Been A Long Road (success story + information)

sourdoe83
Just a warning this is going to be one lengthy wall of text but I have a lot to say. I haven't been here for a while and after too many embarrassing attemtps to specifically get rid of EMHA itself. Food grade sodium bentonite clay got me a step further but it wasn't enough and things felt hopeless. Though over the past couple months though my EMHS severity stayed the same other health problems started getting worse rapidly. I was getting more parkinson's like in, have convulsions in response to some stimulation, almost couldn't sleep, and my vision was also getting very blurry. That's when at just the right time when  wasn't even looking for it someone linked me up with a Discord server for all of these sorts of issues. That's when I actually started finding out what was going on. And in my case it didn't seem like heavy metal poisoning was at the root of it at all even if it's a factor. Another note is detoxing wasn't always smooth sailing, throughout my use of what I'll list I used below I got some pretty bad herx reactions in general. Fatigue, dizziness, brain fog, aches, and extreme mood swings. So if you're going to try this and feel this may be your issue then be prepared for these things to happen while you're healing. I have also tried Cat's Claw but had a very bad reaction to it so I couldn't integrate that into my rotation.

My symptoms pointed towards some kind of infection related to either malaria, lyme disease, mold illness, or some of the above and more. The thing I first started on was Artemisinin at 200 mg in the morning. The first night I took it my shakes and mental paralysis like state calmed down in minutes. I continued to keep it there and things got better, I did a couple EMR stress tests to find that this ws working and made a huge portion of the problem better but I hit a wall again so I did more research in this area of treatments from this page --> https://www.lymedisease.org/seven-herbals-kill-lyme-disease/ and also did more research on what else could be out there that could help.

The next thing I integrated was Cistus Incanus tea, In just a couple days of using this I was felt even better so I kept at it in the morning after having more coffee. This started working on my major sinus problems unlike the Artemisinin. It was also the first thing I used that started to lessen the varying constant levels of that sun burnt like face feeling I had reducing it to just my forehead and working on that too. It wasn't complete clear in the sinuses just yet but it did a number to the problem that was central to my EMHS problems because when it chipped away at that so did it do so to my EMHS. I thought maybe I might even have a parasite issue so I added cloves to the tea bag, deeply inhaled it every use, and permanently kept the cloves there too. What happened next probably should have been featured on Monsters Inside Me, my sinuses released a ton of gunk. If I had it all in the palm of my hand, it would have filled it. This cement like white semi-translucent stuff that I was able to keep getting out all morning. When this died down I felt even better. I kept it there and it has been around a month now of this stacked rotation every morning of Artemisinin, Cistus, and cloves. Doing another EMR stress test, I was very close to normal but still not quite. I could normally use the other PC and do some pretty resource heavy tasks but I still simply didn't feel good or normal doing so. I was no longer having dangerous physical reaction to doing so.

Things stayed static for a while as I dug for more solutions. Someone recommended  trying propolis which came in yesterday that I used for the first time today. I got slightly more energy and I think it did more work on my sinuses but nothing major I could tell.

A couple days before this an idea regarding the blood brain barrier crossed my mind. I remembered how I was able to safely do a bentonite clay rinse before and decided to do so with Cistus Incanus tea. It worked and here's what happened. The first day which was the day before yesterday I filled my netti pot with it and poured it in trying not too get tto deep that time. Out came large amounts whitish clear gunk, my right sinus was a lot worse than my left even though some came out of it. The rest of the morning after the scent up my nose was very alcohol like as more came out from time to time. Doing this made me somewhat dizzy and fatigued. Though the next morning I tried again getting even deeper with the netti pot, head fully tilted back. This one actually stung back there and more came out, I almost instantly got more clear headed but I had a herx reaction making me extremely fatigues and more dizzy than last time with an odd feeling in my  forehead. Over the course of the day more stuff released itself from my right nostril as I kept trying to blow it out and eventually I managed to clear it much later yesterday. I've also noticed as I got better that my nose would run less and Imy sinuses would no longer get clogged up when I ate a large amount of food.

What I used:

Atremisinin (200 mg a serving) - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08DDHJLR5/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Cistus Incanus ( 1 1/2 tespoons a tea bag) - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0893RZR8M/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Cloves (1 1/2 teaspoons a tea bag) - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B076KCYSMR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Propolis - https://beehealthyfarms.com/propolis/132-bee-propolis-capsules-1000mg.html

Hope this helps people here out, I have not tried mercury detox yet since I don't feel I'm ready to but it seems the bulk of my issues were not that. A lot of people may also want to integrate Lions Mane into the mix but I can rarely have it due to the major digestive distress it causes with me. Supplementing your with pro-biotics may also be a good thing to do while doing this.

