Have any of you notices changes in appetite since 4G? We seem to have a bigger appetite. It increases if spend time in front of our computer or TV. Anyone know the reason? If I'm in a building with a smart meter I loose my appetite & have to eat just a little. Over the holidays I noticed relatives eating a lot more than they used to. Someone brought the topic up. Appetite going up- Can be blood sugar dropping. This can be the cortisol levels going up, translation: adrenal stress. When dizziness is also seen- this is classic low adrenals. And in many cases, if adrenals are stressed, thyroid will also be stressed, as these two glands work together. When one goes down, the other jumps in to help. If they both go down, the immune system will struggle greatly. Higher temps can mean literal body temp being raised from radiation. It can also mean the thryoid has gone into over drive, raising the body's temp. Typically, if your morning temp is lower then 97.6 (or there abouts) this is UNDER active thyroid. Normal temps (first thing in the morning) should be around 98.7 or close. But if first morning temps are higher then 98.6- this can be OVER active thryoid, or sign the body is fighting off some kind of infection. I know many people who have OVER active thryoids, are always too warm...Either way, if its not infection, and the body's normal temps are either too low, or too high, this usually means the thryoid is under stress. As it is challenging, to say the least, for people to find areas with no wireless radiation....to see if body temp normalizes, the next thing would be to try supporting both the thyroid and adrenal glands. to see if by supporting these glands, the temps normalize. Vit C can help the adrenals; however many products are made in China, and therefore- may contain toxic elements. Vit C from: camu camu, rosehips, acacia are other alternatives. Iodine -very much an essential mineral for the thryoid / adrenals suggestions: See: attached info. Kathy, I'm saying it is quite possible..To all the doubting Thomas's "can I prove it?" Yes, if you had a blood sugar checker, that would prove it was happening. I don't have one, but I have lots of experience with low adrenals, in myself and in others. I can also give you an example of what happened with a friend- who is Diabetic,- who upon information from the book- YOUR THYROID AND HOW TO KEEP IT HEALTHY, by Dr. Barry Durrant-Peatsfield. He says many diabetics can be helped by taking both Armour, natural thyroid, and supporting the adrenal glands. She took the heavy duty adrenal support (Hydrocortisone) and called me in tears of JOY because this medication nearly NORMALIZED her blood sugar levels! That was two years ago...now she takes the Holy Basil Tulsi by organic India...(she loved the Hydrocortisone but hates taking prescription meds...she also follows a verys strict no sugar/no grains diet these days- BUT has NOT given up either her cordless tele or her cell phone, and has an electrical fence on her property. I have measured her fields and they are quite HIGH. She also cannot wear a watch- it STOPS when she wears it. She also gets sick when going into stores like Home Depot, Meijers, ect...but doesn't want to address that she may be ES and or MCS. She does eat all organic though. And she does take/use both the Iodine and the Magnesium Chloride Oil. It took her 3-6 mths to be able to take the Iodine in water. She is very sensitive to many supplements, and started using the Iodine in her belly button, twice a day...gradually upping the dose. She also had to start with small tiny doses of Chlorella and Spirulena. Candida is also a factor for her. Were she to reduce the wireless and electric fence, she'd no doubt be helping herself even more. She also had SEVERE panic/anxiety attacks, and the thryoid support plus the Bach's natural rescue remedy helped severely reduce the heart palpitations/anxiety symptoms. If you DO get colder in front of the computer (and its not due to open window, ect) then this is your immune system being down cycled. It is under stress...from emf's. Do you get this feeling cold also, from other sources of emf? Maybe put a sweater on...and go slowly when upping your Iodine. I get nice and warm in front of the computer! This person is as sensitive as me. I tried a small dose of the magnesium lotion again today, and came down with a migraine. That is always the symptom I get when I have taken too much of a supplement. I would like to try the iodine in the belly button.
