Yeah you sure did!! Chi mahines are very good for many here on the list.. They kinda move your legs, (the 8-movement) i think for 15-20 minutes then when it stops you feel the enrgy coming up through your legs.. Opens up meridians. Let's pure energy in. chi=life energy. Good for back as well and all kinda ailments..
You can also get that latin dancing happen where you have the eight movement front back and up and down (the movimiento where with a pencil in your butt you write the eight up and down and eehem down between your legs, maybe tie it as a guy you, you write it front back. This can also be imaginary pencils or crayons...)
Do not own one myself, but one of my healers used it. Like it a lot, given a chance i would pick one up. They also prepare for energetic and muscle testing healing. Would imagine after a session of opening up meridians (massage or whatever) they also are very good, like make it stick. Would take it before and after any work.
Many here on the list have an aqua chi-machine, which i presume does the same in a wetter context.
