When one crashes after physical activity, it's the problem of adrenal fatigue, probably.
It's not one supplement unfortunately that will solve it, but a whole change of life, nutrients, supplements...
Any stress causes adrenals to work more: emotional stress, and physical stress: electrosmog, lack of proper nutrition, infections, toxins, an accident, exercise, heavy meals etc.
Digestive issues cause immense problems to the adrenals, like eating too fat, or too hard-to-digest foods.
Or being hungry, with low sugar in the blood...
