Difficult to heal cases?

Romana
What are the best place to start, or what are the best route if one people wants to heal from a multitude of diseases, f.example if one has asthma, ES, MCS, MS, artrisis, migraine etc at the same time.
Where to start?

Obviously eating healthy and juicing isn't enough.
Lot's of tests are a way, and/or a good naturapath,
You need to find the causes, the sources of your health problems.
The things you mentioned, the "diseases" are likely all just symptoms,
caused by certain things going wrong in the body.
The body is complex, but we all have a similar body,
so other people have similar problems and there are people
out there that cured themselves. Read their story.
Think out of the box. Many "diseases" have similar symptoms,
so you may think you have something,
but in fact may have something else and are looking in the wrong direction.
Hence lot's of good tests could unveil something.
Tests in the regular medical circuit obviously suck,
so expensive alternative tests are often the way that has to be walked.
Stop shopping, don't buy that new car, don't buy a new TV, etc.
It won't make you happy. It won't fix your problems.
If you don't have money, try to get more money somehow.

I dont know, for some reason im more leaniant towards a healthier food intake, after all we are what we eat. In my experience more salads less meats proved to be a key turning point. More fruits of all verieties of vegetables. fruits and vegetables in a juicer daily made most symptoms leave almost emidiatly. ( that is after a 7 year chronic virtago attack) Less atrificial sugars and genetecaly modified food and more natural shugars like apples and bannanas,, generally stuff that will boost your immune system. Soups are good, long as they are healthy, less strain on the digestive system. Garlic and Onions or (winter apples as some call them). These are all things that have shown me, what i feel like a second chance at life.. also supliments for the thyroid gland and the adrenal gland, important to find the most natural ones you are able to.. the thyroid needs iodine wich it will absorb, in fact the whole body uses iodine, and there is usially a fair amount of it in the thyroid vitamin supplimets, it is just important to find the best quality you can. "mega food" brand works for my needs so far, i recomend them highly, until i find a better choice that is. Seaweed also has alot of iodine in it. that will get you started on your way.. Sleep is very important, to get enough of it, as it plays with your central nervous system and the body in general. and last but not least, try to avoid "electro smog" (non ionizing radiation caused by wireless devices), thats a whole differient battle, but a worty one to fight for..
I dont know generally speaking this is a vague summery of some stuff that helped me and things that i vouch for,

I agree with every word of UphillBattle.

Food and supplementation helped me immensely.

i would add herbs to that.

Sure, after you know which foods and which supplements you need.
After good tests.
People recommended me all sorts, i always got worse,
even many naturapaths recommended me many wrong things,
because they did muscle testing, which i currently don't trust.
People recommended fermented foods, but i get worse from that,
because i have histamine intolerance. You need to know what you have,
i have seen many people blindly supplementing, and it doesn't work,
unless you are lucky or have a talent for knowing what you need. Many don't.
It might help to experiment to know what works/doesn't work,
but imo it's a waste of time and money.
"Healthy foods" are not healthy for everyone.
I'm sure some of you won't believe me, but i can't eat much fruit for example.
Only very small amounts, or it makes me much worse.

here is a video on a healing testimony someone shared with me, its also very informative! it says 90 day free ( to watch video). I hope this helps as it is live people on their journey like alot of us.

Merializer -funny story on fermented foods. I tried do drink some beer as an experiment, to get my mind of things. Also to see if i could tolerate it; big mistake in my case, i think it acted as a booster for some bacteria in my body, crazy deja-vue feeling that lasted for like 3-6 hours ,. I think its an alergic reaction that i get from bad food. Some people say that it might be a type of a "micro stroke". I dont know what are your alergic reactions like?

Jinna- Yes herbs; i need to do more research to see what i could integrate in to my routine. I currently experiment and get good results with a good veriety. I use Cats Claw (saventuro), Astralagus root powder, Tumerec, L-Lysine, Spirulina, Dulse wich is a type of red seaweed,, I think thats alot of it. And alot of these are based on a Detox routine and a ativiral anti bacterial type of a diet, meaning it also suports the imune system,. P.S. Jinna i know you are know alot of this stuff, im just trying to be informative for the others who are searching. Please forgive me if i come off a bit anal.

When I healed the first time I had only had EMF sensitivity for a short while when the DNRS and Gupta programs were coming out. I was on a different forum at the time and several people got completely better from one, or the other.  I had both and had even preordered DNRS, so had it right away when it came out, neither helped me but certainty got me thinking that there must be other ways such as trauma healing and I had got others to try that to on the same forum, and that seemed to help some at least a bit, on others much more. Certainly going to depending on your history.
