JUST FOR THE RECORD I made a typo above... I was taking METHOcobalamin and the new article was on HYDROXOcobalamin Extreme... I said above that it wasMEHYLcobalamin Extreme... sorry, apparently these supplements don't guarantee smoothly functioning grey matter...

...but you get the idea. Anyway the articles explain what I didn't do correctly.

Thanks for the advice. I've just done a quick search on colloidal silver and I'm not liking what I see. Has anyone else tried it? B-17 and exercise sound harmless though.

A few years ago, a felt a sharp pain in a lymph node in my left side
when a cell phone was near me. I now have a lump in that node and it
is slightly painful. I have about 10 other fatty lipomas below my
liver, in my legs, small ones in my arms.

Vaccinations carry tumor producing viral/bacteria that could cause it
30-40 years afterwards. It may be the body's natural way of enclosing
a bad thing to make sure it doesn't spread.

I don't know in your case. Either way, I would be taking Colloidal
Silver, or what ever your favorite non toxic antibiotic to make sure
that your lymph node gets some help. Do some exercise to pump the
lymphatic system as well.

If it is a cancerous growth, there are many things that will kill the
cancer without cutting it out which will move it around the body.
B-17 (apple seeds, apricot seeds etc) should be in all of our diets
because we all have cancer to some extent.
Fevers are good if you can kill it with raising your body temp.

I hope you report it gone in a week.

All my best to you!
Andrew

PUK replies - could it be the added stress of a new job basically maxing
out your immune system, if your lymph nodes are swollen then you are fighting
some form of infection/immune hick up, try extra hard to get your health
on the good side of good.

Hi Diane,

Sorry to hear about your latest issue. I am sure you are aware that there are many reasons for the lymph nodes to be enlarged. Root canals, teeth issues, thyroid issues,  mouth sores, bad throat,  detoxing blockages etc. It is also a common ES symptom.

I would say this one is a pretty standard one for me.  The last ultrasound I had on March 25, revealed a lump abut 1/2 inch in one of the lymph nodes in my neck. I have a follow up ultra sound in 6 months. It could be that some bad cells escaped my thyroid while I still had it, and are now developing elsewhere. I agree with  Andrew who said that we all have cancer cells. I always think of my ES as a form of a chroniccancer because it is debilitating and it kills in the long run. Mightseem radical but it just makes me be more proactive.

I follow a couple of cancer natural treatments. I love the Budwig therapy with cottage cheese and flax-oil. I do it every day. I also take something Beta-1 3-D Glucan which is supposed to be a very potent immune building and cancer killing tool. Both therapies are outlined in Bill Henderson's Cancer Free book. The wisdom in  that book is tremendous. Cancer or not,  a great read, for yourself and your family. To cut a long story short, I will evaluate the treatment after a six month period. Hopefullyby then whatever is is in my neck will BE GONE. Fingers crossed.

Oh yeah, I survived 11 foot baths or foot spas treatments within the last three months. I could only do 1 per week as I was sure I was dying after thefirst one....I was so weak, could not get out of bed for three days. My body was inflamed and kind of burning all over, I had  a strange metal taste in my mouth, sore throat, painful joints etc.  I persisted and now they seem to make me tired only on the day of the treatment. I will do another 10 sessions as Charles suggested, it is definitely helping...Also my neck nodes got really painful when I started these baths and I did two lymphatic drainage treatments and it calmed down..Good luck!

Any more causes extreme breakout of pimples.
Besides, you don't know the dosage I'm taking,

Wow, you kept on doing them after that reaction? I only made it through
a couple before I decided they were not worth doing. And besides, I'm
still living with the side effects I got from foot baths I did years
ago... :-(

Seems clear to me that your lymphatic system is overloaded from the
footbaths. The metallic taste is a sign you have lots of metal to give
up.
Take it slow and build up your body's natural ability to remove the
crap without too much HERX reaction. A slight one will give you the
info you need that it is working. Too much means you are screwing
yourself again.
Good job on the Budwig foods and drainage treatments.
All my best to you.

Re: New Symptoms

Steph Smith
In reply to this post by S.T.
Hi to everyone who has posted on this new symptoms thread.

It is amazing to me how timely this thread is because I have over the last 10 weeks or so been experiencing - on an on and off basis - painful lymph nodes in my groin which have me really really worried. At the risk of seeming like a total idiot I will confess to doing a google search which panickedme into thinking I had Lymphoma of some sort . I have ME and get swollen lymph nodes periodically with that - but mainly in the neck and armpit - never in the groin before in 8 years of having it. So I was trying to soothe myself and say its just ME [and prob ES too]. I also get occasional night sweats - also part of the Me picture- but haven't had one for months nowand also don't have the weight loss which is a symptom of lymphoma. i'm booked in to see the doc next week to get it checked out tho because swollen lymph nodes like this are not good, having said that I'm not sure how much a conventional doc is going to be able to do.

