BIOPROTECT CARD

Steph Smith
Hi everyone

Has anyone in the group tried a bioprotect card - if so what were your
experiences with it - I am thinking of trying one and have checekd out
their site but am wondering if the things they maintain their product
can do are actually possible. I'd really appreciate any feedback on
this.

Best wishes

Steph

What symptoms were you getting with the Clarity Mains? Do you
think they were detox symptoms or just a bad reaction?

I just felt really anxious or tired.. despite using it for a few hours every day.. either way not enough benefit to warrant the cost.

Hi Ada

That's a shame about the clarity mains - really weird thing  is that about 20 mins ago I was just looking through old posts here and thinking "I must find out how Ada is getting on with her clarity mains" - I hope you got your money back. I am definitely going to give either the Bioprotect card, the Radar card or Safe Space's Environmental Protection card a go - not expecting any miracles but if they can make life just that little more bearable then it would be a bonus.

I'll give you an example - I'm so bad now I can't go anywhere where a lot of people have mobile phones - so that rules out most places!!! I went to mynephew's carol concert last week - at the start the head teacher asked everyone to put their phone on silent. In a room of approx 200 people I was about the only one who didn't fumble in their handbag or reach into their pocket. It lasted for about an hour and a half. By the time I got out of there I felt so sick - upset stomach - runny eyes - brain fogged and exhausted, with the beginnings of a migraine starting to go up thje back of my head. And its not like I was sitting there thinking "oh no I'm surrounded by mobile phones - panic panic panic". I was so engrossed in the concert and my nephew that it was only when I got home and thought "I feel rotten" that the connection occurred to me. That and the fact that its not thefirst time this has happened to me. I'm not recounting this in a poor
me/whingey way - altho some people might see it like that - I'm just relating an experience I had recenlty which has reinforced the fact for me that until I can do something longer term like amalgam removal and mercury detoxI need something which might give me some measure of relief in the meantime and just enable me to go places - so if one of these card-type devices can help then I will happily give it a go.

As I said earlier - I'm not expecting a miracle and I'll definitely report here how I get on.

Best wishes

Steph

Yes, I've experienced those side effects from more than one EMF protection
device. I either just use them less, or find a different device. It
could be that a less powerful version of the same sort of device
would have been more helpful for you.

... I dont see it as whinging at all.. so feel free to express as muchas you  like. soemtimes just getting it off your chest helps.- and these symptoms are intolerable at best and almost soul destroying at worst. icompletely understand what you are going through. I must say im kindo of abit worried about how you will go with a general anaesthetic , is it something you can put off or treat in an alternative manner. Surgery is a big deal when you are not feeling 100 percent. if its minor i would imagine that when you re feeling better  it might help to do some sort of cleanse.

I was really helped by  the apple cider vinegar i dont get the face tingling anymore when i use the computer. And  im now doing .. wait for it.. urine therapy , which is full on  but i think is helping. I dont  feel so tired , but i still am not able to deal with my mothers's house which is a shame  so I dont know. Anyway here is the link if you are interested. My advice if you do do it is to do it really slow. I take only a few drops  a day  and even that knocked me about in the beginning.

Of those 3, I found the Radar card to work the best for me. For computer
use, I found it best to put it near my monitor, not near me.

Hi Marc - this is very helpful - re computer use which symtoms did you findthe radar card helped you to deal with - was it skin redness or rashing, or fatigue? I am trying to really limit my computer use to 2 or 3 short bursts, usually  spaced out during the week, but if there was something which could make it more bearable it would be great. My biggest problem with the computer - I think - is from the tower (rather than the monitor) and the vibrations from the motor, do you think the radar card would help with that?

Ada - keep me posted on this because I am wondering whether this is comething like the product that the current UK distributors of the Graham Stetzer filters are talking about importing instead of the filters. I'm quite disappointed about that because I'd like to have had the chance to try the GS filters to see if they could have cleaned up any "dirty elec" component that I am maybe having problems with.

It's been awhile since I've used the radar card for anything (as I use
other things now), but I just recall using the computer being more tolerable
with the card placed on the monitor. Certainly skin redness and fatigue
would be part of that...

I primarily think of the radar card as being good for LCD monitors, which
are generally a problem for me. If the computer itself is a problem for
you, then I'd buy some extension cables for the keyboard, mouse, and monitor
and simply move the computer further away from you.

And I assume you've already tried the free trial of the Quantum Byte
software?

Re: radar card

Hi Marc

I was hoping to try the radar card as something which might give me some relief when I am out and about and wear around my neck or attach inside my clothing, but I noticed that that one on their site had metal fixings incorporated into it - which doesn't seem to accord with the advice that ES peopleshould avoid metals on or about the body - I emailed the Radar3 site on this but didn't get a reply. Does the standard card have an adhesive strip attached to it? if not then I could try that one and wear it in a little pouch or pocket.