Sounds like you're doing a lot of good things. I think the thing you need to remember through all this is "there is nothing wrong with you." The electronic rape of our world is the problem, not you. You're having a reaction to it because it is toxic. I myself notice wifi much more when I am healthy than when I am sick (and prolonged exposure makes me sick with candida, etc., which I am convinced is actually my body's defense mechanism to a problem that has been around for such a short time, evolutionarily, that we don't have the immune defenses to cope with it yet. Give us a few thousand generations and we could probably adapt.
I recommend the book The Invisible Rainbow by Arthur Firstenburg, it blew my mind even though I've been studying electrosensitivity for years. It basically says that anytime a new source of radiation appears, a flu pandemic happens.
I have this theory that Candida and Lyme and other emerging diseases may be microbes that are trying to incorporate themselves into our microbiomes as part of our immune response to this emerging threat- but since it is so early in our history of cohabitation, they don't know how to "play nice." I have noticed time and again that if I eat sugar and feel sick from candida, that I notice wifi much less! Not that it is worth it, it's horrible, but it makes me think there is some connection. I do take advantage of those days to do anything I have to do that involves electricity.
Medicinal mushrooms have helped me immensely, if Lions Mane doesn't work for you you may want to try Agarikon, Chaga, or Reishi (or all, they work well synergistically). Also the herb chanca piedra is showing promising results. And yarrow.

I agree, I think everyone feels it to an extent I probably am at this point where most other people are with it but most people have no comparison from a clean environment so they can't feel it around them. When I'm at my healthiest I feel it the most too, wifi is actually the most dangerous to me or was anyways before I recovered much more but it's still bad for anyone. I wish I could just turn it off here but I don't own the place and it's needed for the TV unfortunately. There are also a high amount of wifi outputs all around me here in this condo. I wish everyone would turn it off because no one needs it and I'm sure with the TV we had a choice but the other person here just agreed to everything with thinking anything through. I also still even though screens don't make me extremely ill anymore either that unshielded screens are almost unbearable with how they feel anyways. With how much junk is in our food, air, and water I wouldn't be surprised if most on some level are so sick with it under the hood that they aren't consciously aware of how it's affecting them but like as I said before if they went out in nature for a long time without their phone or went back to a time where wifi wasn't around and cell phones were nowhere near as advanced as they are now they'd feel the difference.

I've also noted that it is possible for it to cause flu and virus like symptoms. When I first started taking the Artemisinin I actually got very ill from the herx reaction with what was the same as a bad cold. It's all caused by pathogens and viruses are what surface as a result and react causing the illness but that's a whole different can of worms. If that wasn't true that wouldn't have happened, we are neck deep in deception. Of what you mentioned there I actually do have some chaga sitting around, did nothing for my EMHS but it's good for clean energy and is very good in coffee (makes it smell very nice too, very aromatic).

Thanks for bring up Chanca Piedra, Yarrow, and Agarikon there. I'll look into those when I'm ready and see if they may be right for me. I have Japanese Knotweed on the way to try next. If I react well to that and can integrate and finish it off one of those might be next. I also don't want to consume a lot at once. A small stack of 3-4 at most. The one thing that will stay in my daily consumption is Cistus, I don't want to use cloves all the time even though I'd like to because they're very expensive and treating myself is expensive as it is with how much I had experiment with things.

I do very well with Japanese Knotweed (I take a formula by Green Dragon Botanicals that contains Knotweed, Cat's Claw and other herbs). When I take a dropper full, it actually helps me recover much faster after being "zapped," most things don't work more as a preventative but this actually feels like it "cleans it up." Hang in there. I am extremely sensitive myself and live in a remote area with no wifi, and live out in a camper with no power at all (we turn off all power for me to come in the main house and use this landline computer). It's great. I once spent 6 months in a house with my family with AC power (after I was sensitive and could barely tolerate it), no wifi but it still was awful and I could have died from all the weight loss I experienced. It was winter so I couldn't live outside, which was what I had been doing until the snow fell (well actually I was living in an abandoned house owned by my family which had no electricity at all). I feel so much better now that I've escaped the east coast, hang in there, I feel like if we can survive long enough there will come a day when our expertise will be needed to help the rest of the humans who are obviously suffering without knowing why.

