I tried to celebrate Christmas with family hoping I could ignore symptoms from their smart meter. I could feel the difference in their house immediately. I felt dizzy, and the weird sensations many feel. After an hour I had enough & had to leave. I mentioned I couldn't handle 4G. They said they don't have Wi-fi. I treid to explain our air space is different, & can't their smart meters makes it worse. I don't know if I'll convince them to have their meters removed, but have tried & will continue. Visiting others can certainly be a problem... yesterday I spent some time in someone's home, and I'm pretty sure they had wi-fi, plus all the guests had their cellphones on... I didn't have to leave, but it was noticeably different than our house... Marc |

What are the biggest things you did that helped you tolerate WI-FI easier? You may not be this sensitive to it. That is the major thing I can't handle. ES was minor until 4G. I went to the same place last year & stayed for hours just uncomfortable. . This year dizzy. Kathy, Marc is right, no easy fix. But one thing I have found, if I know I have to go out to those wifi/strong radiation areas, I take Spirulena (greeny powder in water), that is all I eat before I go out-it is high protein,( the brand I take is: loaded with nutrients and high in the B vitamins, very alkaline, raw and organic.) I add Tablespoon of Aloe Vera Whole Leaf to this, I take extra Tumeric, extra Iodine, I do a shot of Baking Soda water (1 teaspoon baking soda, 4 oz of water) and I carry with me: a jar of Baking Soda water (this keeps me alkalized- radiation turns the body acidic) and a 2 oz glass spray bottle of Peppermint water. This is anti bacterial, anti fungal, anti inflammatory, big time help with stomach issues....and a bag of almonds for protein in case I get hungry on the road, with my own water bottle. Then when I get home, I make a cup of Holy Basil Tea, and add sliced Ginger root (lots) ..Ginger is also an anti inflammatory herb. I also, as I do every day, take my other supplements like thyoid, adrenal, IODINE, ect. In the earlier days I would also take extra Calcium (coral calcium)..these days I don't need to take as much, but it may be of help to others to take extra calcium before and after "exposures". You just need to try it out and see -- on this group, we see such huge individual variations in reactions to things. Personally, I've found several "sea" products to be very helpful, while others might find the same things unhelpful or even harmful. Marc |

Well.......I love seaweed and nori sheets. There are two issues here. As a replacement for IODINE??? Unless you plan on eating seaweed all day long, every meal, every day....chances are high, you won't get enough IODINE. Its the same issue with Kelp. The body has Iodine receptors in every organ! That means the body needs ALOT of IODINE. I do take seaweed, in addition to taking IODINE. The second issue is the purity of the nori sheetsKelp and seaweed. Its no secret our waters have been polluted..mercury comes to mind. I avoid each and every possible source of that NASTY toxin I can. Its easy to get it IN the body....a real witch to get it OUT. As a nutritious add on to a diet, providing the source gives you safety data infor- this means the company TEST the product to ensure it is clean of mercury/pcb's, etc. ....its fine. I've said it before and I'll keep on saying this: it makes NO sense to add to the body's toxin burden if someone is already sick. A, I like www.magnascent.com I've got friends who tried swanson's....then this one that I use. They said no comparison! They got results with mine, and none with the other brand. The reason I like this one is that it is easier for the thyroid to metabolize this form of Iodine. Absolutely..starting at 1-2 drops, for a few days and see how you feel. Then gradually every 4-5 days or so, increase the dose. I have known people who were SO very sensitive and had screwed up metabolisms, who started out only being able to take Iodine by putting a few drops in the belly button. Sounds weird, but for them, it worked just fine. I have other friends who put a few drops right under their tongue...then they drink some water. I know someone who puts IOdine liberally on their feet. And some just add the drops to water and drink, on an empty stomach. The point is, the body needs Iodine, as much as you can tolerate, until you get to where you can increase the dose. And taking it on the skin? Bypasses the liver, so the liver does not have to metabolize it. This might be why some people do better taking both Iodine and the Magnesium topically, on the skin. I started with very small doses myself, 3-5 drops in water. I would also put a few drops on my hands and sometimes, right on the neck...I have a friend who put Iodine on her nose, on a growth...it took about 3 weeks, the thing scabbed over, fell off. Tissue underneath was beautiful.