Please let me know what are your ideas with enemas, coffee enemas, and detoxing with herbals. I am too sensitive for all these things, and of course, I end up with migraines. Then I must stop with what I was doing for a few days, and back to square one. I have a closet full of supplements which would take much longer than a normal person would do to take supplements. Something or things are blocking your body's ability to metabolize...and as strange as this may sound to some; the thyroid gland plays a large role in the digestive process. Try reducing the Magnesium and do it "every other day". Reduce and space it out. I get warm from the electric fields, but sometimes cold inside. I do okay with magnesium but my daughter gets a migraine from it. Magnesium is a precurser to GABA, Maybe you have enough. I had itching from Mag. Calm, maybe was the lemon or stevia in mine? I have stinging from the bath flakes. Magnesium helps detox & over 750 reactions in the body. Helps muscles & lowers blood pressure. Kathy, Your daughter is late teens, early 20's? She had much more exposure to emf's/mold as children are more vulnerable. What kind of Magnesum is she using? Head aches usually means too high or too often of the dose. Lower the dose and try every OTHER day with her...or every 2-3 days. This is a trial and error, you have to find out what dose her body can tolerate- and sometimes spacing out the days is important with those who are very sensitive. Lower dose with Bath Flakes too. Are the Bath Flakes being used in foot soaks? This is probably the safest way, the foot soaks...as long as water is filtered..and dose can be very low. My appetite has gone thru the roof in the last several months and I was wondering why. I knew it was unusual but didn't realize it could be related to EMF's and did not associate blood sugar, thyroid or adrenals to it.
Since I have a fungus infection, I was wondering if the fungus was trying to control my bodily responses in order to get more sugar and calories to feed them. An interesting book called "Parasite Rex" talks about how parasites "Run our bodies" and make us do things for thier benefit without realizing why we are doing it. One thing pathogenic organisms like to get is sugar. If the EMF's are stimulating the organisms, they could be increasing my appetite. My sleep is messed up too. I am generally getting to bed at 3:00 to 4:00 am every night. It is now 3:30 as I write this. I checked the time that people were sending emails on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day because I was also online late in the morning sending and reading messages. I noticed a lot of people on this list were up late in the morning, about 2:00 to 5:00 am sending messages. Was this because of all the cell phone calls people were making that night, increasing cell tower output, causing amped up microwave radiation in our neighborhoods? Just wondering. Or are you folks alwasy up late sending messages? C. My daughter recently read an article about teenagers having to get up sooo early for school. The gist of the article was that teenagers aren't even awake until like 11 am ish. Teens get up at 5:30 am, or 6, to catch the bus, because high school generally start at 7- the article mentioned the adrenals and sleep patterns of teens, and said they would be better served to start school later and let them sleep in, as they get their best sleep between s/thing like 1am thru 9 or 10 am. I'll have to ask her where that article was. I do notice, as mine is home schooled, that she does MUCH bettter sleeping in, and learns huge amts of info and retains it, being on a later schedule. Her friends who are in school seldom when asked, can even remember what they learned that day, or that week. As for candida mechanisms? Absolutely, they rule the body. But I've noticed an interesting pattern: thyroid being down, or low, candida levels go UP. Four very different people, dff't ages, diff't background histories...same results! Low thyroid, high candida. Supported thyroid? Candida levels go down. *NOw this doesn't mean that in cases of severe candida, just supporting both these glands is enough. However, I liken it to immune muscle power...support the immune system, give it the tools/minerals it needs to its job.. and instead of being handicapped....it's got the fire power to do battle with the bad guys, in this case, the parasites. This is also where Iodine plays a big role, as the thyroid needs Iodine to DO ITS JOB...part of which, is to cleanse the blood. Iodine kills parasites. Is it any wonder that candida is such a common issue these days, when the majority of people are deficient in Iodine? As the thyroid is a huge part of the body's IMMUNE system, to me, this makes perfect sense. But remember, when I talk about the Thyroid, I am also including the adrenals too. These two glands are partners...when one goes down, the other jumps in to help. If they both go down? There's trouble. And with the body being exposed to so many toxic insults these days, its more common then not, for both these glands to be low. As for people staying up later....insomnia is one of the most common health issues of the day. Just check out the sheer amount of "sleep aids" being advertised, both prescription, mainstream and alternative. What's causing this? No doubt in my mind, its the micro wave radiation. And there are some who state that they turn UP the cell tower/antenna power at night. For those who are able to sleep in, this isn't a problem. But as the body/immune system repairs itself during sleep- lack of sleep can & does play a HUGE role in health. This is like a giant puzzle...where you have to connect the pieces, or connect all the dots. Hi, a teenagers body clock will tell them that at midnight it realy feels like it is only 8:PM, they know that they don't feel like sleeping, but look at what happens on friday night, stay up to 4:AM and sleep till noon, and the body clock has just been reset, same thing sat and sun and by monday the body clock is wayyyy out causing monday to be a terrible day.
