache beyond beleif by businesses, becuase of my condition. |

This is shocking! I have been complaining for years about this condition, describing it perfectly but figuring it was the neighbors drug fumes,...As it is turning out I am electro sensitive and MANY knew and turned my ignorance into some sick joke. I have been dragged through hell here in Kalamazoo, MI. Misdiagnosed 28 different times, buried in 10's of 1000's of lies, my children stolen in court with more lies, and I am tortured regularly with the purposeful and directed emissions from meter or the control of the ones on my rented housing as attempts to behaviorally modify me and move me from room to room,... I'm treated like some form of entertainment for the criminally insane invading my privacy and torturing me. I am often run out of the space I rent into the public outside like smoking some rabbit from it's hole but into the presence of, usually, gross men. I was invited by college scholarship to this area and the trouble began almost immediately, over 30 years ago now. I am just learning of this...Some community hunh? The abuse has been not less than torture and only after all of my children were stolen and raised by others have I even gotten this far with finding out what has been happening. Beware Kalamazoo, MI. And get this MANY knew as all crimes have been reported including attempted murder rape in 1987 to cover how a group was trying to turn me into a baby making machine for the wealthy, married but cant conceive. Bad things happening here for a long, long time. Strange how no one has helped yet. Just exploited and kept me hurting, oppressed and without reliable transportation, money and of course any form of support that might help end this hell on earth created by these Kalamazoo, MI bad neighbors.. You many wonder why I am still here, well, after the stole my children the allowed me 5 days a mo. visitation with just one and they kept her living here. for 15 years They have hurt me constantly,. Monitoring this case, controlling the situation with bad neighbors, crap cops and of course, inflicted poverty! the attorney generals office deemed this a "local Issue" and helped to keep me trapped here and the abuse continued through the years as they have abused mercilessly, especially over the holidays hoping, as far as I can tell, I'd kill myself. what a community...I think the need to be, ah, sued,...but no one, and I have called, written, emailed,...1000's no one would help me! Please , someone , tell me, WHY is this?
