Can a tablet cause low blood sugar?

philnow99

Since January, I have needed to eat every 1-2 hours to stop
hypoglycaemia (low blood sugar). It has never been this severe. An
endocrinologist recommended a low GI diet to correct this.

The severity of low blood sugar coincided with a new 7" computer
tablet. I was OK for the first 2 weeks then I started to deteriorate
quickly. So I did not believe that the tablet was the cause. When using
the tablet it would be held near my stomach. I stopped using it 2 weeks
ago.

I am seeing some improvements and I am not sure whether it is due to the
diet or tablet. Is it possible that the tablet could be aggravating the
hypoglycaemia? If so why? Has anyone else experienced this problem?

RE: Can a tablet cause low blood sugar?

Yes, Phil,

What follows is my opinion. My
daughter was severely

ES and using natural remedies,
supporting both the adrenal

And thyroid glands,  and reducing exposure to

Wireless/bad
wiring/fluoride/toxins./ reduced wheat products/ dairy/ peanuts-

Peanut butter/ corn- all either
gluten or moldy crops)

and using superfoods (spirulena

Probiotics/Omega 3’s, Iodine/Magnesium
Chloride Oil/ Selenium/

Potassium, ect, -she went from a
ten on the Es scale, ten being severe,

To a two.

Wireless radiation can cause low
blood sugar. And

I have found this to be a very
common issue.

Radiation stresses out the Immune
System-

The adrenal glands (sit on top of
the kidneys) and the

thyroid gland, butterfly shaped
gland in front part

of the neck, play a major role in
health.

The Adrenal glands, a huge part
of the Immune

System, regulate blood sugar.(
and are the stress busters

of the Immune system)- keep them
happy, the body is healthy)

Keep the thyroid happy, same
thing.

Many of the symptoms Essers
report, are related to

low Thyroid and low Adrenals.

Radiation of any kind, puts a
huge amount of stress

on the body's immune system.

Low blood sugar is very connected
to high cortisol levels,

and this is the adrenals going
into over drive, making too

much cortisol to
combat/counteract the stress being put

on the Immune system.

This is why so many tend to get
the "big belly" syndrome.

Because when the adrenals are
under this kind of stress, it

throws the entire body's system
off. Likely you already have

low thyroid symtpms.

Why? Because both the thyroid
gland and the adrenal gland

work together. When one of these
glands is under stress,

the other jumps in to try to
help. And commonly, because

these two glands are ignored by
regular mainstream doctors,

the person gets sicker and
sicker.

Support these two glands and
health greatly improves.

As you mention "it" has
never been this severe, this tells

me your adrenal glands are
already stressed out.

As attachments don't go thru to
esens, I will send you a list

of common thyroid and adrenal
symptoms.

You'll probably recognize many of
these signs.

Adrenals tend to require protein.

And there are supplements that
can help. I have good success with

the following:

Holy Basil Tulsi capsules from
Organic India.

these help regulate blood sugar
levels and help the adrenals, but

usually aren't enough by themselves.

I also have good succes with the
raw glandulars from www.nutri-meds.com

They sell Adrenal Cortex Plus,
which is a raw glandular and I have found this

very very helpful. Also I like
their: glandular porcine thyroid capsules.

Eliminating all sources of
fluoride is also necessary. (toothpaste/water/ect)

The mineral Iodine is also very
helpful ( I prefer the Nascent Iodine from

www.magnascent.com

Also, take a look at: www.drrinds.com

And under metabolic, you will
find a temperature chart. Use the info on

this site, to chart your own
temperature and this will give you a really good

Idea, of the status of both the
thyroid and adrenal glands.

Blessings,

Lizzie

Hi Phil,

Sounds very possible, and consistent with the experiences heard here.

The EMR and magnetic fields are very strong around the near field of
tablets and smartphones, within the first few inches. This is why most
devices manuals do say to keep a gap of 1 inch from your skin.

According to Dr. Magda Havas, One symptom of electrohypersensitivity is
altered sugar metabolism similar to diabetes. In addition to type 1 and
type 2 diabetes, some diabetics may be electromagnetically sensitive as
shown by changes in their blood sugar when exposed to electromagnetic
triggers. She is calling this Type 3 diabetes. Her video link is:

Sometimes problems from new electronics take a while to become
obvious.  Two weeks isn't that long at all, really...