A teens body clock runs at about 28 hrs so it will always advance. A teen who goes to sleep at 4AM will probably end up getting to sleep at 6AM and who knows, maybe at 8AM. Grandmother has the other problem, at 8PM her body clock will say it feels like midnight and she will realy want to go to sleep, but will wake up at 3AM and stay awake the rest of the night. The best answer for both teens and the elderly is to go to bed at about the same time every night, and get up at about the same time and to then go outside for a walk and get some sunshine, this may be painful for a teen but the body clock needs to be set every day. xyz :-) --- In [hidden email], Elizabeth thode <lizt777@...> wrote: > > > My daughter recently read an article about teenagers having to get up sooo early for school. C. I have always been a night owl. As a kid, during summer vacation,
I'd be up until 2 a.m. and sleep until 10 a.m. or so. My sister, on the other hand, has always been a lark--up with the morning sun. In my family, there were/are several night owls--my mother, aunt, daughter and granddaughter. As an adult, I worked day jobs and had to be up at 5:30 or 6:00 a.m. I drank coffee all day to keep functioning. My low point of the day was 4 p.m. I'd drag home, cook dinner, get the kids to bed, finally get to relax a bit and plan to get to bed around 10 p.m. Nope. Ten p.m. was when I'd get my second wind and couldn't go to sleep. (This always happened to my mom, too.) I LOVE the night! It's quiet and peaceful. Up until a few years ago, I'd go to bed around 2 a.m., but as the RF increased, it was later and later before I got that sense of peace and quiet. Now I never get it. My preferred sleep time is 4 a.m. to noon, but I have to work at getting myself to bed by that time. I take 1000 mg of L-Tryptophan before bed and that helps me to get to sleep. I've tried many things over the years, but that's the only thing that consistently works. I really make a concerted effort to get to sleep by 4 a.m. because something RF-related amps up around 5 a.m., and then I get a lot of ES reactions and have a terrible time falling asleep. Here's an interesting article on Night Owls: http://www.care2.com/greenliving/the-truth-about-night-owls-and-morning-people.html I think there's something to the creative/intuitive vs. logical/ analytical. I'm definitely not logical/left-brained; I'm emotion- based/right-brained. Also, I'm very sensitive to other people's energies and "waking minds", so late night, when most people are asleep, used to feel "quieter" and uncluttered. I could FEEL this lifting of what felt like being "pressed on", like someone taking a blanket off of you. It would happen around 2 to 3 a.m. However, now with so much RF, it never feels like that. In fact, 10 years ago, I kept telling people that I was staying up later and later because it was later and later until that "quiet time" happened. I surmised that it must be more cell phones and wifi, but I really didn't have facts to back that up at the time. People didn't really believe me then, just as they don't now about ES, because they still don't feel it--or at least, they don't realize whatever symptoms they are having are related to EMF/RF (insomnia, headaches, etc.) Esther On Jan 8, 2012, at 3:36 AM, C.a.b. I just checked my deluxe Shogun Shiatsu Neck Massager with the Gauss Meter. It rated approximately 60-100 Milligauss. Holy smokes. I knew it would be bad, but not that bad. With the Shogun Shiatsu, as you rest your head on the device, EMF's at about 95 MG are shooting right through your brain while you are getting a pretty pathetic neck massage. Looks like I will be getting rid of that nasty piece of crap. Then I checked my hand held Equalizer Pro Compression Massage Tool. It rated even worse. Approx. 120 Milligauss. Then I checked my hand held HOMEDICS Compression Massager. It rated about 75 to 120 Milligauss. I love those Compression Massagers. They really work out the muscle knots and kinks. I don't use them on my head because they vibrate too violently, but I do use them on my shoulders which is near to my brain. They are really fabulous and helping my muscles heal and bringing circulation into the injured muscles. But as it is, I can't imagine that the benefits I would recieve from using the masssager on my muscles would outweigh the negative effects of the high EMF exposure I would be getting from them. What does anyone think? Do the benefits outweigh the risks of using the compression massage tools when I have sore muscles? C. I dread living in cities precisely because of this. I get to really fall asleep only at about 4pm, besides feeling poisoned. I suppose that's the time the mobile phone base stations become less busy. Having an RF meter is really great for finding the least radiated spot in the building to sleep at.

