Regarding milk I don't know for sure, but as unless one can't tolerate lactose, milk shouldnt be too bad.
Some radicals believe milk almost kills one, but thats not science based. In a healthy diet some milk is ok I think. |
Milk has Lactoferrin which has a potential to cool down emf induced inflammation response a bit, esp if taken daily.

Here in Germany. Belgium and Switzerland, I think it's common sense to consider milk products linked to arthritis, inflammation (like tendon, muscle problems) and joint diseases.
We see milk products as causing inflammation, increasing mucous anywhere (lungs, nose, genital organs, gut). I think if we could milk the cows ourselves and drink the milk of a couple of them directly, it could be still okay... But we drink extreme pasteurized milk (dead, without any digestive enzymes) from thousands of cows in one glass. Milk is produced as a food for baby cows, and it contains antibodies from the mother cow, so that she protects her baby. That nutrition and antibody protection is essential for their calves. Just imagine how many ANTIBODIES you are drinking in one cup of milk? Probably by millions (because the factory will mix literally the milk coming from hundreds, thousands of cows). It's like getting small amounts of vaccines aimed to PROTECT THE CALVES from cow diseases, daily, through ingestion of cheese, creams, butter etc. only that presence of cow antibodies ALONE would explain, in my opinion, the inflammatory aspect of milk. When you get a vaccine, it will only work if you get some inflammatory symptoms from it. That's why vaccine makers put very aggressive products inside a vaccine. If no inflammation occurs, the vaccine does not 'take' / work. Antibodies are naturally creating small inflammation in the body of calves, so that they get sensitized to the infections that affect their mothers, and then get protected against cow diseases. What about drinking millions of antibodies from thousands of cows in a glass of milk? I find it's insane and dangerous. If you had your cow, and milked it and took it directly, well, I think it could still be fine. And today, even, consumption of milk is the highest, and osteoporosis is sky rocketing, starting at younger ages. So it means that even that calcium from milk doctors think is good for you is working against you, because never in history milk consumption has been so high, and never in history, osteoporosis has been so high either. In East Asia, the introduction of milk (no one really drank cow milk before there) brought osteoporosis to a much higher level. It's okay if you can't stop eating yoghurts, cheese, milk etc. But promoting milk products as healthy, I don't think it's good. Check the China Study. Millions of people have been studied for 20 years. Milk does not promote health. I saw a documentary about the history of milk. The idea that milk is good was not always here with us, in the West. It came with the development of industrial farms, and it was a genius marketing propaganda that started promoting it as healthy in the TV and ads decades ago. Statistics don't lie in that subject: there is a direct relation between high consumption of milk products and osteoporosis, for example. If drinking milk is extracting calcium from your bones, how can this be good? |

I don't know about that... where I live, I have easy access to grass-fed, raw milk from small local farms, and it still gives me mucous. Even goats milk. Marc |
I was only taking local goat milk, or sheep milk PRODUCTS, but stopped after I realized we don't need them...
Why taking milk from other animals if we are not starving, and taking antibodies for THEIR diseases? A William says milk products are not good: they increase INFECTION (and consequently, inflammation). Well, if he's right, it's just a confirmation of what integrative practitioners here say, even if not of them really know what caused the inflammation... It was hard to let away butter, but that was my last milk-containing product I gave up. I substituted it for cashew butter, not the same, but tastes pretty good! |
