Electrical Sensitive help

binboda
I am electrically sensitive, but don't know exactly what I'm sensitive
to or what kinds of fields bother me. I know that I feel okay when I'm
at home (around microwave, TV's, computer, washer/dryer) but at work I
feel the pain in my chest and the tingling and rise in body temp. The
only difference between my home and work is at work I'm around several
computers and florescent lights. Anyway, I have tried the stetzer
filters, the earthcalm necklace and office plug, and the QLink. I
haven't had any luck with these, I'm wondering if anybody has had any
suggestions of protection devices to try. Thanks!

Did you have no reaction to these devices at all? That is, there
was no improvement at all and no negative side effects?

At work I alternate & combine Springlife Polarizers and Quantum
Products devices. This works for me. I have experimented in
the past with all the ones that you've tried -- the Q-Link did
nothing (or virtually nothing), the Earthcalm necklace was intolerable
for me to wear for more than a few hours at a time, the Earthcalm
plugin was more tolerable but still didn't solve my EMF problems, and
the Stetzer filters cause me piercing headaches.

(to be more specific, at work I use the Springlife OM pendant,
the Quantum power conditioner, the Quantum Byte software, and
the Quantum Home -- but not all at the same time)

Thank you for responding Marc, and for starting this message board...I wish I would have found it sooner. I just discovered it today.
I did have reactions to some of the devices. Qlink did nothing, like you said. the Earthcalm pendant caused a buzzing sensation in my head and neck, so I couldn't use that. The earthcalm plug-in I use, but it seems like I still feel the same buzzing that the pendant caused but not as bad, and I'm thinking there might be a detox period, and that it will eventually help me. The stetzer devices did nothing for me.

You said you use all different devices, but not at the same time. Can you explain that further? Do you rotate them weekly? Would you say you are "cured" of your ES symptoms. This message board is the first time I have ever seen anyone say they were "cured" just by devices and lifestyle changes. It really gives me hope that my situation can get better also.

Well, the hardest place for me to handle is my workplace. And
it literally took me years of trial & error experimentation to
be able to comfortably handle being there for 8 hours a day,
5 days a week. For the devices I'm using, they work great for
about 5 hours, then I start having problems from overexposure
to the devices (detox?). So what I do is I rotate them during
the day. Basically I use the Quantum Power conditioner and Q
uantum Byte all 8 hours, but I will rotate back and forth
between the Quantum Home and the OM pendant depending on how I'm
feeling. So at any given time I'm using 3 things, not 4. On a
good day I don't need to make a switch at all. On a bad day (like
if I'm fighting a cold or flu), I may have to switch twice
during the day.

Would you say you are "cured" of your ES symptoms.

If I was "cured", then I could throw away all those
devices and not worry about what I eat and
stop taking supplements! So I'm not "cured", but I
certainly am getting by okay. My workplace is
a pretty harsh environment that I don't think many
on this group could withstand, so I do quite
well being there 40 hours/week without significant
problems.

There have been people on this group who have
claimed to be more cured than I claim to be,
so you should have a reason to feel hopeful
for some improvements. But you may need a
lot of patience for a lot of trial & error!

Hi Becky

Welcome to the group, Im fairly new myself so I
probably cant help a great deal but have managed to
get slightly better by following basic advice form the
group so its a great place to start and there is hope.

Some products do seem to work better for some people
and I dont know why this is. I too have recently
purchased the Earthcalm Pendant and, for me, found it
to be almost lifechanging. I struggled and almost
gave up at first to the point where I could only hold
it for 10-20 minutes at a time but after about 2 weeks
of being pretty unwell and persevering, I can now wear
contsantly. Since then my health has really improved
and I am at last smiling again. At the end of last
week, I ordered an upgraded pendant (14 circuits) and
will go through the same process so that I can wear
this. I am a total sceptic but this has worked for
me.

One thing I will say is that although I am better
wearing the pendant in certain environments, I still
cant go near mobile phones/ wifi etc, it just means
that I 'feel' better and stronger and can manage a
certain amount of time in front of the TV/Computer
etc. I am definitely a lot better than I was.

I have also had success with vitamins, especially the
'Active-H' or 'Mega-H' (not sure where you are from
and it is called different things in different
countries) which has been recommened by Marc (thanks
Marc). This instantly makes me feel better but as
people always advise on this site, best to go slowly
and see how you are on small dosages. I have had a few
scary moments where I have overloaded my system with
various treatments, trying too many things at once.

At the end of this week i am starting a detox to
remove heavy metals from my body and hope this will
help the ES further. I believe my ES was caused by my
mercury amalgam removal but I suppose I will never
know for sure. I would suggest looking at heavy
metals in the body but not via blood tests. I know
many people on this group feel all test are flawed
(which I agree they are to a point) but you have to
start somewhere.

I am also drinking herbal tea specifically for detox
which again, seems to have helped or is at least
calming. Evie recommended this (thanks Evie) and I now
only drink this and water, keeping away from caffeine
and sugar seems to help me.

I have switched to a fruit and veg diet and only eat
organic. I feel much healthier although some may argue
I am probably lacking in protein. I am trying my best
to make sure my body has the best fuel to heal.

I have also found that switching all 'home products'
(eg. washing powder, dishwasher tabs, cleaning
products, shampoo, soap, make-up etc' to natural ones
has also helped the toxic burden on my body.

I wont write any more as Im sure this is enough to go
by. I hope this helps you and really hope you start
to feel better soon.