Those are quite fun to use--at first. I've never continued to use these things for long. I also avoid using electrical shavers. I didn't know about EMF harm then. Something just not feel right about them.
Perhaps the milder ones are worth using for your limbs. I wouldn't recommend having them anywhere near vital organs. C.a.b. There are things with low milligauss readings that cause a lot of immediate symptoms. Meanwhile, there are high milligauss readings that don't. So, use your own judgment. For example, I still use a hair dryer, I'm sure the milligauss reading is very high, but I don't notice any problems from it. Certainly it helps that the exposure times are low. Marc |

Let's see, the choice is exposing the body to high fields, relieving one set of symptoms, and inadvertantly creating a whole another set of symptoms. My thoughts? this reminds me of mainstream medicine's way of prescribing one pill for one symptom...and ending up taking a whole bunch of other "pills" for the side effects created by the first "pill". Suggestion? Well, I have found 3 natural remedies that help big time with muscle aches, cramps, etc. I use: Magnesium Chloride Oil from either: www.ancientminerals.com or www.thepowermall.com - the straight OIL, not the lotions. I take a 4 oz spray bottle, and use 30% Magnesium Oil, to 70% filtered water, spray this, and rub it on effected area. Then I will take my mixture of: the essential Basil Oil - 10 drops, essential oil of Marjoram, 10 drops- add this to 2oz of a carrier oil (I use the youngliving.com V-6 carrier Oil, which is a blend of almond, jojoba, apricot, ect)..rub this on area, and heat a hot cloth, wring it out, place it over the area, making a heat treatment, and place a thick DRY towel over the wet cloth, keeping the cloth's heat in...and usually do 2-3 treatments. For me, 10 times out of 10, this has worked with feeling the results within minutes. For mild leg cramps, just using the pure Magnesium Oil *diluted works very quickly! I used to have neck problems quite frequently. In desperation I tried many things..what I listed above has been, for me, a KEEPER. Note: the essential oils I use are pure and edible. There are a few companies who do sell pure essential oils, but I can only speak of www.youngliving.com 's as that is the brand I have used with great success for 5 years. For those not familiar with essential oils, the bottles are very small. However, because you are using them in a diluted form, they do last a long time. Note: any food item, nutritional supplement, will have its potency degraded if surrounded by wireless radiation. For me, that is not an issue, as there is no wireless in my house. Cheap ones sold at places like GNC...are not pure, and can have toxic additives. You can always call the maker and ask them "if you can EAT their product". I actually did that in the beginning, with many essential oil co's. Basil essential Oil is a strong Anti-Inflammatory. Marjoram essential oil is a strong Analgesic (relieves pain)- and a strong Anti-Spasmodic -eases spasms. Both are: anti=bacterial, anti-infectious and anti-viral. Magnesium Chloride OIl is a gift from nature. Ester,
I've always been a night owl too. Same with my mom. I guess these traits run in families. My sister is the opposite of me, as yours, in bed early. I never feel awake early in the morning either, even if I got more sleep. It's hard to compare how we feel w this amount of RF w the past. I lay in bed yearning for the way it used to feel. I can't imagine being young with all this. Kathy [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |

Yes, Magnesium and topical oils help, but I find it necessary to combine oral nutrients and topical rubs with other therapies for injured or fibromyalgic muscles and tendons. I use hot and cold packs - they help a lot. If I choose to go with non-electric massage tools, the "BONGERS" are a great handheld massage tool that I have. They are two rubber balls on a flexible stick that you use to gently pound on the affected area to get circulation into it. I also have a variety of those hand held wooden massage wheels, rubbers, rollers, etc.
One thing that I would really hate to give up that cuts my healing time in half is the Infratonic 8000, a small box with a wand connected to it that emits sound waves into the injury. They are expensive but very effective. http://www.soundvitality.com/About_News.asp The base unit box and the wand emit about 25 to 75 Milligauss but forrtunately, it works just as well if you have the wand a couple feet away from your body and the base unit can be even further away so that the EMF's from the unit fall off considerably to 1.0 mg or less when in use. I considered ordering the muscle healing Ultrasound machines they offer to lay people online, but they are not the real thing as they cut out the possibility that a person could overheat the area. C.