That's good news, I'm hopeful about trying knotweed out. I can't use cats claw cause I am allergic to it. I don't have wifi going to my computer either, I only use a wired ethernet connection.  Surprisingly wires alone if there is too many of them in one area can also be bad. It's not just wifi, a screen, or radiation coming from a device with a processor in it. One time we were getting a bathroom renovated next to my room and the ethernet cable snaked through the hallway had to be unplugged and put into my room. When it was all in therewhile still plugged into the back of my PC I would get zapped. It wasn't as bad as other things but it made me very dysfunctional. I also have a family members house that has a lot of wireless tech in it and I can't stand being there for long. I'm having brain fog and fatigue in less than an hour without the sources of then being right next to anyone there because of how dense it is. Then I go over my grandmothers house that just has a single TV, the lights, and kitchen appliances plugged and everything is fine. Very sharp contrast.     .

If you want the potency of herbal supplements, *and* you also want to be safe from adverse reactions to herbs, try balanced herbal supplements with varied ingredients. That way no one ingredient can deliver an unexpected bad reaction.  Premium Nutrition supplements have worked best for me, you can get them i.e. at http://www.askhealthyway.com or http://www.abundantlivingnutrition.com .

They say about countering EMF stress that theses products tend to work best:

The Premium products that will help the body counter this type of stress are

  1.       GT100 4-6 per day optimal (this is high-potency, unusually pure CoQ10)

  2.        Golden E Complete (Natural mixed vitamin E)

  3.       Wellness Power (herbal blend capsules) designed to help you deal with the extra immune stresses we are facing

Also you can contact them about what area of  your body  you want to naturally strengthen and nourish and they'll advise in your best interest, as best as they can estimate that from a distance.  Don't tell them about any diseases and ask for a curative supplement though, because it's usually illegal for them to say a supplement can cure anything.

Finally, they have said a new supplement that is specifically designed to fight EMF is due out this year.  Maybe in the next few months.  I'll post to this thread when it comes out, so if you're reading and want to be notified, you may click the "Options" link to subscribe to this thread.

This might sound weird at first, but bear with me, and please think about it for more than a few seconds. I do acknowledge your success; I'm just saying more stuff that might be helpful to consider, at least for some.

You might consider analyzing how thoroughly you chew your food, and how much food actually gets stuck in the folds of your throat without you realizing it's stuck there. I know vitamins and stuff can get stuck in my throat (as if my throat absorbed it). I imagine unchewed pasta that I've wolfed down and other such foods would, too, and that they could ferment there, making it more acidic and causing issues; it might be an even bigger problem for someone who is allergic to any of the food stuck in their throat.

I've recently taken to chewing more thoroughly, and I think unchewed food has had a much bigger impact on my health than I realized.

I noticed you mentioned eating large amounts of food. It's tempting to eat faster, and not chew as much, when eating a lot of food. That's partially why I brought it up.

If you want to know how to get pills dislodged from the throat, try drinking a carbonated beverage that makes you burp. It seems to work. I hypothesize that it might dislodge the food hiding there, too (where water won't). Burping-generally may not be as effective as soda burps.

On another note, have you tried any of these? (These are things that I think help me with my EMF-related issues.)

* DHA/EPA
* White mulberries (it seems to reduce and/or eliminate seizure-like and tic-like phenomena for me, but I understand it might cause seizures, for some people and/or in my experience it may cause issues with some larger dosages; I eat a few dried berries (1 to ~20, but I only needed about three berries to start with) twice a day, usually, once when I get up, and once before bed, and that's enough unless I'm sick, where I eat more for the immune benefits; if they stop working as well over time, I take a break from them for a day or two and start again)
* Vitamin D3 (especially the lanolin-derived 400iu kind; fish oil kinds with higher iu don't seem as effective in my experience)
* Niacinamide (it's my opinion that EMFs can deplete niacin and possibly some other B vitamins)
* Soybean cooking oil (yeah, a lot of people don't like this, but if I cook with it, I have fewer issues with electromagnetic wavelengths; DHA/EPA works better, though)
* PermaGuard food grade diatomaceous earth (I use it for detox purposes, mostly, and to reduce food intolerance issues)
* Using a filtered screen for my tablet. I still need to get a filter for my desktop.
* Avoiding bright lights and UV. One lightbulb in a room is enough for me. More tends to kind of paralyze me, especially with prolonged exposure.
* Avoiding soups and such cooked in metal pots or eggs scrambled on metal pans. They seem to make me sick. I didn't realize it was the pots/pans for a long time. I thought it was the food itself. But that explains why I seem to have been intolerant to many random soups, especially ones that had been on low heat for a long time, and perhaps to scrambled eggs and omelets, too. If you use cast-iron, make sure it's seasoned well, and be careful with how long you cook stuff on it, and how wet and acidic it is. Be careful with stainless steel for soups (including lentil soup, potato soup, and such). I think glass and ceramic pots are better, but make sure they're healthy kinds if you try that.
