Trying to hold down an office/travelling based job has got to be an
extreme challenge for the ES both mentally and physically. After approx 40mins in an average office under flourescent lights my body is saying "get me out of here",(have to add that this is not same feeling as general anxiety but more deep almost cellular stress/warning) it becomes an endurance test, feel the fear and do it anyway ! I enjoy the positive stress, but the aformentioned gets you from the inside out after a while. My worry here is that I have held down a 2.5 day/week job for past 6 months, on 2 days much travelling in a car to make site visits, plus a stop back at office say 1-2 hours, on 1/2 day 3.5 hours in office. Well folks Iam reaching meltdown, like most Essers if I play my cards rights I can stay just on the good side of health, but all this suffer/recover cycle is heading downhill. Just recently I have found that my Glands under my armpits are starting to throb when I get tired low, (impact of office stays and travelling and bodysnatched mobile phone freaks) I have increased sensitivity on lefthandside of temple/forehead/head a feeling rather the aftermath of having been whacked with a bat ! somewhere between pain and ???, I have increased heat sensitivity ie I notice heat from Lightbulbs and say gas stove even when they have been off for some time walking past at say 1m away ? My short term memory is getting to the point where Iam feeling like an alchiemers patient, I have to stay very focussed in order to complete a sentence..... Well its the glands that are troubling me this is new - What do you think my fellow Essers and co... ? regards Paul |

> think my fellow Essers and co... ? You may need some thyroid or adrenal support (herbs, glandulars, etc.) I usually defer such decisions to my nutritionist, who can come up with something that will test well on the electrodermal screening machine. Perhaps flower essences could be of help? Have you tried Rescue Remedy? But yes, travel can be very difficult, as you can never predict what will be in the environment you are going to, and what things you need to bring with you to protect against them! (I was recently on a short trip, and was overwhelmed with the smell of wood varnish, which is something I could have never predicted. No ES issues though, as I brought some devices with me to the local Internet Cafe) Marc |

Have you tried any of the items from Quantum Products for flourescent light tolerance? I find these work better than anything else I've tried. Marc (who spends 8 hours a day in a large room full of flourescent lights, and can definitely relate to this problem, as many years ago I'd start feeling bad after about 10 minutes of this!) |

Thanks Marc - They are the usual cassette type every 1m or so, no chance of
touching them. Never used any devices but have contemplated a hat, but of course there are practicalities here and also prejdudice to encounter (oh look its the twat with the hat sort of thing ) Yes I can relate to the 10 min this is when I start to feel symtoms heighten and then on it down hill - that said and I have wanted to mention this for a whiel I can get passed the real discomfort still feel grotty and find myself in a sort of dull phase a plateux where I can function on 3 cylinders, but sadly some while after a real low sets in say few hours to 24 -48hrs after !! This is same with exposure to all forms of emr not just strip lights. Also if I am on the move the symptoms are not so quick to set in, ie not sat at a desk but moving around, it seems that the mussiness is more of a disability when you are trying to get a complex task done in an office (elec appliance overload) than say sitting in a pub chatting, has any one else made this observation, it is this taht can sometimes make people think that its all in mind when they see you in both environments grr grrr grr ! cheers Paul [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |

But there does seem to be something about moving about/changing one's environment that seems to help. Could be that the body doesn't become "entrained" on a single frequency pattern. Could be that the lymphatics are being properly flushed by moving about. Could also be that in an office, trying to think & concentrate contributes to your overall stress load, which contributes to the ES. Marc |

