i too have only good things to report using concentrace.
i don’t take them all the time and i don’t take them in the (what i consider to be large) amounts they recommend on their package… i let my own taste buds lead the way. my understanding is that pure minerals replace the bad minerals we’ve been exposed to. this not from the company, but from research long ago into japanese healing methods. good salt… good minerals… good. bad salt… bad minerals… bad. i do think it is possible to overdo it on concentrace. i put just a few drops in a pint of drinking water… and increase dosage until it feels ‘right’. > On Dec 19, 2016, at 2:20 PM, SuperLaura [via ES] <[hidden email]> wrote: > > And just to say... I've been taking either Spectramin or concentrace now for over a year without problems, only benefits. Its possible you may be sensitive to something in it that I'm not. Everyone has different sensitivities, but I can say for me it hasn't been bad, on the contrary it has been amazing. > |

I totally understand what you mean and agree with listening to my body. But if I listened to my body's cravings all the time I'd be eating Reese's peanut butter cups almost every day lol. I have learned that just because I am craving something doesn't always mean My body really needs it, sometimes you are craving something and what your body really needs is something else. Listening to your body in combination with muscle testing for the correct dosage can help with making sure you don't overdo it as taking too much is either wasting it because your body can only use so much or be harmful. 90% of the time I am usually right about what my body needs because I will go to my naturopath and usually he will confirm what I was already thinking I was needing, but the other 10% of the time I'm totally wrong! Its important to stay balanced and sometimes taking too much of one thing can throw something else out of balance. This has happened to me more times than I can count. Just because I am craving fresh pressed veggie juice for example doesn't mean I should drink 3 cups in one day, because I know if I do my body will detox more than I can handle and I will feel ill due to the detoxing effects of all those nutrients.
I try not to exceed the daily dosage unless my naturopath muscle tests to me (or I test myself) to ensure my body really needs more than whats recommended and I have found that to work for me :) |
Well, Laura, you have to clean out your body to the point where it prefers natural foods - fruits, vegetables, beans, grains… and THEN you can trust it to steer you right. Once your body is clean, it doesn’t want junk food or junk anything. It feels best on clean food & water. Once your body is clean, you won’t need an external source to tell you what is best for it… it will tell you directly. I remember once going to the store for broccoli (or so I thought). I reached out my hand to pick up a piece of broccoli and my gut said, “NO.” It shocked me because I loved broccoli and thought it was good for me. Not that day. My body wanted something different. So I walked further down the aisle and it reached out for another vegetable… That’s when I learned to trust my body.