I find that high EMF makes me more hungry, so I end up eating more
often.  I say this because I'm more hungry on weekdays when I'm at
work (high EMF) compared to weekends when I'm at home (low EMF).

Although eating a really high fat meal will get rid of the hunger for
a much longer period.

Hi Lizzie,

Thank you for the list that you emailed me and your post. Very
interesting reading and it has given me a lot to think about.

After 2 weeks of not using the tablet, today is the first time that I
managed to go over 3 hours without eating and not get a hypo. I think
the tablet pushed me over the edge and just highlighted an underlying
problem. Some of the symptoms on the list you emailed could apply to
other health issues but I must admit the list makes me very suspicious
about my adrenal function especially where it mentioned hair loss in the
lower legs – I wondered what that could be. Next week, I will be
having tests on my adrenal function.

Re: Can a tablet cause low blood sugar?

Elizabeth thode

Hi Phil,

Glad to have helped.

I hope the adrenal test is the "Saliva
cortisol" test.

That is the only one that is known for accuracy.

*Other then using Dr. Rinds info and taking the
temps

many times a day.

For those who love measuring the emfs with their
meters?

And tend to trust the meter readings;

The temp chart/graph on Dr. Rinds is similiar in
that

by the time you've done this procedure for 4-5
days,

it gives a very clear picture of what both the
thyroid and

adrenals are doing.

That up and down with the temps, seeing this on
a graph,

is quite stunning.

I want to add here: there is a reason for the
specific adrenal product

I mentioned in the earlier post. I've seen
countless people use other

adrenal products and not get much progress.

The ingredient to look for

in any adrenal product, is the raw cortex part,
and NOT the tissue.

Adn there are a ton of products sold that only
contain the "tissue"

and this has made many think it wasn't the
adrenals, because the "adrenal"

stuff wasn't working. When in fact, the problem
(one of them) was low adrenals

and the product was the Kool aid fake gold
version, instead of the real McCoy.

Hi Stewart,

There is a strong chance the tablet has some part to play because I am
seeing improvements for the past few days having not used it for over 2
weeks. Would you know if I turned off wifi whether the radiation level
would be OK for the tablet to be used? I assume GPS would be OK as that
is just a receiver.

I searched through the tablet's manual and could find nothing about
any safety issues regarding how far it should be held away from the
body.

Thank you for the video link. I watched it and found it very
informative. It was good to see that the video is presented by an
experienced research scientist. I can see why you say there is a
possibility that the tablet may  have caused my blood sugar to become
unstable.

Re: Can a tablet cause low blood sugar?

roma247
Sorry to be coming to this discussion so late, but I thought I might add something important.  I have suffered ES for around six years and was finally able to move from my nightmare of a house in fall of 2011.  Though our new house is a haven from most strong EMF sources, it has still taken me a long time to slowly regain my health and I still have a long way to go.

Just before we moved, the stress caused me to have such strong hypoglycemic episodes (despite having just eaten) that I finally broke down and spoke with a doctor who practices alternative medicine.  Together we discovered that the source of the problem was my adrenals: they had been under so much stress for so long that they were beginning to fail.

Many people (including myself) are unaware of the crucial role your adrenals play in monitoring the body's hormones AND blood sugar!  In other words, if your adrenals are shot, your body has an incredibly hard time regulating your blood sugar levels, usually resulting in hypoglycemia, EVEN AFTER YOU'VE JUST EATEN!

If you think about your body's response to strong wifi fields like those emitted by smartphones and tablets, it makes sense that your adrenals are kicking in, and thus over time are getting overstressed.  If you are having a reaction this strong, this soon after exposure to the tablet, your adrenals were probably already in bad shape.

Do some research about adrenal exhaustion and see if you can find a doctor who specializes in alternative methods for treating it.  You also may have Lyme and don't realize it.  I did.

And yes, definitely keep the wifi off and the tablet away from your body as much as possible.  I can't be in the same room with the things.  It's like torture.

Best of luck,
Lisa