Also, some of the EMF devices stand out and look rather strange, especially if you have to stick them onto your computer monitor, etc. But nobody notices things in your pants pocket, or something that looks like a regular power strip. Hi, Paul,
Sorry to hear you are having so much trouble working! My sympathies. :( As for the underarm pain... That is a lymphatic congestion symptom. If you use anti-perspirant, stop using it. You can use a deodorant without anti-perpirant, but the chemicals in those might make your underarms more tender. Baking soda or the deodorant mineral rocks might work for you if you need something to control odor. You want to promote as much perspiration as possible so that your underarm glands are not congested or blocked. Also, soaking in sea salts or epsom salts, various herbs helps alot. I get lymphatic swelling alot in my ankles and behind my knees. The salts soaks do wonders immediately. There are various things which help lymphatic congestion. Getting good exercise is very helpful--especially rebounding on a trampoline (creates a weightless point and also a point where upward force is exerted). This helps because the lymphatic system moves against gravity and has only muscle movement to propel it along. Creating a good sweat and then soaking or showering right after is very helpful. Very hot soaks or showers are helpful. Also, I have alot of problem with swelling behind my ears. EFT and neck/upper back massages help this alot. EFT--I pat the top of my head for 20 seconds, slap my wrists on each hand three finger widths up from wrist creases 20 seconds (gently), and slap my ankles four finger widths up from my inner ankles on each foot 20 seconds gently. Lymphatic congestion can be a sign of bad toxin removal elsewhere. In other words, the liver, kidneys, and lungs need to be in working order, as well. You can do a search online for all sorts of helps for these. Detoxing products, drinking more quality water +/or cranberry juice, breathing exercises, etc, etc, etc... Just enter a search for lymphatic congestion and this will bring up alot. Constipation (find ways to control constipation) can play a part in this and, of course, toxin overload is the cause in the first place, so anything that can lower your bodily toxin load helps. This can be anything from eating better foods (more organic foods, no sugar or artificial sweeteners, fewer processed foods, getting a handle on personal food intolerances); to avoiding molds and mildew, dust, personal allergens, pesticides; to taking supplements to support the lymphatic system (pantethine, CoQ10, and calcium).... The list is endless. Of all the problems I have had to deal with in my life, I have never had a problem that had so many choices of therapies from which to choose and so many which were very inexpensive or cost nothing. Lymphatic congestion can cause incredible problems if it is not dealt with. For many, many years I didn't know what was causing this and I mentioned it to many doctors or they, in fact, mentioned it to me (due to feeling the swollen glands themselves) but they gave me no idea there were treatments or what the causes were! This led me to have adrenal dysfunction literally due to lack of nutrition to run them, because my nutrients were all going to running my dysfunctional lymphatic system. When I finally found out how to deal with this, it truly changed my life in just a few months! (I had been bed-ridden for over a decade! I could not walk across a room without collapsing from my blood pressure plummeting, due to adrenal dysfunction.) Also, I had painful fibromyalgia, which I know now goes by another name--lymphatic congestion. The memory problems are a part of this too--also brain fog and concentration problems. The temple pain also. So, good luck. Happily, finding help for the lymphatic congestion is a walk in the park compared to your other problems. Getting toxins under control that lead to lymphatic congestion will be the hardest part of this. Hi again, Paul,
Forgot to mention it, but the stress you experience causes various chemical and immunological cascades in the body which add to the lymphatic congestion, along with foreign toxins, some of which are actually emf produced and some of which are toxins already in your body but liberated by emfs. (And, too, there is the tight junction opening in the brain, etc, due to emfs which allow toxins easier access to the organs and cells, in the first place.) My best to you, Diane espaules <[hidden email]> wrote: Trying to hold down an office/travelling based job has got to be an extreme challenge for the ES both mentally and physically. Hi yet again, Paul,
The "real low" that you mention that sets in 24 to 48 hours later--that is your adrenals reacting to the the stress. They need more nutrients (which are tied up in dealing with the toxins you are not passing thru your body quickly enough.) Pantethine, Calcium AEP, and CoQ10 are the major nutrients needed to prevent this low 24 to 48 hours later. My nutritionist told me how to treat this and I was very skeptical, but it really works! I take pantethine, calcium AEP, and CoQ10 on a daily basis (ask if you want details of amounts) for overall lymphatic and adrenal support. When I have a stress induced low, I take a pantethine cap and calcium AEP cap every 10 to 15 mins until my bp rises. If you take your blood pressure you might also see that your bp drops when you begin to experience your "real low". It is possible, tho, that your adrenals are not that far gone yet that the bp is affected. Also, Ihave alot of problem with swelling behind my ears. EFT and neck/upper backmassages help this alot. In otherwords, the liver, kidneys, and lungs need to be in working order, as well. You can do a search online for all sorts of helps for these. Detoxing products, drinking more quality water +/or cranberry juice, breathing exercises, etc, etc, etc... Just enter a search for lymphatic congestion and this will bring up alot. Constipation (find ways to control constipation) can playa part in this and, of course, toxin overload is the cause in the first place, so anything that can lower your bodily toxin load helps. For many, many years I didn't know what was causing this and I mentioned it to many doctors or they,in fact, mentioned it to me (due to feeling the swollen glands themselves)but they gave me no idea there were treatments or what the causes were! This led me to have adrenal dysfunction literally due to lack of nutrition torun them, because my nutrients were all going to running my dysfunctional lymphatic system. Happily, finding help for the lymphatic congestion is a walkin the park compared to your other problems. Getting toxins under control that lead to lymphatic congestion will be the hardest part of this. My best to you, Diane espaules <[hidden email]> wrote: Trying to hold down an office/travelling based job has got to be an extreme challenge for the ES both mentally and physically. ? regards Paul __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam?