I'm going to get the extension cables and will try the quantum byte, but atthe minute I'm trying to avoid using the computer at home at all just to see if it makes any difference, so at the moment I'm emailing from the computers in my local library so I can't try quantum byte on them!!

The card itself does not have any metal. However, I see on the website that
they sell a version which comes with a metal-containing holder. Note that
I never had much luck with wearing a radar card -- it caused me to be anxious
(a common side effect for ES folks, it seems).

I think so, although I usually tear those things off...

I would just put it in a pocket, or perhaps inside your shoe.

Yes, the Quantum Byte is no good when using other people's
computers! For these cases, I'd bring along a Quantum
Companion (runs on an AA battery), and/or Springlife Polarizer
and/or a MegaChi pendant... cheaper solutions would be
a Pocket Polarizer (http://cutcat.com/item.php?item_id=827)
or Radar card.

At the risk of battering this subject to death, did you try the radar card in a pocket - and did you find that caused you to be anxious?

Yes, I never wear any of these things around my neck -- they are
always in my pants pocket. And yes, this is what caused the
anxious symptoms. For me, the radar card works much better if it
placed on a computer monitor, TV, etc.

Re: BIOPROTECT CARD

In reply to this post by betty A
Hello Ada

I read this a week ago and meant to reply but only had time to do quick posts and wouldn't have had time to respond properly. Firstly thank you for your concern about my surgery - the last time I saw him my consultant said itwould be happening some time early in the New Year [is that Jan? Feb? ] soI need to firm up when that is going to be. I'm not wild about the prospect of going through it but he says that the problems I have aren't going to go away on their own - although part of me wonders what would happen if I could find and stay in some sort of healing environment for a decent length of time [as opposed to being bombarded by electrical pollution wherever I go] and whether that would make a difference - would my body just be able toheal by itself? I'd love to put that theory to the test because I think that my inability to heal is caused by the electrical pollution.

I haven't looked up the urine therapy link - I can imagine what it entails !!!- are you still doing that?

I have been at my parents house for the last 6 months, trying to desensitise myself a bit - I have some sensitivity in their house but I can cope withit and there is no where else I can go. I am so sorry that you can't cope at your Mum's house and that it doesn't offer you some sort of a refuge from sensitivity. Are you still there? I tried to go back to myhouse last Sunday - I stuck it out for a week but it was unbearable. At night, in bed, I had pain like my whole body was being pelted really hard allover with loads of tiny ball bearings - sort of stinging skin pain - and then I started to get a sort of arthritic type pain in my joints - and therewas the constant feeling of vibration - and that was with only using a couple of electrical appliances [fridge kettle toaster hob etc] and all of those unplugged all the time when not in use. I don't feel it so much when I am moving around and its much worse when I am sitting or lying down. So I
repacked my stuff again [I have a new respect for bag ladies] and went back to my parents house - and back to sleeping on a mattress on their living room floor.

I went back to my house for a couple of hours today just to get a few of mythings and wondered to myself "wonder what it is like out in the back garden - ie are these sensations confined to the indoor areas of my house?". When I first went outside it seemed ok but the closer I got to the back fenceI could feel the pain and the buzzy vibration sensation all over my body. I don't know if that is coming from cell towers, or from a neighbour's Wireless broad band or dect phone or could it maybe be coming from stray groundcurrents?

I am so down at the moment - I know there are people who are way worse off than me, but right now I just can't see what to do next.

Hope things are improving for you where ever you happen to be over christmas.

Best wishes

Steph

I'm not recounting this in a poor
me/whingey way - altho some people might see it like that - I'm just relating an experience I had recenlty which has reinforced the fact for me that until I can do something longer term like amalgam removal and mercury detox I need something which might give me some measure of relief in the meantimeand just enable me to go places - so if one of these card-type devices canhelp then I will happily give it a go.

As I said earlier - I'm not expecting a miracle and I'll definitely report here how I get on.

Best wishes

Steph

Hi everyone

Has anyone in the group tried a bioprotect card - if so what were your
experiences with it - I am thinking of trying one and have checekd out
their site but am wondering if the things they maintain their product
can do are actually possible. I'd really appreciate any feedback on
this.

Best wishes

Steph

Hi Marc

I noticed this post of yours re the radar card, do you have a link to a
website where it can be ordered as Ive not been able to find it? Also
I was wondering if you know if it would also help with mobile phones
that have a LCD? I have just got a new mob and apart from the problem
with EMF Ive just realised that the LCD is making me feel worse too.

Thanks.

Anne

Yes, for some reason this is a hard thing for the search engines to find.
Here is where I bought mine:

These things are supposed to be good for cellphones, but I don't have
any experience using it with my cellphone. I deal with cellphones
using the following strategy:

* use the cellphone as little as possible
* use a cellphone with a black & white LCD (I'm using a Nokia)
* use the loudspeaker option and keep it away from head
* use whatever EMF devices I usually use (in my pocket, not on the phone)