I have been trying dry skin brushing and 12 glasses of water but don't seemto be getting anywhere with that. The suggestions on this post were great and I have a couple of questions which maybe someone can answer. I like theidea of the Beta-13- Glucan - is it safe to take on a long term basis?? And how do you do lymphatic drainage treatments? can you DIY them or do you have to get someone to do manual LD???

Thanks to all for raising this - it is a  worrying symptom and my fears have been eased a little by what I have read here.

Best wishes

Steph

Hi Diane,

I have the same thing - but it is the lymph nodes under my arms that swell at times and then no problem at all for long periods. Sorry you are feelingworse. Hope that changes soon.

Re: New Symptoms

evie15422
Hi Diane, Steph, and Everybody,

Sorry I have not been able to take part in the forum lately due to family issues, crises, and house remodeling.  ;)  I owe multiple people here multiple personal replies, not to mention some public posts addressed to me here, which I need to answer.  Arrrrgggh.

However, in searching for a safer plaster bonding agent to use in my house (which I didn't find, btw), I ran onto a research study I had in my files on the lymphatic swelling issue.  The conclusion of the paper was this:

"Conclusions
The lymphatic circulation is important in health and disease but its functions are poorly understood and often overlooked. Clinicians need to be awareof lymphatic disorders, which have direct relevance to anaesthesia and intensive care medicine. It is likely that future research will uncover other functions for the lymphatic circulation."

http://bja.oxfordjournals.org/cgi/content/full/91/2/265

So, we should not feel bad if we don't know all the answers ourselves, apparently nobody does!  lololol  Anyway, the paper did enlighten me in one area:

"It has been shown that increased sympathetic activity gives rise to peripheral lymphoedema....."    This made sense to me since it is the sympathetic side of the autonomic nervous system which gives me, personally, such fits with ES.  (The bp plummeting, chills, anxiety....)

ANYWAY....  I have found tapping the lymph node which is bothersome isvery helpful in getting it to drain.  Tap slightly above it and tap your pulse points in your neck, wrists, and ankles.  Tap (or lightly slap)--I often slap, but not so hard as to redden my skin more than a few seconds.  Tapping and slapping should be done with 2 or 3 fingers, depending on how big your hands are.  I found this info in the "Energy Medicine" book I have recommended here frequently in the past.

I used to barely be able to walk, Steph, from groin swelling.  I thinkyou need to do more than just tap points for that problem.  The tapping works well for swollen nodes in the neck, ear area, arms, legs, tho.  For the groin, I would suggest "the 3 thumps" and mini-tramp jumping.  You might not be up to the tramp, tho, so put your feet over the back of the sofa or against a wall when you lay down.  You need to reallywalk or move to get the groin to drain.  I suspect that happens (groin swelling) when you do too much over a short time and then exhaustion setsin and you are again immobile.  Probably, the extra initial movement got your lymphs draining too fast, but then it is settling in the groin when you rest.  (I am guessing here from personal experience.)  OOOPS, I nearly forgot the "3 thumps"....  I will send that in another post, as I have a site I need to find which explains it.

Hope this has been helpful!  I hope to get back to my old messages over the weekend and next week.  I am sorry I could not keep up!  Btw, I am the OTHER....

Diane.  ;)

This is the site for the 3 thumps, etc.  I do all of the exercises listed, not just the thumps.  I just notice alot from the thumps.  The tapping is explained at the 2nd site and also I forgot to mention tapping the top of the head...

Best wishes

Steph

Hi Loni,

I find great help with B12 sublinguals also.  The info Marjij, the newgal, sent you was spot on.  (Thanks, Marjij, you  know your stuff!)  And welcome, btw--it is nice having you here, Marjij.

Wish you both the best,

I was reading a lot of info on how B12 really is essential for nerve health & that high doses of it has been used for treatment for nerve damage.

I think nerve damage is a key player in EHS. I was reading that chemical injury was one of the  causes of MS.

Anyone used  B12 & been successful?

Thanks a million for a brilliant post - and good to know that this advice comes from your energy medicine book - I will try of this what I can - the tapping - the slapping [will wait to see what the 3 thumps is] and the feet up the back of the sofa, and will have to have another go on my mini trampoline. When I first got it even when I just used it very gently it did my legs in and I put it in a cupboard and forgot about it - but if it could helpwith drainage from the problems I currently have then that would be a big help. Very worrying indeed to have this as others testify to on this thread. The self tapping, slapping and thumping in addition to my aversion to cell phones, wifi and most gadgetry will finally convince my family that I am mad as a hatter!!! LOLOL

Sorry to hear of family crises and problems with the renovation - hope things got sorted out there and thanks a milliion once again for this great info.

all the best

Steph

PS Yup! v confusing with the 2 Dianes!!

Diane.  ;)

Hi Diane

Dr Mercola mentions EFT every chance he gets - I tried it for a bit but didn't get anything from it - maybe I didn't work at it enough or give it enough of a chance. I will try the 3 thumps and have a go at the other stuff - it can only work!

Thanks for posting the links to this.