Thanks again to ALL on the group who have helped me
with their kind words and advice, it has been
invaluable.

Hi,

This may or may not help you. I was researching nutrients which help with tremors a few days ago and saw that riboflavin (B2) is one which researchers are trying. So in my further reading on riboflavin, I also found that it is very sensitive to fluorescent lighting. Which made me think perhaps it would also be deficient in people who have problems with fluorescent lighting. You'd need to do some research on this on your own before trying it; I did not further explore the fluorescent lighting connection. But I am buying some myself to try for tremors and will report back to the group if I see results for ES symptoms. (Try googling "riboflavin and fluorescent lighting" for more info if this sounds at all interesting to you to try.)

Also, could the problem at work be wireless internet router rather than computers? Do you have this at work and not at home?

Chest pains? Me too. It turns out to
be acid reflux. My autonomic nervous
system goes berserk when exposed to EMF.
Trying "George's Aloe Vera" which seems to
make things slightly more tolerable.

Alison, it's great to hear you're having some success
with some of the suggestions here!

Yes, I have found this sort of pattern for myself as
well -- the Quantum Home and Springlife OM pendant
were only tolerable for short amounts at first,
but eventually I was able to build up more
tolerance. Unfortunately, I *did* give up trying
to build up a tolerance to the Earthcalm pendant,
as it just seemed to be too much.

> At the end of last
> week, I ordered an upgraded pendant (14 circuits) and

I'll be interested in hearing if the stronger pendant
works better for you, or if it ends up being "too much".
For myself, I have found that more of something isn't
necessarily better.

Yes, this product also makes me feel instantly better,
although only in small doses (1/4 - 1/2 scoop at
a time). Taking too much will give me some unpleasant
reactions (nausea, etc.)

> At the end of this week i am starting a detox to

If you find yourself reacting badly to heavy metal
chelators, make sure to stop, as redistributing
the metals is not a good idea. Also note that
the "Active-H" is supposed to be a chelator
all by itself... it advertises itself as having
a "cage" structure much the same as the zeolite
products do (although I find the Active-H to be far
more tolerable than any zeolite I've tried).

> I have switched to a fruit and veg diet and only eat

I have found that some high-protein foods seem
good for reducing ES. Specifically rice, beans,
lentils, quinoa, oatmeal, avocados, almonds,
sunflower seeds. I do try to avoid the more
acidic proteins like meat, though...

Also, I've found that some fruits actually make
my ES worse -- oranges, for example. Also, eating
more than one apple a day can make things worse.

Yes, that's good advice as well -- I've switched
all of these sorts of products as well. One of my
more inspired moments was when I replaced my daily dab
of hair gel with 99% aloe vera gel!

Keep us updated with your progress, Alison!

Hi binboda,

I'm thinking that maybe could be a good idea for you to
hire a building biologist (bau-biologist) that could check
the office and help you to determine what coulb be affecting you.

I had no luck with protection devices, I'm just trying the four-spiral
personal harmonizer from implosionresearch.com It was great the first
week giving me more coherence but now I cannot appreciate results, I
need to do more experiments...

Best regards,
Daniel

Yes, I certainly have tried devices which seem helpful for the first
few days, but then I get used to them and get no longterm benefit.
In such cases, something else is required, as it is the longterm
results which are important. (I've never tried any spiral
harmonizers from implosionresearch.com, so I cannot make a comment
on these!)

Earthcalm Resonator Question

Marc Martin

In reply to this post by ajwelectro-2
Hi all,

Although I have experimented with Earthcalm products
over the years, I have question for others who have
experimented with the Earthcalm Resonator. In
the directions I received, they were quite clear
that the resonator had to make skin contact with
the user to be effective. My question is whether
or not this is actually true for someone with ES.
That is, can it be helpful if it is NOT making
skin contact -- that is, if it is merely in a
pocket or sitting a few feet away from you on
a table?

Just curious...

Re: Earthcalm Resonator Question

ajwelectro-2
Hi Marc

I personally dont think the Resonator needs to make
contact with the skin although most of the time, I
wear it underneath a top so by default, it is. I do
however think/feel you need to be wearing the peendant
for it to help you, having it near you is not enough
(in my opinion).

It ws really difficult for me to wear this at first
and there were many points where I thought my ES may
be getting worse but I stuck with it and am so glad I
did, maybe you should give it another try...

I would suggest putting on till you feel unwell,
taking off till you just about recover and then put on
again, keep doing this until it feels fine. The first
night you sleep in it will undoubtedly make you feel
really unwell but as long as you move slowly it should
be ok.

Hope this helps,
Alison

I purchased the springlife OM polarizer and it's a pretty heavy device. I was going to wear it around my neck, but after receiving it, I realized it might be too heavy to wear. I plan on just keeping it in my pocket. Does anybody know, will wearing it in my pocket give me the same positive results as wearing it around my neck? What is the best way to wear this device?

It does work when worn in a pants/shirt pocket. I think it is stronger if
it makes direct skin contact, so sometimes I may clip it on the inside of
my pants or shirt or watchband. However, I think ones runs a higher risk
of losing it that way!

Also, if you are stationary, you can just place it somewhere near you or
on the nearest source of EMF. This is good if you are using the computer,
watching TV, or sleeping. When I was doing my initial experiments, it
seemed to me that the OM pendant had a range of about 7 feet.

Also, you may find that wearing the pendant all day and all night is
overdoing it (adverse side effects), so you may want to reserve your
use of it to those times when you really need it (e.g., high EMF
environments)
