Detox

Hi all,

Since we talk about detox frequently on this grouo, I thought I'd
point out a page that I found recently, which seems like it
includes practically everything that someone should know about
heavy metal detox:

http://www.health-spy.com/toxicity3.html

I printed this out and went through all 150 pages (!), and
I wish I had all this information 10 years ago when I started
this process! (although some of the products described
weren't available 10 years ago)

Best compilation I have seen so far,
Fnx, for that Mark.

I have one question though, since discussing
with some biochemists, who say, that,
unless methylation is addressed, detoxing
is redundant.

Any thoughts on this?

I'm not sure what that might be about... it's my understanding
that there are several different detox pathways (like around 5?),
so not all of them need to be working properly, as others can
be a "backup".

Excellent resource Marc, thanks!

And, I suggest, not complete without MMS (Miracle Mineral Solution), an
incredibly powerful detox, all-in-one pathogen zapper (inl cancer, it's
claimed) - it sure pulls it all out fast, with no harm to our natural
systems either (except pulling out too much too fast, which can cause
yuckiness)
http://jimhumble.biz/ for good all round intro and excellent protocols

Also, I put a vote in for sodium bicarbonate, as well as iodine (Lugol's
etc.) and magnesium (esp. transdermal mag chloride) as esposed by Marc
Sircus. http://imva.info/ and http://magnesiumforlife.com/ etc.

Just be careful with some "detox" protocols. Some can harm you like bioresonance with bicom 2000 machine.

And Jim Humble is a quack, dont trust his bullshit. Chlorine dioxide can be very dangerous in excess.
Nevertheless the fraudster earn money on his books and his missionize. Like many other alternatives.

I am sure there are many things who can help in that list.
Though as I can't tolerate many supplements and detox meds I have had success with an EXTREMELY healthy natural diet and eating good a nd properly. Its main approach is to have an intake of 8 or more portions of fruits/veggies/berries/dried-fruits every day and lot of fiber to bind in the intestinals which for the most part actually are found in the greens. Otherwise make good balanced dishes and stay away from toxic foods.

The only thing I take aside is low dosage B vitamin and vit D.

I can now talk with cellphone straight for 15 min without problem and handle every tv pc ipad etc with wifi.
Going from when I couldnt handle almost nothing a year ago.

So I am a firm believer in a very health diet as a basis for detox. Then add the appropiate detox protocols or supplements if they work and dont give sideeffects.

Re: Detox

Jinna
The info is good, indeed. Still not complete, but a rather good start! Thanks.

However, methylation is not addressed there, which is very important. (at least, I haven't found it).

You can bet that all of us with ES (if not all, close to 100%) have a problem in detox genes.

I don't buy the story that we are doomed for life, like many people would feel: bad genes = bad life.

No, I'm more for epigenetics, that we can somehow choose to become better with some diet changes, detox, positive thoughts, less stress etc.

Meanwhile, while we STILL have symptoms, we SHOULD take a closer look at MTHFR mutation problem.

It is for me very clear that what Dr Klinghardt calls KPU / HPU problem is closely related to MTHFR mutation AND that is THE main point to be addressed before going on KPU (zinc, B6, Manganese) supplements.

This video explains HOW OFTEN people suffer from methylation problems, and explains some supplements.

Video easy to understand 19 min dr Ben Lynch

Of course you can spend your next month just reading about it, but this gives you an idea of the problem.

I've been to another Klinghardt INstitute course this weekend, and as many years passed since the 'discovery' of the KPU /HPU problem in most chronic sufferers, well, we now have more practitioners with experience on these suplement protocols, and what to do to make them work better.

Well, it seems methylation problems are at the root, and must be addressed in order to try to stop the boat to sink.

I totally disagree with Jim Humble being a quack.
If you have been self-treating for the last 2 decades, as I have, you may see the guy as a hero.

Many people have their lives saved due to MMS.
It can be though tough to take it.

Dr Klinghart uses that, not long term, but he makes use of it the same way people make use of antibiotics.

I think Bill Gates Foundation is criminal, in the way the whole malaria and vaccination business has turned to.

And as for detox = feeling bad, this could be unfortunately another sign of methylation problems.

Once a toxin mobilizes, as the article posted above says, you need binders /absorbers.

When you take a mobilizer, that is when you ACTUALLY see how toxic what is ALREADY inside your body, cells are.

the stronger one reacts with mobilizers, either it shows your body is highly toxic, the mobilizer is damn good, and /or your detox organs are malfunctioning, and/or you got a methylation problem...

In any case, taking binders / absorbers is a must (the book Mark posted also agrees on that point).
This is how I learned to understand the phenomenum of 'bad reactions during detox'.

As for healthy diet, I have no idea how people survive eating garbage.

In the last 3 decades, eating healthy has been for me like religion.

If I was forced to eat out (during vacations), it usually took me 2 or 3 days to feel ill again (and actually fall ill).

Now my ability to travel and eat out increased to about 2 weeks, which is great. But I know that if I continue eating what restaurants cook for longer than a month, I will fall ill again.

Note that I do not eat fast foods more than 1x a year (or less), so what I mean here are full meals, with no gluten, veggies, cooked in a higher standard. I choose my restaurants and menus very carefully during vacations.

For me, healthy diet is at the starting point of any treatment of all chronic diseases.

It did not prevent me to fall severely ill though after a tick bite. Then all started going downwards (ES, multiple allergies etc).

Re: Detox

Jinna
As for the lymph devices posted in the book, that is what I keep telling people for years.

All of these devices using vacuum tubes and noble gases have as origin the Violet Ray (D'Arsonval electrodes).

You can purchase these devices very cheap (china models) for less than 40 dollars, or more expensive ones (I have an Ukranian one, also on the 60 dollar range, I think) that do amazing things.

The low laser therapy is another technology though. I only used it a couple of times, also a good feeling.
