Buying a new vehicle, help please!

So I am sure this topic has probably come up before... But I could really use some help.

I am looking to purchase a vehicle. The one I want has Bluetooth and homelink. I was told that if nothing is paired to the Bluetooth that it won't emit and be searching for something to pair with and that the homelink functions like a basic garage door opener and only emits when pressed. But I'm not just going to take someone's word for it, especially a car dealer! LOL. Anyone know about this? I have had a hard time trying to take measurements on vehicles due to being in such filthy EMF environments.

Oops forgot two things, also what about GPS navigation in the car? And some of the models have satallite radio, does that emit anything?

GPS is a receiver, as is the satellite radio, but like a computer, they do emit some EMF.
