Hi Sailplane, could you explain what you mean by this? You mean that we need those oxidative molecules to kill pathogens? I remember watching this guy Kruse years ago in video, in his living room, feeling crap. He was talking about electrosmog, how it affected his health, if my memory is good.... He looked pretty ill to me back then, his face (skin?, eyes?) looked unhealthy.... But this new video of 2018 you posted, he looks very healthy!! He highly recommends iodine, in higher doses, kelp, shrimps. I wonder if my PEMF device and the D'Arsonval Violet Ray don't exactly do what he meant, charging my body with electrons. I feel great on them. funny that I also have a sophisticated LED infrared device, that I used to heal me from very bad chronic lyme disease. It was the ONLY treatment that took me out of lyme hell. Now he says that infrared light charges mitochondria! I also get a gentle energy from that device, it's true, but it takes longer to feel than with PEMFs or the Violet Ray. I was also puzzled by this and want to ask him on his forum, but didn't get accepted to join yet. It does seem like he's saying we need unwanted cells, since he says "it takes .. unwanted molecules". I'd be surprised, but then again it may be somewhat true.. sometimes I find eating all clean food, especially raw, leaves the feeling I need something cooked.. and of course cooking causes some of those molecules they say are so bad for us.. I didn't survive the mostly raw diet at all.. And everyone seems to love fried things and baked things.. so maybe we need a tiny bit of it, but surely not a lot. Didn't know all that info, it's interesting that lined up with what he said. He was also talking some things that lined up for me too, like the sun's E fields. When the sun is out, I always feel better.. when I had severe ES I really didn't want the sun to set.. because I knew night isn't gonna be good.. and that's without any sun exposure, just being in the house.. it's just the E field.. My thought was that it just blocks out the other EMFs or muffles them. I don't know other alternatives, but I am guessing anything living has to create that special detrium depleted water,.. guessing here, which would mean juicing things like celery etc. would give you this special water which life can use to store energy. I do find juicing very good especially for energy, maybe this is the reason. But, too much juice can also be bad, so I don't know why that happens.. but about 300ml or so a day seems a good amount. But thin blood doesn't seem to mean much,.. not necessarily more health,.. I don't really know how that works, it could be a part of the ES problem, a cause or a symptom. Seems blood analyzers miss things. I've seen two neighbors do this so far and to me it's incredible.. I think definitely the blood chemistry must have something strange going on in my body, but who knows if it's for everyone with ES or not.. I've had live blood analysis and they also said everything looks very good. I even got a blood sugar testing device.. that showed somewhat on the low side sometimes, but not severely and nothing high. It's the largest EMF related group on Facebook i know. But i left those groups, because it's too time consuming, too many new people with basic questions. For a while i'm trying to implement his ideas, but i'm so addicted..., it's hard. In summer it was much easier to go outside than now, winter. And i struggle to reduce screen time. |

good it was not only me who did not understand that!! ![]() What I know is that some substances like MMS act like by ripping some pathogens in small pieces... That may happen due to high oxidation, I suppose, as MMS has chloride inside. Yeah, maybe you buy that expensive deuterium water and drink, and instead of absorbing it, you pee most of it off....... I like your idea with juicing. But I also agree, I somehow have my limits on juicing... Somehow it does not feel right to ingest so much without chewing. I still like my avocado + banana or avocado + papaya because I love avocado in any form. but still, it's harder to digest my blended avocado than when I simply eat it with a spoon. I think mouth enzymes, chewing, have a reason. We were not born with blenders. But it's also true that we were not born with so many toxins, EMRs etc and that we need to take in more veggies than we can actually consume by chewing... What a world we are. As for your wounds / cuts that don't heal, try liposomal C. The world changed for me since I first tried it. More energy, less symptoms, no more infections (only very light), no more skin candida!!! As I do it home, I don't have to worry about costs nor about preservatives, chemicals added. Since we started it about 6 months ago, I swear that life became much easier. Infections are really getting hard to affect our lives (colds, flu, candida...). Even allergies seem to diminish. My daughter had a problem to absorb iron, for a long time. Her gut was the problem as she ate stuff with iron (like beef). The proof was that, I gave her daily beef, for months, and she never got the iron in her blood. Can you share how do you make it at home and where you buy your ingredients? It's very expensive otherwise. It is well known that without Vitamin C Iron cannot be absorbed. The Iron I buy has Vitamin C and B12 with it. B12 is another one that's needed for Iron absorption.. I eat lots of fruits, so I thought I should have enough vitamin C. Sounds you were eating fruits as well though. Dairy also inhibits Iron absorption so it should not be taken at the same time. I think a lot of people who have ES have candida based on talking with them. Very simple, and VERY inexpensive. The ultrasound device costs from 30 to 120 dollars (the bigger, the more expensive). I bought one for about 80 dollars or so... as mine is bigger. You just need: ascorbic acid, organic sunflower or soy lecithin, alcohol (like vodka or bought in pharmacy) and water (clean, or distilled). I'll see if I pull my old thread on Liposomal Vit C. It has been a real surprise, even though I sometimes find it hard to sleep... I'm trying to tune my recipes... If you'd like, I'm running a FB group on Liposomal Vitamins and Supplements. There are only 20 people. Just google it. Thanks for the idea of iodine. I used to rub it on my body during lyme, and I do think it helped. As I eat seafood and kelp /nori often, I thought I did not need it, but I guess, it would be better to add in one of my recipes and take it more often in greater amount. The Lipo C chelates metals, I'm almost sure about it. It feels like a chelator, so I need increased binders such as zeolites, MSM and chlorella. It does not happen from day 1, but after a few days on Lipo C, you may feel toxic, therefore the need for binders (to push the metals away). I feel really great these days. Not sure why, as I'm doing changes again. I stopped trying to kill my candida long ago. I try to manage it. I know it's here to help. I'm lately using some bowel nosodes (to tune the microbiome), continuing my kimchi (fermented garlic + cabbage), doing my foot baths with dead sea salt + zechstein magnesium flakes too. I know that I rarely caught colds in the past. It was not a good thing either (as bacterial and candida were always a problem anyway). My aunt is taking it, doing her chemio, she's got liver cancer metatasis for many years, and her oncologist says that her blood levels are so good as they haven't been in a long time.
