EHS dizziness

I am so dizzy and light-headed and sick every single day. So dizzy that I have to hold onto the furniture when I'm walking through my house. Does anyone else experience this type of dizziness? My feet are numb on the outside and painful on the inside. Along with cardiac arrhythmia the dizziness is sometimes overpowering. Doctors have been little help. It's difficult to deal with because there's no one to talk to about this. Dizziness feels like the flu x 100. Unlike most with EHS I sleep pretty well once I do fall asleep. But from the minute I wake up and get up right the dizziness starts and it's all day long. It truly is debilitating. If anyone else suffers from this amount of dizziness please share some information so that I know that I'm not alone. There is no Wireless technology in my house however I am affected by the neighbors and all of the smart meters. We sleep in a bedroom with the breakers off and no electricity. Thank you in advance.

I was briefly affected by dizziness problems a few years ago, as I recall it was some sort of kidney weakness. Anyway, it went away with kidney support. If that's what's going on with you, there are supplements you can use to support the kidneys, also acupuncture might help.

Justin, half-way through reading your post I said out loud, "This guy is reacting to a smart meter", before I read your reference to smart meters. After a smart meter was installed on my home, I experienced dizziness to the point of blacking out when standing up, cardiac arrhythmia, non-stop buzzing in the ears, inability to concentrate, insomnia, extreme irritability, borderline high blood pressure (historically I have had low blood pressure), and uncontrollable hypothyroidism.

Does your utility provider allow the use of analog electric meter? Don't settle for another digital meter with the antenna turned off. I became so sensitive after a smart meter that I had to move out into the boonies away from antennas and nearby houses because EMF that didn't bother me before I now find intolerable.

I've had most of the problems that Justin and Frog Top mention since I was in high school. Some of the trouble where I live is due to dirty power coming in from the smart meter (measured with a Cornet ED88T meter and a Radio Shack 12-467), but I haven't tried to filter it yet. It's probably best to have an electrician do that. (You shouldn't need the utility's permission as long as you're only making changes on your side of the meter.)

The easiest filter is something called an inductor: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inductor

If you just want to filter bad appliances, you can wrap 10 to 18 loops of this:

That will kill a lot of electrical noise. You can make your own filtered power strips with 1 to 2 of those and some other inexpensive off-the-shelf parts, and you can also make one suitable for a whole house with some heavier magnet wire and a larger toroid. Let me know if you're interested.

This happens to me around florescent light fixtures especially T12 ones with the old style magnetic ballast. I suspect that certain types of "vintage technology" do not play nice with smart meter/dirty electricity & power line communication from certain water meters. I cant tell you if it was the flicker or some type of electromagnetic field that caused my issue but swapping the fixture in my laundry room for a regular incandescent bulb made a huge difference.

So the one thing for me that comes to mind when you say dizziness are cordless phones. I know you say you don't have any wireless devices in your house, but sometimes there are devices that are wireless though we don't realize it (or maybe its emf just not wireless). I would make sure you have measured everything in and around your home including RF radiation, electric fields, dirty electricity, magnetic fields and do it throughout the day to see when levels change so you can identify the source of your problems. Sometimes sleeping in a different room makes a big difference. Find the best area to sleep (where there are lowest levels of everything)and sleep there no matter where it is, and avoid living in areas that are dirty. I am literally sleeping in the bathroom at night, been there for about 4 months and will for 2 more months until I move because I feel better and thats the room with the least amount of all types of EMF. Hope you feel better!!!

Oh and if you are EHS, high chances you are MCS as well or at least more sensitive to chemicals than most people. Chemicals can make your EHS feel a million times worse.
